Definitely one of the better tasting Chinese food places. Everything tasted great. They have good options for vegans/vegetarians. It is a bit overpriced, as the bill came out to $140 for everything pictured, not including tip. The PF Chang’s soundtrack is also really good! Loved the music being played in-restaurant.

I have always enjoyed visiting this restaurant whether we were living in the Bay Area (Fremont PF Chang's) and moving back to LBC. It's my go to place at shoreline village area for Chinese food.

Worse service ever. Drinks were sour very bitter. Took forever to get anything. No napkins or menu were given when seated. Pork fried rice had no flavor. Tea got cold due to the amount of time it took for cups and sugar. We asked for water and didn't get it till the 3rd time asked. The wait for food, drinks, anything took very very long. We didn't have drinks as we were eating or when we asked for refills. Will never go again. Our bill was over $200 and I can't stop saying how bad service was.

The orange chicken has a ton of garlic in it - FYI. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was amazing. The pot of oolong tea was good and stayed hot for the entire time I was there which was nice! Photos as of ‘may 2021

They made us wait 5 mins jumped over to next party of 2 and then asked us to wait for another 20 mins. The food was good here and the service was good too. They have good dessert options too.

This place is one of our favorites. It may not be authentic but it’s good. Everything we order is great. They can handles large groups. We were seated with less than a 10 min wait On Friday night. Our server was very nice and responsive. The place was clean and the staff r recommended activities for us even after dinner. We will be coming back.

Meal was good overall. Pepper Steak was cooked awesomely with a spicy sauce I intend to buy later. Orange chicken was too undercooked. I wish it had been a bit crispier and with a lot less breading. I really wish it had a richer flavor but it fell flat. Sweet n sour chicken was good. It was crunchy. Wait staff was argumentative. She refused to write down anything. She kept insisting our plates could feed all three of us and was hesitant on allowing us to order completely.

Our waiter, Danny was attentive, professional and courteous. Food was well presented and hot. My wife loved the Asian pear drink. I Will definitely recommend PF Changs 👍🏼👍🏼

Loved the service here. Our waitress was amazing. The manager of this place is also very professional and cares about his customers. The food here was amazing. I recommend the banana spring rolls for dessert!

Update - we came back for dinner take out, instead of Dynamite Sushi, we got a shrimp dish (maybe dynamite shrimp?), the Mongolian Beef dish was very dry, and my delicious lemonade from lunch time, was now given to us on a kiddie cup, and tasted watered down, even though I ordered light ice.... not even close to the visit from today :( Lunch Time Review Delicious food, with great service from our server Jocelyn and gorgeous views 😍

PF Chang is one of my favorite restaurants, however, last night was a big disappointment, ordered the pad Thai with chicken and literally could not wat it as it tasted like there was dirt or something gritty in it, had a few bites and kept getting that gritty taste. Samantha asked how everything was, and I shared with her my experience . She commented that others have said the same thing, and she believes it is the peanuts they use. My thought was, why didn't you put that disclaimer out there in the beginning, and why aren't you using a different brand of peanuts. She then asked if I wanted to take it with me and I said no, she didn't offer to compensate for some of the meal I didn't eat. I should have asked for a manager, but I didn't so shame on me. My husband enjoyed his meal. My hot and sour soup was good. Don't get the Pad Thai unless you enjoy gritty tasting food.

Excellent service from Yvette but the food was rather mediocre. Luke-warm pork dim sum and OK calimari to start. Mains of Mongolian beef (good) and sweet and sour chicken (cool and not the best) in large portions did not change our mind. Can do much better!

We got the brussels sprouts as an app, and they were amazing. The dynamite roll was also 👌 he got the wagyu dinner and I got the Korean glass noodles . Everything was phenomenal. We are from Wisconsin, and the PF Changs near us closed down a few years ago, so I was extremely excited to see this location so close to our hotel!

Food was good as usual but service was slow on a Tuesday afternoon. Tried the bowls for lunch especial, definitely great options!

First time trying PF Changs and I will definitely be going back. Drinks were spot on. Food was delicious and the service was great. Despite our drinks taking a while, our server kept checking in and assuring us they would come which is something I appreciate. I which I remembered the young man’s name.

Food was one of the best ive had in a while. The meats were excellently cooked, they didn't have two entrees we wanted, had to order other things but over all it was great!

We will definitely come back. Food portions are big definitely share worthy. We had the chicken Lettuce wraps , crispy honey shrimp and the fried banana egg roll with ice cream...magnificent. no waiting. Great table and the wait staff is very knowledgeable of their menu. Their recommendations are on point. I ate here 15 years ago and its still the same . They make you feel welcome and at home. The mint,strawberr and cucumber lemonade perfect. We had the miso salmon too 😋 everything was perfect 🥰. Late night movie Creed 3 was epic

Stopped here for lunch. Great food and great service. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that they really need to replace their carpet. When we were walking to and from our table, my shoes were literally sticking to the carpet! It was really bad. The entire walk to and from the table I could see the carpet was really dirty. They should remodel with hard flooring of some kind. Otherwise the place was clean and in good condition. I would definitely recommend coming here. I had Calamari and the Crispy Honey Chicken bowl. Both were great!

Great place for gluten free food! So many options. We got the Changs Lettuce Wraps as an appetizer, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, and Mongolian Beef, and the Singapore Street Noodles, all gluten free. We also got the Chang’s Coconut Cooler drink as a non-alcoholic treat, which was ssoooo delicious (sugary!) All of the food was excellent, and the food runner was aware of my gluten request and made sure I got gluten free soy sauce. The outside seating is great- it’s indoor/outdoor so it’s covered and very comfortable. Loved the couch-style seating out there. Great vibe.

Decent Chinese food and good cocktails. Bar was quite busy, with only one staff, so service was slow.

Food was fresh & yummy a lil better than the Cerritos location a week ago.. we tried the pineapple-coconut ice cream w/banana spring rolls (for desert) interesting 😋 also Mongolian beef, ribs, peppered steak etc etc amongst lots of other yummy food

It's a busy place 😌 but worth the wait. We went @t night so no line. But food was simply amazing 👏 😋 Thank Jehovah God in Jesus name. The cooks are great my shout out to Señor José who I've met. *just one lil thing is they need to put lil more effort on men's restroom tho..🤨🖐⚠️ other than that you will be satisfied with your experience.

The restaurant is right next to the pier and walk way. The food is decent and the service is great. There is no self parking after 4pm and you will have to do valet. The restaurant will validate so the parking can be really cheap. This is a great family restaurant and it's a handicap friendly facility.

I visited the Long Beach P.F. Chang's last evening on a date with my boyfriend and was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service, the quality of the food and the comfortable atmosphere. The setting was romantic, the lights were dimmed and we were escorted to a comfortable booth. Our server Andre was very accommodating, courteous and very helpful selecting our main entrees and drinks. I had previously, had a really bad experience in Las Vegas at the P.F. Chang's and nervous about patronizing the chain. But i had been provided a few gift cards and since it had been a while since the Vegas incident, i inquired if I could use the gift cards. I asked our server Andre and he welcomed them and our final transaction went very smoothly! I believe from this pleasant experience at P.F. Chang Long Beach, I have reconsidered my patronage. Thank you Andre for providing extraordinary Customer Service-something very important to us.

The location is great, the service was great, the food tasted great. I took one star away because part of my rice was either burnt, under cooked or dried out. I got a few clumps that I couldn't chew. I didn't let the staff know because I had plenty of food, and I'm sure they would have taken care of it.

Main dishes and service were great. Lettuce in the Cesar salad was still frozen otherwise all the food was delicious. The space was visibly dirty, food on the floor, under some tables, the mirrors lining the wall had hand marks and very visible smudges. We asked for to go boxes and thought that the staff was going to take the food and place it in the boxes for us, other tables had received this service, nope they left the boxes for us to fill ourselves. Not an issue... but some consistency on the services provided would be professional. Had asked for paper napkins... never received them.

An absolutely delightful experience. PF Chang's is one of the best restaurant chains I have found to have a full understanding of gluten intolerant people's needs. This location This is the best I've been to by far. Our servers were incredible, the hostess's warm and welcoming. Even in the middle of an extremely busy Friday night, with no doubt short staff due to the pandemic, we never felt neglected. There was careful attention paid not just to our order but to everyone at the table. Can't wait to visit again.
