The service provided by Shay and his team at Diamond Collection & Co. aka Diamonds 26, was absolutely exceptional. I requested they make two custom rings in less than a week, which was a pretty unreasonable request. However, Shay and his team rose to the challenge and came through for us delivering two beautiful rings in less than a week. The rings were very reasonably priced and fit perfectly! We are thrilled with our new wedding rings and will definitely ask Shay and his team to make any other precious jewelry pieces we may need in future!

I came with my girlfriend after desperately trying to fix the ring that she bought a year ago at a mall jewelry store and basically fell apart. From the minute I walked into this classy establishment I knew this store wasn't like the many stuffy, unorganized cheap wholesale stores in DT LA. I was impressed to see the pricing equally matching that of the other local wholesalers but with this time a welcoming smile and offer for assistance right away. The owner Shay is very knowledgeable and was willing to spend as much time as needed to educate me on the different products I was interested in. He designs and makes custom jewelry so you're likely to find something for everyone if you're on the hunt for something special. I like the range of items from the simple solitaire to the custom made swirls of diamonds in a range of colors in rings , pendants, bracelets and earrings. I've added some pictures that I took while "playing" in my girl heaven trying on some beautiful jewelry pieces. I love just watching the beautiful sparklers go around. It's a definite must stop when visiting the LA Jewelry district. ‼

This was by far the most touching experience I have ever had purchasing pretty much anything ever. I sent out a quote request through Yelp to more than 20 jewelers, on the day before my daughter’s Sweet 16 Birthday, hoping and praying that someone would be able to help me. I needed to get her a 14 karat gold locket with a chain, engraved, within 24 hours. I thought for sure this would not be possible. Within 5 minutes, Shay (the owner) of Diamond Collection & Company called me and put my heart at ease. He assured me that it could be done and that he was willing to help me. I described exactly what I wanted and he was able to create it, surpassing my hopes entirely. Not only did he create a gorgeous and perfect locket for my daughter, but he also made a beautiful little picture frame and clear cover to go over the picture inside! The engraving was beautiful and it had a unique, custom look and feel, so much more delicate and personal than the lockets I found at a few of the other retail jewelers in the malls. And the price was half the amount they were charging. I was shocked at first and felt a little bit unsure that this could be a legit situation. But I felt reassured by Shay’s sweetness and seeming trustworthiness. He sent me pictures at every step of the way, as he stayed up very late working on my piece to have it ready for me the next day. When I came to pick it up the next day, before my daughter’s dinner celebration, he brought it down to me and brought with him a delicious pineapple and coconut juice that was just what I needed, after a long and stressful day. And when he handed me the locket, in a beautiful blue leather box complete with a gift bag, I couldn’t believe it. I was so grateful. And most of all, I appreciated his huge heartedness and honesty. There are few people that are willing to go out of their way like Shay did for me, for such little in return. There is no way he made any money from this deal. It truly was a gift to me. Thank you Shay from someone who was deeply touched by your spirit and generosity today.

Traveled to downtown L.A. looking for a replacement ring for one that I lost while traveling. After some yelping and review readings we made an appointment and were pleasantly greeted by Daniel and Shay upon our arrival, parking meter and lot were right next door and all along spring street. They were very patient, educating and informative and they worked within our budget to get us into our perfect ring which turned out much nicer than the one I originally had purchased in Zales. Now I will return with my sister to get her engagement ring done. They will make your dream come trough without living a hole in your wallet.

Shay is an amazing and very patient guy. He is a diamond and gold visionary. He has brilliant ideas! He even met me outside and gave me a parking permit to park for free. Everyone hates paying for parking, waste of money. He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with everything. He pitches ideas that I NEVER would've thought of.
