Worst
insurance
company!
Don't
waist
your
money
here.
I've
held
my
policy
with
this
company
for
several
years
now,
I've
never
had
an
accident
until
November
of
last
year
thankfully
with
no
injuries.
It
took
them
5
weeks
for
them
to
actually
approve
my
claim.
I
then
proceeded
to
take
my
car
to
the
body
shop.
The
body
shop
couldn't
get
ahold
of
the
company
to
get
the
final
approval,
it
took
another
2
weeks
for
the
adjuster
-Talia
Izaguirre
to
respond.
They
finally
approved
the
claim,
the
shop
proceeded
with
the
repairs.
My
car
has
now
been
repaired
and
ready
to
pick
up
for
4
weeks
now
but
unfortunately
I
cannot
take
my
car
out
of
the
shop
because
Alliance
insurance
won't
pay
for
the
repairs.
I
haven't
driven
my
car
since
the
incident
so
3
months
now.
I
need
my
car
to
drive
to
work
and
to
drive
my
children
to
school.
I
have
been
calling
the
company
asking
to
speak
with
-Talia
Izaguirre
the
person
in
charge
of
the
claim
and
she
can't
be
reached.
My
self
and
the
body
shop
have
left
several
voicemails
and
emails
but
no
response.
When
calling
customer
service,
it
seems
as
if
every
agent
is
instructed
to
transfer
calls
to
other
agents
or
even
just
hang
up
on
customers.
Just
today
alone
I
was
transferred
between
8
different
agents
and
not
one
could
help
me.
I'm
not
familiar
with
legal
matters,
but
after
reading
several
of
the
other
reviews
it
seems
like
this
company
is
doing
this
to
many
policy
holders.
I
wonder
if
a
class
action
suit
can
be
opened
against
this
company.
