Update: gave me a dozen donuts for my b-day :-) Krispy Kreme got always the freshest donuts in my opinion. I love the original glazed donuts with its crispy layer of icing and the softness of the donut inside. The donuts are perfect in size, shape, and overall taste. Awesome alongside a coffee. Staff is friendly and quick. I like this location because it is centrally located with a lot of shopping facilities around.

As I was driving by with my two year old. I noticed the hot now light was on & decided to stop by so he can see the donuts being made. The donuts were already moving on the other side of the conveyer belt so we just missed them coming down. I made a purchase and asked the cashier if we get a free hot donut and she said it’s too late. Talk about a lack of customer experience and poor customer service.

Great sugar explosion. I purchased the Easter 🐣 Mini's. They're super cute for the occasion. This wouldn't be a regular purchase because they are very sweet on top of the normal sweetness. It's fine for me. Also shout out to the awesome staff. I actually showed up on the wrong day to pick up my order. I didn't realize that until I made it home. I'm sure he saw I was there on the wrong day but he didn't shame me for it. He probably gave me a break because I wasn't being all huffy about not seeing my order in the waiting area. I appreciate that. Thanks

hoping the owners see this and make a change... your Google hours State that your drive through is open at 5:30. it is not. because I've been sitting here for a half hour, boxed in and can't leave. staff is here because I called inside and talked to them. they are very polite but insist that they don't open until 6... even the drive through. I needed to be at work at 6 and now I'm late!

A great place to hang out with friends to end the night after celebrating my birthday. After eating at a all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse nearby, we stopped by this Krispy Kreme for some donuts and coffee. They have a big parking lot so finding parking wouldn't be a problem. When we walked in, we were the only one there. So I got 1 chocolate gaze donut and a hot chocolate. My friends got their coffee and a donut as well. They only had 1 lady working the counter so she made all our drinks. People started coming in and it took the lady a while to make all our drinks but due to the whole situation, you have to be understanding with places being short staff. The service we got was great and we sat outside in their seating area until they turned off the light since they were closing.

I must say, these donuts are NOT what they used to be. I've gone twice in the past 2 months for the creme filled chocolate topped donut, only to see how they have shrinked in size and almost doubled in price. The donut had hardly any creme filling inside and barely any chocolate on top. I'm so DONE with Krispy Kreme. I'd much rather go to Granny's Donuts!!

Ordered a dozen of the Christmas donuts at 8:30a this morning for pick up at 4:30 only to arrive and they tell me that the Christmas donuts are sold out. Opted to just get a dozen glazed since I was already there and asked if I’m getting a refund for the difference and response was “you should” and that’s it. The manager didn’t even want to come out to answer any of my questions.

This place is great. The donuts tasted amazing, which they always are, and all the staff is nice and friendly. Do expect to wait a bit though before getting your order or even getting to order, as they're busy preparing orders, donuts, and more behind the counter. Did take off a star as the bag and donut boxes were crusted with who knows what. It could have just been glaze from the employee's glove though. Otherwise, great quality, and great service.

Wonderful service. I think the only complaint is that they don't have many specialty donuts compared to their Orange location. If you're in a hurry, it's best to order online-- what should have taken me 3 minutes to check out, took me almost 10 minutes because the person who rang me up took her sweet time. Lol. It's all good.

9:30 am on a Saturday - 1st time visiting this location. It was underwhelming for a Krispy Kreme. Small display case & production line. Sign said hot & ready but orders backed up for drive thru & in-store. I guess when all I had to compare it with was the Burbank location - it was disappointing. Donuts were ok.

Christopher is def the reason why my family won’t go back. He did not honor a BOGO5 coupon and would not even look at the coupon. Instead he kept on arguing that there has to be a barcode when specifically I was given instructions by customer service line to let the store know once I pick up my online order since there had been on ongoing glitch for specific coupons online. He would not hear it and even with customer service on the line hearing him argue back refused to honor a coupon that was clear on the site and could not work. I’m not a Krispy Kreme member and don’t plan on it. But to argue and not even hear or look at the coupon and why the glitch happened he automatically told me that I didn’t put it on the online order correctly , did not order and place in online cart correctly … had to be a member or reward member to have the coupon honored but he kept saying there is no coupon as such. His coworker saw the coupon and agreed it was actually on the site as stated. He was rude and did not wear his mask at times when talking to close leaning over the counter. He would not let me get the name of the workers who were helpful so I could compliment them. One was Edgar, he was helpful and nice and the females name I could not get from him. I never heard someone fight so hard not to give a deal stated on the site even when I purchased as asked to use the promo and being told by the customer service line to reference. He still argued. And stated if anyone has gmail accounts Krispy Kreme always gives coupons randomly on the email. I never did nor was I member. First wear your mask if your a manager. Second don’t move a customer to the side rudely… also look at the coupon and hear the explanation before snapping back to say NO to a 5 dollar deal… and say thank you or welcome your customers. One person can ruin it on experience. Specifically Christopher.

A dear friend and co-worker passed away and we needed 5 boxes of the mini doughnut. No problem right? Well they are only doing the Halloween minis and not pink. I explained that I needed 5 boxes and that they were for our friend that passed from breast cancer and it was breast cancer awareness month. The manager said she would do it!! I didn't catch her name, but thank you so much!!!

Krispy Kreme can’t fails. Donuts always fresh and sweet. Place was clean. Just few things need to be improve. About employees, when they make you a coffee or other drink, they gives you sticky cup. Sloppy work. Another thing, they have only “STANDARD” donuts variety. Maybe it’s because Covid or people shortages. Every business going little bit worst than before Covid. Outside they have tables and chairs to sit outside. For today only 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Expensive compared to Yum Yum or Dunkins. Don't order any iced drinks because the sizes are so tiny. Also it seemed like the employees didn't know what they were doing.

Ordered a dozen donuts and a med coffee. The coffee was, oh about 30 deg, almost lukewarm as if it was in microwave for a min from cold left over. Donuts were not fresh but I thought maybe they made in the morning. Within 3 hrs, they all turned pretty tough and hard. I'm thinking left over from a day or two ago. The worst KK donut place I've been.

Since the remodel, I've been twice. They've made the donuts noticeably thinner. Both times I've gone the Hot sign has been on and I've received cold donuts. Not even warm, definitely not hot. Rude service both times as well. Will no longer be wasting my money there unfortunately.

We bought 2 dozen today at noon. We got all the way home only to discover we were shorted 2 filled donuts. Somebody didn't count right. The quality of there donuts are delicious. I'm sad , I wanted to try the lemon filled today. Next time. I gave two stars for service, 5 stars for the quality of donuts.

Customer service is not important at this location if you been to a Mom and Pop local doughnut shop you feel wanted and are treated as a valuable customer not here be advised the great doughnuts don't make up for that so the 3 star's are for doughnuts

Anette M was great! Helpful professional and nice and directed us to the perfect donuts for each of us. Thanks!

Donuts are airy and taste fresh. But their coffee is over priced for a medium that was given in a small cup.

Krispy Kreme what happened? I used to come to here for the fresh and delicious donuts and all I got was day old donuts. Avoid this location. It’s going through a “remodel” but their signs say they can’t afford to open their lobby due to staff shortages. Which one is it? No wonder Randy’s is becoming more successful. Do better KK!

I visit the shop every Sunday for three dozen donuts for my volunteers. Billy and Eboni provide excellent customer service. They’re so polite and make the sweet treat that much better. If you ever stop by know these two will handle your order with care✨

In many cases nowadays, a products lore and advertising can make its own legend precede it. This is not the case. These donuts are sinfully good! Bought a dozen for the house I was staying on vacation. Every one was watching their diets so in figured I'd have a good go at them, silly me. I barely got to taste 2. The original donut (glazed). Melts in your mouth so fast you could be forgiven if you told someone that you just drank a donut. That's how soft, fluffy and good these were. Also a plus, was the staff at this location in Long Beach. Super friendly!

Far from the place I remember it being. Saw the hot now sign lit and decided to take my kid here cause when I was a kid it was a fun experience for a good place, the staff would be welcoming and attentive, giving guests a free hot donut and hat. Well they no longer give donuts to kids (I don’t expect to get one as an adult but figured they would give my kid one since I spent close to $15 bucks on a coffee and 2 donuts ((idk how!?)) The workers def need a better flow but being short staffed they did what they could. One patron was there for about 15 minutes waiting for hot chocolate…. Anyway $15 bucks later and a coffee station that had no creamer or anything to fix yourself the coffee you bought i have to say this is gonna be out last visit. I never loved Krispy Kreme personally but I did love the experience, now I’m kinda embarrassed I hyped it up so much.

did the doors are okay but it's too much sugar they're too sugar too sweet you know what happens with too much sweetness too much sugar means diabetes so but all means necessary once in a while is gray but it's too much sugar on the donuts as my opinion to each his own

We love sweet's, but donut's make us happy! So when we choose to patronize their business, we only expect to walk away happy. That evening the customer service was total sadness. Both of my donut's lacked filling and his was stale. It was a total bummer, you let us down Krispy Kreme.
