Great food. Noisy people above us. Shower head broken. Loss of star due to a weird staff member barging into my room without knocking- twice!! Stupid excuse. Two days in a row. With DO NOT DISTURB ON THE DOOR!! I felt violated and targeted just so they could be nosey.

Huge room, plenty of space, full size refrigerator with freezer. Microwave, no stove/oven. Shower was excellent, bathroom fixtures very modern (2 level sink, big/small flush toilets, etc.) - very nice. Free breakfast, indoor pool, gym, etc. Very nice accomodations. Enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were super spacious, clean, and organized. Breakfast options were OK , not the greatest. They charged $10 for parking per night even though their parking area was full, and they asked that I park in the street . That really wasn't ok with me. The shower gell dispenser was almost empty, and the shampoo was quarter full. I thought room service would top that to the full between guests. The front office night girl was still in training, but she did a fantastic job. The morning reception lady greatest me with a big smile when I checked out.

Great hotel. Spacious room. nice views. Good breakfast. However, we did not like fees for self parking when parking spaces are limited.

Front desk person is absolutely rude I believe her name is Jody west. Doesn’t let one speak only said to me “ I’d don’t know I don’t know that is was too early for her to know. If she can’t handle working so early then maybe she shouldn’t work. I thought hotels were all about hospitality.

Staff is few and far between, sometimes had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get a towel for the pool. Seems like it's the same staff member all the time.

Was advertised as free parking. When checking in advised of $10 day parking charge. I refused and it was waived. Had to pay for entire stay at check in. In all my years of traveling this never happened. Have stayed here before but never again.

Decently new hotel. Requested late check-out and hung "do not disturb" sign.... which did not keep hotel staff from barging into the room early and startling me and my dog. Try harder next time.

We stayed here for about a week, the place is very clean, staff was really nice and accommodating, especially the lady who works behind the counter in the evenings. I think her name might be Melanie? Or something similar, anywho she was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for us during our stay. I had come out one night asking her about the closest place I could walk to for some antacids for my husband and she immediately went into the back and found me some! She was always nice and always smiling no matter how many favors I asked from her. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

I usually stay at Airbnb’s on my hiking trips but I couldn’t find any in this area so we decided to stay at a hotel for a night.. I have to say, staying at Home2 made me fall in love with staying at hotels again. The front desk concierge Melanie was an absolute rockstar, helped us in every way possible and had amazing customer service. I truly recommend this hotel, the rooms were spacious and had tons of features like a fridge, dish washer, rolling table for eating, and not to mention washer machines on site for your clothes after a good hike. Great experience.

The staff went above and beyond for us repeatedly over our weeklong stay. Very clean, with great breakfast. And probably the best hotel gym I've ever used. Free weights, cable machine and cardio in a brightly lit clean space.

This was a great hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Only thing I did not like was I had to pay $10 a night to park in their parking lot.

This is THE place to stay in Longmont! It was super clean, very quiet, and such comfy beds. Best hotel sleep I have ever had as an adult.
