    Worst insurance ever!!! Even more worst when the other person involved in the accident has the same insurance which is this one, they play by favorites, they do not care about your car or your situation they just call you once and leave a voicemail and everybody transfers you to the adjusters voicemail and nobody gets back to you in a timely matter I waited over 1 week to get a call back and nothing happened , I got a lawyer involved and within 24 hrs HE got my CAR towed and in a body shop something that this insurance took over a week to even consider or do! If it’s been over a week and you haven’t heard from them don’t wait any longer lawyer up!!!

    Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service… I have been trying to contact my adjuster they gave me and he doesn’t even pick up the phone. I have left 3 messages for him contact me back. No response. They sent me to his supervisor. She doesn’t even answer… I keep calling the claims department and they just try sending me to the same people. They have me going back and forth, I’m literally getting nowhere! I do not recommend this insurance. Don’t waste your time and money getting insurance with them. I will be leaving as soon as I get my situation situated.

    Worst insurance company! Don't waist your money here. I've held my policy with this company for several years now, I've never had an accident until November of last year thankfully with no injuries. It took them 5 weeks for them to actually approve my claim. I then proceeded to take my car to the body shop. The body shop couldn't get ahold of the company to get the final approval, it took another 2 weeks for the adjuster -Talia Izaguirre to respond. They finally approved the claim, the shop proceeded with the repairs. My car has now been repaired and ready to pick up for 4 weeks now but unfortunately I cannot take my car out of the shop because Alliance insurance won't pay for the repairs. I haven't driven my car since the incident so 3 months now. I need my car to drive to work and to drive my children to school. I have been calling the company asking to speak with -Talia Izaguirre the person in charge of the claim and she can't be reached. My self and the body shop have left several voicemails and emails but no response. When calling customer service, it seems as if every agent is instructed to transfer calls to other agents or even just hang up on customers. Just today alone I was transferred between 8 different agents and not one could help me. I'm not familiar with legal matters, but after reading several of the other reviews it seems like this company is doing this to many policy holders. I wonder if a class action suit can be opened against this company.

    Avoid this company. You're lucky if you're even able to speak to somebody I've been dealing with a collision claim for a month today. I still don't have a lot of information, if this sounds like something you're interested in go ahead sign up for their insurance. Vincent Garcia=incompetence

    Extremely disappointed in them. Had them for multiple years. Great price on all my vehicles. Then today I was notified by the broker I go through the policy payment to renew was due on the first of this month (yesterday). I immediately called to handle the issue but they declined accepting payment. They said I NEEDED to restart a new policy. That I HAD to go through my broker to start a new one. Thats an all time low for them. Poor customer service on their behalf to cancel my insurance policy like that. Lesson learned. & never will I return as a customer from today going forward.

    Don’t and avoid this insurance. You better pay 30 bucks more than be here. The least professional staff, with attitude. They lie to you no matter what. They scam you and charge you for no reasons. Avoid. They don’t even have corporate. Lol believe me you’re gonna be sorry. Save your money and time go somewhere else.

    Would give zero is possible. This insurance has had my granddaughters truck since February. Now it’s practically the end of august so we had to buy a car for her. !! They returned it a month ago and it didn’t even make it down the road. Some shops in Dinuba worked on it. They made my granddaughter take proof of oil changes up keep etc strange. They said she didn’t tell them transmission was messed up Duh a 22 year old is supposed to tell them how to fix the car. Obviously it wasn’t in driving condition. Now they are saying it has too much mileage. We haven’t heard from anyone in nearly a month. i

    Alliance kemper insurance all the same insurance scamming companies. If your late 1 day on your payment you get canceled without notice and won’t let you reinstate. You gotta start a new application with their brokers so they can both get a slice of cake. To me this is fraud and I will talk to my friend who is an attorney and dig more into this because it appears that I’m not the only one after reading the reviews!

    I have been trying to get someone to call me back for more than a week. I call everyday at least twice. Insurance companies should be there when you need them!!!!!! Read the other reviews. I believe each and every one. This has been my experience. No one calls you back. They don’t email you. They ignore you.

    I AM SO UPSET. My first claim and I have yet to be called back by my adjustor Juanita Pinto Solis!!! I have called her everyday and left a VM. She called me back once at the end of her day! When I called back she was already out of the office!! She left a message asking to call her Monday. I did and the call always goes straight to her voicemail. I called again this morning the rep “followed” the escalation process said the senior supervisor and immediate supervisor Graciela Beigelman. I was informed I would need get a call back in a few minutes. They have not called me back!! What is going on with this insurance company!!?? I think I will need to notify the California Department of Insurance.

    Really bad customer service talked to supervisor Irine and did not have any good communication! As I called to check on a fee that I feel should have not been added they did not take it off first time in about 4 years with the insurance. She didn’t seem to care about my situation nor checked good record on payments on time! Thankfully no car crashes which makes me feel it will be horrible to communicating with the company. Will need to look for new insurance.

    I called in about 5 minutes ago and the woman that picked up was extremely rude since the beginning!!!!! I was trying to explain that their online system wasn't allowing me to make a payment and that I had previously called about the same issue and never got a call back. She proceeded to tell me that even though they never got back to me that I still could have made a payment and that she didn't know why I just didn't pay. That they always take payments. She would just repeat herself in a rude and condescending tone and wouldn't allow me to speak

    They hit my car further fake insurance call there you can’t get through information said that the adjuster will call back no one calls you call you won’t get through often carefully this company scammers scammers they just collect money well they don’t give any insurance.     No good customer service. I was ripped off twice by this company paid my policy in full and they cancelled my policy for a non existent balance and would not restate my policy after paying 1300$ they than kept 500 dollars of my 1300 dollars for some bogus reason and cancelled my policy with no real explanation I than had to find a new company and start another policy for another 400$ they ripped me off they also owe me a 500$ check for a road claim I made but I never received the check and trying to receive customer service is impossible!

    I don’t understand all the bad reviews! This is the best insurance I have ever had. Agentes are very well trained! They follow up and take care of things with no delays. I am very happy with them! I’ve had this insurance for over a year now and this was my first accident. I wasn’t sure how would they handle it but I am very pleased!

    Horrible Company no grace period on late payments cancelled my insurance policy reported to the dmv right away been a customer for 3 years paying month to month no accidents all they do is take your money that’s it, I believe if I was white I would have been warned before they cancelled my policy!

    I too like many others on this list would say 0 stars if I could. My car was hit while parked by a Kemper Insured driver. All I could say is thank goodness I went through my own insurance as Kemper has been completely unresponsive as to my diminished car value letters and loss of use. They keep claiming they have mailed me the explanation but its been weeks.

    This Insurance place is a scam my client had and accident one of there covered insured parties hit my clients car On Dec of 2021 and it’s May 2022 . “Cecilia Guadalupe Vargas “ the adjuster has not answered they give the run around idk if that’s even there legit name Roberto 1204 employees number keeps giving me the run around his a so called supervisor and there another supervisor called Maria Cruz that doesn’t even answer …. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone on my point of view as a Body Shop Owener

    I called on behalf of my colleagues to find the name of the person at this listed member institution to pass the completed AHEAD Economic Development Grant to the institution's designated person to submit it for funding and could not get a live rep to respond.     I've had this insurance for years out of nowhere they drop me stating my payment didn't go through and in order to reinstated my policy they want me to pay 3× my original payment. Go somewhere else people save your time and money!!!!

    They low balled me and my lawyers. Then didn't send the check for several months. Meanwhile, I racked up $27,000 in medical expenses. They only paid me $15,000. My lawyer got $6,000 I got $4,400, and the medical providers got the balance. I would insure with them if they were the last insurance company on the planet.

    This is a lousy excuse for an insurance company. Had an accident that went to arbitration. They didn't fight for me. The arbitror ruled 100% my fault. How could that be? No witnesses except involved parties. When I spoke with Daniel Krupnick he admitted they dropped the ball. Don't do business with them!!!

    This company did not deal with my accident in a sincere way. Their employee made my anxiety and depression worsen when dealing with my accident. They really made my first experience undesirable. Update: I do not like the way my claim was handled at all. They did nothing for me as some one with full coverage insurance. Everyone down to the manager of the adjusters were unprofessional I will be changing insurance ASAP. terrible experience

    If I could give zero stars I would. It's has been a week since my little brother was in a car wreck and this company is sending us through loop holes. They transfer you all over the state, they are extremely unprofessional. Their system is aggressively unhelpful, they are very rude and NO ONE ANSWERS YOUR CALL.     I would leave zero stars if I could! Service is horrible. My car was totaled it’s been over 2 months and still no word about how much will be payed out and they can’t even have the decency to send me the release form which I need!, the adjuster and the supervisor won’t even answer me or my attorney. I canceled my auto insurance with them for my other cars and I went to Farmers Insurance, turns out that Farmers was able to give me way more coverage for cheaper! Do yourself a favor don’t get Insurance here. Farmers actually made me feel cared for and treated me like family and not like another dollar, they have done a lot more for my family and I than what this insurance has all these past years.

    Had alliance for years and they were great with all my not at fault accidents! Until I was a day late on thanksgiving day and they canceled my policy without warning. Tried calling my broker and alliance themselves and no one wanted to and or would help me. Such a shame.

    I've been paying my policy on time . For the last couple of years. It ain't cheap. But it's fine. So today I looked at my alliance united account and my policy is cancelled no call, no warning, I never miss payments, always checking. Too make sure bills taken care of. So what part of communication is this? Just cancel policy. No explanation. It's Sunday and I got to wait till Monday.
