    Tried Chicken sandwich, the breast piece was so dry, I almost cracked my teeth, the quality of this particular location has gone way down. Not the only time service was less than desirable.

    Chicken did not taste fresh tasted as it been sitting a while. Was warm, not hot. I got ordered the 12 piece ghost pepper wings and chicken sandwich, and it was not hot tasted as if it had been sitting for a while. I normally would have come back, but I was just too upset and did not want to come back with an attitude. Next time I know to say cook it fresh. I don't mind waiting for fresh food.

    Ordered: 3pcs combo: 3 chickens, beans and rice, A biscuit and a small drink for dinner tonight. Bought a Oreo cheesecake cup for dessert . The chicken was good, a little bit greasy but flavorful. I’m not too crazy about the beans and rice. The Oreo Cheesecake was too sweet to my liking. The service staff could use more training. A smile and acknowledgment goes a long ways.

    I am a person who has a severe learning disability… and even I can say that the people who work here are SLOW. There is NO EXCUSE to pack pick-up orders this rudimentary. I witnessed the cashier just throw in a BBQ sauce to my order without even LOOKING so I had to rip open the bag and check my order and SURPRISE SURPRISE I’m missing my other 2 sauces and an entire Shrimp combo order. They have done this SEVERAL TIMES IN A ROW as well as overcharging customers. Be careful

    2nd time coming to this Popeyes in the last week. During the first time, the line was out the door as people were waiting to try the new chicken sandwich such that I didn't have time to wait. Tonight, I got the chicken sandwich plus two piece meal within 30 mins. The chicken sandwich was pretty good. I found the chicken itself was just a typical piece of fried chicken fillet, but it was the spicy mayo that made the chicken sandwich good. On the fried chicken, it was okay. Flavor was decent but the sizes of the chicken seems to have shrunk. Parking can be limited with the 7-11 next door.

    They gave a Hispanic couple their food before me and I ordered before the Hispanic couple. This Popeyes is very racist towards black people. They are racist towards many different racist except their own. This very unacceptable. Will not be coming back.

    Excellent service....a little expensive for the Classic Fish sandwich combo..$10.an change on. 3RD & Redondo...Brand new store....However they were polite!!! I normally go to 10th & Long Beach...a Classic Fish sandwich combo is $7.15 with tax...

    It was ok. The service was great. The location is dirty and there are homeless everywhere. One dude was peeing on the sign! Also the chicken sandwich wasn't as thick as other locations. Still tasted good.

    Well this place was so fast. Had my food before I could even turn around. Staff was really friendly too especially it being a lunch rush hour. Keep up the great work guys definitely will go back.

    This place sucks. If you buy a sandwich and you ask for bbq sauce for your sandwich they charge.50 cents extra. They say they do not provide any sauce with the sandwich, unless I pay .50 cents. Restaurants that charge extra for petty stuff like 1 bbq sauce or ketchup. Show how cheapskate the owner is. I’ve been to other Popeyes restaurants and never had any problem when asking for bbq sauce. This Popeyes should provide costumers with at least one bbq sauce with the order. But no. If you want one you must pay extra. This is the first time I visited this place, and I notice how dirty the windows and main entrance is. It looks like they’ve never clean the glass at the door. is just grossed to touch the door where people constantly walking in and touching the the glass. The floor outside this restaurant is sticky and so dirty. They should steam clean it. Employees also have poor costumer service skills. If they don’t care for small details, like cleanliness they don’t care for the way the handle your food. This is all a reflection of poor management I give this restaurant 1 star for dirtiness, poor costumer service and cheapskate owner. Try to Avoid coming to this Popeyes restaurant, you may get sick eating here. Trust me you’ll be happier going somewhere else.

    When it comes to fast food restaurants good customer service is something I appreciate when it comes to the food we're going to get what we get but good customer service is very important. This Popeye location has excellent customer service and I appreciate the employees that work here everyday.

    Your rude and nasty manager, Maria, was one of the worst people I've encountered in my years of working in the public and visiting restaurants. I visited this location, as I frequently do, and ordered the nuggets combo. I left amd came back. Waited 16 minutes only to find out that the hadn't even prepared the nuggets. They hadn't been cooked. I asked for a refund AND my food because waiting that long isn't unacceptable. Maria, with her nasty disposition, came out and happily refunded me and walked away. I come to this location often and the shift manager gentleman is always pleasant. Always has a great attitude and is always hard working. She is the polar opposite. I know nothing will come of this feedback, but her level of service os deplorable. It also explains why many of the staff members have similar personalities. Leaders create the culture. She does not need to be a leader of people or working with the public.

    Terrible. Ordered through Doordash: a large Ice Tea, spicy chicken sandwich with sides of mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Also a box of 12 biscuits. This Long Beach location has inconsistent food temperatures and very poor food prep. "Iced Tea" was room temperature and there was no ice added to a 32 oz cup. Chicken was luke warm, however, potatoes were very, very hot (but tasted artificial or freeze dried) and I'm not sure how long ago the chicken was prepared. Cole Slaw had a very funny aftertaste like it was sweetened with something meant for beverages. A red citrus or a tropical fruit punch artificial sweetener. Couldn't eat it. Also, I prefer my biscuits overall golden -- not crumbly, dry and beige on the bottom/sides with a light tan on top. Never ate anything at Popeyes until now. With the delivery fees and other costs this was an expensive lesson learned.

    Came in for an evening craving and we were met with kind staff with good knowledge of their products on hand. The chicken sandwich i think is more a classic nowadays and it was very satisfying to combine the spicy with buffalo 👌🏻 The fries are excellent here as well, a good base:fry outer crust ratio. Definitely hit the spot

    spent nearly $40 ordering the garlic parmesan wings for lunch yesterday and have had diarrhea for over 24 hours. haven't been able to eat anything else since then. tried to file a complaint on the popeye's website and it doesn't work. horrible store + horrible company.

    The customer service was lacking in knowledge of condiment items. Granted several vital items the store was out of. Not having honey for biscuits and cocktail sauce for popcorn shrimp did not make the meal as enjoyable as it should have been.

    Don’t know why they still in business. I literally watched MULTIPLE people leave BEFORE ME, when they came in AFTER ME!! This happens every time. And all I got was some wings. This location is DEFINITELY trash. I wouldn’t recommend it.

    Rude cashier requested me to wear a mask while I was ordering even though the indoor mask mandate was lifted over the weekend. I won't be spending my money at this Popeyes.... Power of the Purse.
