The papaya salad was so fresh and had good crunch. Longmont could use more delicious vegan places like this. 🌱 💚

It's nice having vegan only fare to order from! They have a 50% rating in my book. I ordered two entries and Both Were Requested Mild or no "hot" spice. One of meals (Vegan Basil Fried Rice) was perfect and the other (Drunken Noodles) was too spicy for us to eat.

Friendly staff, place is tiny but the food is so good, they have local kombuchas too. Best vegan Thai I’ve ever had! I got the pad Thai, can’t wait to try the curries and fried rice. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting some yummy Thai food.

Consistent and delicious. Haven't tried anything I didn't like. I order weekly from here and never regret it. The Fried Gyoza is my favorite appetizer.

Hands-down the best drunken noodle I’ve ever had. Not only that, the amount is almost twice what I get everywhere else!

I’ve been enjoying vegan/plant-based meals from this wonderful spot consistently for a year — and the service (thanks Greg!) & the food have always been excellent!!! So grateful to have such a wonderful compassionate business here in our community! (Better than anything in Boulder, no kidding ; )

I have gotten the Spring Rolls, Cream Cheese Wontons, Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodles, Green Curry, and Red Curry. I dearly love the wontons, and you seriously cannot go wrong with ANYTHING you choose. There is no possibility that you order something different and it is not eatable or something tasty. I shamelessly order once a week and look forward to patronage.

May 2023 tried again and just so incredibly flavorful! Foodies that love how flavors and spices and freshness unfold layer after layer will be happy they tried this place! Do it! ❤️ So happy to see a vegan restaurant in Longmont. Deliciously flavorful and fresh! No animal products used. First time trying and we will be back soon.

Easily the BEST Asian option in Longmont (and probably the whole Boulder metro area)! I'm a strict vegetarian, and it's refreshing to be able to order anything on the menu -- most dishes also have a gluten-free option! My spouse (not vegetarian, professional cook) says it's his favorite, too. The food is always fresh, and Vegan Thai will happily accommodate a wide range of special requests. Everything is wonderful so we usually order way too much and enjoy the leftovers for a couple of days. All of the salads are delicious, with the Burmese tea leaf salad as the stand out. We seriously order from here 3 to 4 times a month, and if you're considering it, I can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks so much, Vegan Thai! We are so happy you're here in Longmont!

Truly some of the best Thai food I've ever eaten, and even better that it's all vegan! We ate it outside at St. Vrain Cidery and had people coming up and asking where we got it because it smelled so good. Since I'm based in Lafayette, I vote next location there :) Great work!

OH MY GOD Longmont FINALLY has legit Thai food. You guys, do it. Order it. It’s the best Thai food I have had in Colorado.

I am here visiting from Texas. I am plant based and there are so many options here compared to back home. I found the website and ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice and it was AMAZING ! I came back the next day and ordered the Thai Sriracha Noodles and it was delicious too ! The owner was so nice and he took his time explaining several menu items since this was my first visit. Try this place...the customer service is great and the food is YUMMY !

Great food and prices. Friendly owners. Vegan food is outstanding. Good parking in the back. Mostly take out, but there are two tables outside.

Amazing vegan Thai food! The tom kha tofu is flavorful and filled with a generous amount of veggies. Just a note - the 5/5 spice level is pretty mild in my opinion, so if you are also Thai (or you just like it super spicy), I recommend asking for some extra pepper on the side. I also recommend trying the Thai iced tea! I appreciate that it is brewed and not from a powder mix :)

By far the freshest and best Thai food and I'm not vegan. Hope they move to a more convenient and larger location so that we can eat in some time.

Really amazing and authentic Thai food that doesn’t break the bank. Literally my absolute favorite restaurant in Longmont. Or maybe anywhere. Just the best. Excellent quality food and very well packed take-out. Most vegan options I’ve seen available at any one place in Longmont. ✨💫🌟

Great food. This is our go to spot now when we feel like having vegan food. Panang curry is top notch.

Thai food is always great and even better when everything on the menu is 100% vegan. Took some non-veg friends and everyone enjoyed what they got. Wait time was more than reasonable. The portions were filling, the drunken noodles were amazing, the cheese wontons were incredible, and the rocket pop soda was tasty. I will be returning.

Our new go to for Thai food. The flavors are phenomenal and the veggies are wonderfully cooked maintaining their crispness. We love the pineapple fried rice with it's many ingredients. The most amazing thing is that we try something new each time and it's always good and each dish has it's own flavor.

When I lived in Denver, I spent 7 years searching for the holy grail of Pad Thai. I finally found it, and it's in Longmont at Vegan Thai Co. My husband and I have lived here for a little over seven months now, and after trying a few different places, Vegan Thai Co has quickly become our favorite restaurant. The quality and freshness of their ingredients shines through in every dish, and everything we've tried there so far has been a winner. Nothing but love for this place!

Oooooooohhh. I really love this place...so tasty! And I hope that they are finally the ones to cement their business in this little hideaway of a location. The only nice exception to that would be if they had to move to a bigger venue to accommodate a booming business😃

The set up is a bit confusing as this and Mana are the same thing. Same base sauces, all of which are vegan, and to which a wide variety of proteins, vegan and not, can be added. Dine in is very limited (one table in, 2 out). Given that many (most?) Thai sauces use fish sauce or shrimp paste, a huge number of vegan Thai sauces aren't rounded out properly, and taste like poor approximations of the real thing. This is very much not the case here. Ordered an initial dish to eat outside there. It was so good that 1/3 of the way through I ordered another to take with me for my dinner. That was so good that I was planning on coming back on my through town 2 days later (Sunday). Unfortunately they are closed on Sundays, so I waited around an extra hour on Sat to get 2 more to go dishes. Both of those were so delicious that I would go an hour out of my way tomorrow to get more, but unfortunately Wednesday is the other day they are closed. Super impressed. Easily the best Thai takeaway spot I've been to, and a very serious contender for best SE Asian food I've had.

I was helped by an employee who didn't know if all the dishes were indeed vegan since the signboard outside and the menu pamphlet still say a different restaurant name (Mana Thai), but the entrance door had a different restaurant name (Vegan Thai). "Everything can be made vegan" was the vague answer I got. Food can only be taken out since it's a relatively small place to dine in, and I'm not sure they had plates or glasses to dine-in. The actual food itself had a bit of a burnt, overcooked smell, which made the restaurant even more unappealing to me. Maybe the management is yet to find their footing. But it was not a satisfactory dining experience.

Truly amazing food! Order for the first time tonight and it’s genuinely some of the best Thai food we’ve had (and we’ve eaten it in many locations). So fresh, balanced spice and authentic flavor. Cannot believe this is in longmont!

An awesome hole-in-the-wall spot in Longmont! Came down from Loveland to try this place and it is phenomenal!

😐 This place is EXPENSIVE. Most cheese specialty stores are but especially this one. I went to get a particular type of cheese, they did have it, but it’s price was MORE for less cheese comparatively to another place in the Denver area that carries the same cheese. The store itself is cool, lots of...
