I've had many hamster in my life time and never had one as sick as the one I got from here.. Got this little guy about 6 months ago he always had skin problems then an abscess now a tumour and may have to be out down.. The vet thinks he is a bad breeding job possibly inbred. Short lady who works there is nice and friendly but the quality of products are very bad, for example the carry case for small pets is very dangerous, their fingers can easily get caught in the sharp plastic and the box can come open white your holding the handle and your pet could fall out! We need better pet stores or just ban them all together..

I had My small dog groom a few weeks ago at the Putney store, there was a called Emily, who gave my dog the groopm I had every seen on her, it actually mad me cry. Thank you so much Emily, and I look forward to booking Nassie in with you again very soon.

What can I say. This place is amazing!! Loads of pet food, toys, treats and much much more. Cookie even got a new Xmas hat. Big, bright, and super clean. And lots of friendly, helpful staff - very refreshing for London. Pets at Home - Thank you for coming to Putney. We'll be back.

The prices are too high but overall that is a lovely store, i will be coming back.

Got some mince chicken for my ferrets and dry nibbles. It was feeled with people as sunday and closes half day. Lovely service.

The staff is helpful and kind. Always have all the products I need to my dog. Also, the Groom Room staff is lovely and very professional

I order large sacks of dog food for delivery. Going into store is always a good experience. The staff are helpful and friendly not just with human customers but their for legged ones too.

Very helpful asst in the Putney Branch last week, she looked for something for me, and came to same conclusion you have stopped producing smaller bags of a certain brand of dry cat food I wanted. Then the asset at checkout gave me wet cat ne advice xxxx all with lovely manners and lots of patience It is my go to branch now xxx

Usually I have a great experience, although 2 staff members today seemed indifferent, one actually hindered my browsing by standing in the way of the items I wanted to purchase and offered no assistance (too busy chatting) and the other pushed past me without even an "excuse me, may I pass". However this frustration was more than made up by the young lady who served the counter. She helped me restore my VIP card and reminded me about my vouchers excellent customer service. Thank you.

It is a fairly new branch, quite spacious and organised, staff are nice and patient, busy but not rushed. Good choice of products

Excellent cut and groom by Courtney including tricky nail clipping of my Uber sensitive cavapoo. Knowledgeable sympathetic kind staff including Alice who handled reception and dispatch of our pooch Have been going in there since this branch opened. Welcome addition to the area.

I was horrified to see pictures of my family dog's recent grooming experience. I am shocked and disgusted of the treatment towards my mum and dog in your store and deeply concerned for other pet owners leaving their beloved dogs with these people. Avoid at all costs!!! Will never be returning to your store and have escalated this situation to the highest point of call at Pets at Home with picture evidence. Unfortunately this is pure negligence and wouldn't wish this experience on any animal owner whatsoever.

Very large pet store with a large selection of supplies, toys, treats and food. Our pup had a great time browsing the aisles and even though we'd only gone in for poo bags!

I passed today and couldn’t resist popping in to look at cat toys, a lovely sales assistant asked if she could help and recommended a couple of toys her cats loved, I didn’t get her name but wanted to pass on my thanks, my one year old absolutely loves them, fantastic service and lovely staff

I pop in every now and then to let my kids see the hamsters and fish, that's all they have though in this store. There's an interactive board that my little girl likes to play a game on which we both enjoy!

Great staff, very knowledgeable, and if they don't know the answer they try find someone that does. Didn't have the brand I wanted in stock, but suggested an alternative, which my dog loves. Again great motivated staff make all the diffrence.
