The Positives: Very organized, very clean, very friendly service. Standing in front of the poke all the fish looked bright and fresh. Rice was on point and there is a lot of variety of toppings. The Negatives: 1. My server (I'm guessing owner/manager/both) although SUPER PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY was very skimpy on the portion scoops (very small, maybe a 1/2 Tbsp size scoop of fish). I had to upgrade from reg. to large because the portion was so small. 2. The Luau tuna was bland, Spicy salmon was not spicy (which was ok, because I added my own spicy afterward). 3. Almost choked on a fish bone. Yes, there are bones in fish,but having fish bones is not a good thing in your poke. 4. It's not cool to chew on onion peels either while trying to enjoy your poke bowl. I'm really not trying to write a negative review, just stating some facts. Maybe it was just a one time thing, but sometimes it's all that it takes. Again, the staff is super friendly, clean, organized. This experience just didn't jive with me.

Eh, I’ve been coming here for a bit and it was good at first but as I keep coming, for some reason the bad reviews live to their expectations. Last time I ordered online around lunch time and they canceled my order (understandable maybe they were busy). Anyways, I came one last time to give it another go and when I was eating my food it was completely drenched in the dressing. MAYBE get the dressings on the side or tell them lightly🤷🏻‍♀️ ?? The pictures are literally all the dressing I got in one SMALL bowl. I literally would chew my food and spit out the extra dressing! It was just not enjoyable. Also the drinks are SUPER SWEET 🤢 I kept adding water

Love it!!! Great size portions and great price. The toppings are very fresh and tasty. No issues whatsoever on the food. I usually get the salmon plate, its so good. It's hard to hear what people with masks are saying these days, I felt like they could've had a little more patience with that when I was ordering. I still highly recommend this place 👍

First time eating poke. It was delicious and fresh. What was better than the food? Loma the hardworking manager. She is very nice and sweet. I'm bringing my family to meet Loma and her staff and of course to enjoy the food.

This is my go to place to eat for lunch. The serving size is generous. The people who work there are all friendly. The grilled salmon is delicious! I especially love that they make each order to your specifications.

I have visited this location for a while, I use to love the interactions with the friendly staff! Only until recently I have noticed some unfamiliar faces whos priorities is to get our oder and get us out of here as soon as possible. I have to add that, with no one in line I've gotten treated as if taking my order is a chore! I don't need to be asked 10 times "anything else" when I'm still in the middle of my sentence. I never write bad reviews because I also work is customer service but the experience I've had with the lady with short hair has made me not want to come back. The only reason why I decided to speak out was the similar reviews about situations like this. Bring back the old staff please!!!

I really love this place and come here often. I appreciate the usual staff, especially the young woman and the tall man with the nice eyes. They always make service spectacular and the food never fails.

We came to the right place for poke! 👌 This place is good and the crew are awesome! Love the blazing salmon, tuna Luau, sweet glazed salmon, and the variety of sides.👌 I ordered mine with brown rice and everything tasted amazing! We'll definitely visit again.

Great find in the Long Beach/Signal Hill area. For fast food, this was fresh and healthy! Amazing selection and so many flavours in the bowls! You won't be disappointed 😌

This place is clean , organized and the prices are alright. The teriyaki chicken bowl is big and worth for what are you paying . In the other side, I got another bowl with 2 scoops and it was way too small and more expensive than the chicken teriyaki.

Ate here while traveling out of town and after eating typical vacation junk food for a week. This was such a welcomed find! The fish was amazingly fresh and I loved the variety of healthy options available for the bowls. I was only disappointed I couldn't make it back there again before we left. Also, the young lady who helped me Halloween night just before closing was amazing. 🥰 I'm hearing impaired (but wasn't wearing aids) & didn't realize I walked in right before closing. She was very patient with me, took time, even repeating things louder several times without showing any frustration. When I made an offhand comment that my kids were not trick or treating (again, traveling) she offered me candy to take for them. I never once felt hurried and was given exceptional customer service in addition to the amazing food. I only realized the restaurant was closed after I left and saw the "OPEN" sign switch off. I hope the owners of the restaurant see this and reward that young woman in some way. Employees like that should be treated as well and kindly as they are treating your patrons, IMHO.

The food is always super fresh and delicious. The staff is always nice. It’s not cheap but it’s worth the money for the quality and portion size.

I have been here several times as dine in and take out. This is an excellent option when my family needs something fast and healthy. The ingredients are always fresh and the bowls customizable. I do wish they charged a little less for the avocado, but no complaints otherwise!😁

I go there every Friday to get my poke bowl. Very fresh, excellent service and you can order ahead of time.

I love this place with everything best poke around and great atmosphere. Seriously the poke is always fresh and amazing here the service is always great and the toppings and sauce choices are so many as well as bases for your poke. Also the drinks are so good i love mixing the tropical and guava you wont be disappointed. The only thing i wish was this place open longer hours so i can come later days after late work days. I always look forward to coming here please dont sleep on this place check it out asap

Never seen any other poke places that cut the pieces this small and charge extra for tuna and yellowtail.. doesn’t taste fresh either. Oh and even though you pay 17 for a larger bowl they skimp out on toppings too. It used to be so good before. Very disappointed, will not be back again :/

Service was great the workers were very nice and chill. The dining area was super clean and the Poké was really really good. Nice variety of fish and sauces and they also have ice cream!

Just had this for the first time and it’s absolute fire. The quality for the price surprised me. This is going to replace the other similar restaurants in the area for me. Fresh, surprisingly inexpensive, and convenient. Come on.

Good quality fish, sides, and sauces that compliment everything so well. The only downside is that it is on the pricier side when compared to other build your own bowl places.

This is a well priced poke bowl with a good amount of fish and toppings. I feel like they even gave me a little bit of extra salmon since they were out of the noodles I wanted to try. The imitation crab salad was also better than what I’ve had at other poke spots.
