Sloppy service during thanksgiving holidays. Waiting time was more than half an hour. After placing the order, it took 45 min to get them. Waitress missed the soup and ice tea and after asking she was like did you order for them and later apologized. Fresh Strawberry Lemon Cooler - Good in non alcoholic drinks Mexican Street Corn - Winner out of what we ordered. Must try. Santa Fe Chicken - Average. Became cold as the waitress messed up our soup order. Dakota Chickpea + Barley Soup - Healthy option, add some salt and pepper to make it better. Must have chosen some other place. It was extremely crowded on that day. Go on a usual day to get best of it.

The food is really good. The service has always been good to me. The mushroom pepperoni pizza is one of my favorites. The butter cake and ice cream is delicious!

The food was delicious, but the service was excellent. Our server Joshua was very attentive, brought our drinks and food fast.

My friend and I ordered way too much food, but we left with happy souls. Tried the Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower (not actually that spicy), and I would absolutely order it again. If you're out for lunch, flip the menu to the back and check out the lunch duos! My go-to is the BBQ Chicken Pizza with the Sedona Tortilla Soup. PSA: Don't forget to validate your parking! All you need to do is ask the employee at the front after you eat, and they're often happy to help.

Delicious food in a simple setting and great service. I had the tortilla chips and guacamole which was great and so fresh, I then had the Cobb salad with blue cheese dressing and it was delicious. My server was super attentive and friendly and even brought me some more of the blue cheese sauce when I asked. Super nice. Would go back.

They had a food truck right in front of Convention Center during a trade show: thank you for sparing us the 2 minutes to cross the road and get to the brick-and-mortar restaurant ;) Decent BBQ chicken pizza (sorry Italian friends... they call it pizza here! And it's not bad!), super fast service, expensive but cheaper than the rip-off neighbor food truck ("deli doctor" - avoid like the plague if you ever see it).

This isn't really a place to visit if you're in a rush or if there's a convention in town since people walk over from the civic center and crowd the place. I remember CPK as being much more tasty back in the day, but their food is still pretty good, as are their cocktails. The staff here always seem to be friendly. I like taking food home because their doggy bags are quite sturdy.

We love CPK usually. Last night's experience was a disappointment. It was new Year's Eve, not crowded. Yet the waiter that served us forgot to bring us water, bread, napkins, and extra plates. It felt terrible when seeing other tables get better treatment than us. We are hoping this is a one-off situation due to staffing issues. It will be a huge let-down if the service has indeed dropped.

First time at this location. Had dinner at the bar. There was a 25 min. wait. Food is always great! Tasty and well presented. Barley soup, a supposed “favorite”, was more smashed peas than barley and veggies. It was like a mush. Will not order again. Eddie, the bartender/ waiter, was stretched both manning all the drink Orders and part of the serving staff. He did his best with a positive attitude. But we did have to wait along with other bar customers for various reasons. Otherwise, it was a great dinner on a holiday weekend. I like the vibe. Will be back to this location. Love that they offered a free meal for veterans.🇺🇸

The customer service was second to none, the atmosphere was relaxed and I took my time to order from the menu. The food was served hot and presentable, but when it can to pay for the bill "Kelsey" firstly handed me the full priced bill without my 20% discount, which you receive from your previous receipt as a loyal customer. Then she handed me a bill for $42.57 and I gave her my card, she then decided to go and give herself a big tip, without my approval and charged me for the $78.39 which I was shocked and very annoyed about. I told her that she had overcharged me and she cancelled the payment and charged me $42.57. Good food but stay away from "Kelsey" I didn't even get an apology from her or the manager.

The pizza was awesome, the service was A+ and it wasn't very busy. All on all 5+ stars from me. Especially the lettuce wraps 😋

I am assuming this is the same CPK with a pop-up inside the grand prix today? Paid for a bbq chicken salad and the portion is abysmal compared to last year. What's going on? Shrinkflation? And you still ask for tips. Left pic was last year and right pic this year.

I just picked up a pizza and it’s burnt! It’s hard as a rock. The cheese tastes scorched. I’m so disappointed. I bought one a couple weeks ago and half of the pizza was burnt. I am never getting pizza from this place again. What a waste of $20!

Food was delicious as always had the Chipotle chicken and loved the dough and uniqueness of the pizza. But the service was not good at all. I overheard the waiter complaining to his manager that he had to serve us. Not sure if it was because we had a larger group with kids but that didn't sit well with us. And every time we asked for something he rolled his eyes at us. He wasn't very friendly despite us being respectful and polite to him. His attitude wasn't much appreciated. If you don't like your job find something else to do take it out on other people. I will be back to other California pizza kitchens but NOT the one in Long Beach California near the aquarium and outlet mall.

No server ever visited our table and they weren't that busy (empty tables everywhere and little wait)... The manager took care of us but I was so upset that she couldn't accept tips for her amazing job. The only server that came over and stopped and said he couldn't take care of us for awhile and then never came back. The food was good. Music was alittle lots but not horrible. Overall, just ok but the manager was exceptional.

Try their sangria flight... so good. Love their salads and pizzas. The service is a little slow. This location is near long beach ⛱️ water area and highly recommend for the family with lots of shopping, movies, a great walk, the aquarium and bike riding. HAPPY CHOMPING

Cauliflower pizza was great 👍🏽 since we were only visitors, the pre-order didn't quite work out, but we could order great directly in the restaurant. Loved it 👍🏽👍🏽

Great quality food! Great service!! Netta, our server did an excellent job as well. We ordered Roasted Garlic chicken pizza and Tequila chicken pasta. Tasted so good. Very lively and energetic place. Keep it up, CPK.

Is definitely pricey for the portions you get. The food is good and they have many choices. We had to ask a different waiter for bread since ours was too distracted.
