I've used this pet shop over years and tey are great they are knowledgeable about a lit of pet questions. Have great quality food. Famiy run and local run go there if you need any advice or anything for your pets.

Amazing pet shop, the lady is so nice and helpful and they get their animals from top reputed breeders, purchased a male syrian hamster yesterday and he's got such a good temperament plus the prices are very reasonable. Although it's a 1 hour 20 mins journey from my place would definitely go again if i need anything else.

I love the atmosphere of this old pet store. They are very informative and have a constant stock of fishes, hamster/guinea pigs, fishes and birds. I saw kitten the other day but I don't think they have them on permanent basis. Also the young employee told me they once had snakes in a tank but probably not on permanent basis.

This shops seems to sell everything pet related. I called on the off chance that they would stock some chicken feed as my online order was going to be delivered late and they had layers pellets, corn and lots more. Sue was lovely and so kind to the children. Now I know I don't need to order online!

Was searching online for a pet store in the shepherd's Bush area and found this place so thought to give it a go, wonderful find. The staff member was so friendly as i bought some water tests for my aquarium, such a great small business and i would recommend all to try this place out and support the business 😊.

This Is a real pet shop with a friendly pet welcome atmosphere and not only that, I'd say the most reasonable, affordable pricing In the whole of West London. Straight into entrance off Uxbridge Road, stay on the left and It's 8-10 stalls down(on the left from Uxbridge Road Entrance). Got a hamster from here yesterday for my family best idea I made very friendly and carm well looked after and maintained by a lady called sue anyone think to but a hamster or fish definitely go there pets at home I will never mention again! 😊

Love this place and love the owner and her cat. Lovely little shop that's been around for ever I always go there to get my cat treats and toys. Only thing is she always seems to be running out of the pole and string cat toys so if you're getting one of those best to call ahead amd make sure they're in stock.
