It’s Longmont Colorado not downtown Denver. Charging an additional $5 for parking is absurd. I lived locally for almost ten years prior to moving away last fall. No other hotel in the area does this. #CHEAP

I travel for work and I stay in hotels weekly. This hotel is a bit older but has been nicely renovated and was very clean. The carpet had just been shampooed which I loved. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I had a room with a balcony and a lovely view. It’s also quiet and surrounded by other hotels but near a lot of stores and stuff.

Priceline messed up and didn't rebook our room after the hotel had to cancel our reservation due to storm damage. The front desk staff were very helpful in helping us get a room at another hotel.

Perfect spot for weekend exploring Longmont with mountain views from the balcony. Front desk was so friendly and helpful during the entire stay. Room was clean and up to date.

Perfect location but I’m going to get picky for the price. The room was clean but the beds were awful and the pillows were flat. All of them. The bathtub filled with water as we showered. Zero counter space and not great lighting overall. Popcorn ceilings. The hotel isn’t that old. The windows were thin, one pane. Made the room cold even with the heat on. No complimentary breakfast. $50 for a minimal meal for two in including coffee (also not free). I would not recommend to family and friends.

Had an uneventful detour which made me need a room. Got one on the 3rd floor with a king size bed and a balcony, with a nice view of the mountain to the west. Staff and service was excellent. Recommend.

I'd like to thank the people, especially Tiffany, with mentions for Nate, Mary, and Kate. They all were kind and helpful, but the level of enthusiasm for customer care Tiffany exhibited inspired me to leave this glowing endorsement. Give her a hotel to run and it will thrive! Tireless. Dedicated. Positive. Thoughtful. I'm beyond impressed and urge management to recognize her innate gifts perfectly suited to hotel customer service. 10/10 outstanding! Thank you!

Breakfast was not included? The Starbucks inside the hotel closed at 9am so don't get up to late. My friends room had a mouse trap in it? Why would you put a customer in with a mouse. On the 3rd day my friend saw the mouse and was moved to the Queen's room? Which was not a welcoming room at all.

Stayed here overnight on 5/8/23. The young man who checked us in was very friendly. Make sure the room is in your name, otherwise he's going to make you call the person who reserved the room. My toilet was plugged up & rather than coming up to plunge it, he gave me the plunger & had me deal with it myself, which was odd.

They are donating usage of a conference room for the monthly board meetings of our non-profit youth orchestra. This is a huge help for us, and we greatly appreciate the excellent service!

Stayed here for a wedding and found it to be well located to plenty of restaurants and stores. Rooms were nice and clean. Every room seems to have a balcony which is convenient. Breakfast isn't complimentary so you'll need to buy from the Cafe in the lobby or go out. Parking was plentiful and overall no issues. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful!

I found this to be a wonderful stay. The proximity to Boulder is nice. The hotel grounds are attractive and quiet. Cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms was great. All staff performed to great satisfaction, especially Krista (Front desk) and Mariana (at the Bistro). Of course, available extras are pricey, but meh, nevertheless, the overall cost was very reasonable. Even had breakfast in the room rate. Extremely pleased. A great experience. Thank you all!

We stay in a lot of Marriott properties as we earn points. This is one of my least favorite stays. The beds were horrible, I woke up in pain each morning. The breakfast was pricey. Pool was okay, the floor in the pool area was gross and there were grapes in the bottom of the pool. My son threw them out and they were still there the next day. Room wasn't dirty overall, but the AC didn't work great, bathroom was fine.

Room great 👍 Pool great 👍 Parking great 👍 Breakfast awful 👎 Here's why, the service is terrible. They messed up our orders. To fix my coffee she just added more milk. When I pay for my coffee I want it my way. Remake it and just do it right. They also forgot my sons Bacon and burnt his French toast

Great place and staff! We had problems with our reservation 'thanks Priceline " but the staff did a GREAT job in working to rectify the mistake! This is the only place I will stay next time we come to Longmont!

The facility engineer bought a pump motor from our small business and never paid for it and has ignored my emails for 2 months now. Dont stay at this hotel if you support small businesses, they are a nightmare to deal with and the managers all pass the buck, telling me its someone elses problem. Even though they literally stole from us. Thats what it is when you take something without paying for it- stealing.
