I came to Rondel’s because of all the wonderful review and it did not disappoint. My sister recommended this company after I had a really bad experience with the jeweler who made my ring. The diamond had fallen out and when I went to take it to him for repair he refused to provide a receipt and he got really upset about it. I just didn't feel comfortable leaving my expensive ring without some kind of documentation. Rondel's was great! They were very friendly and professional. I am a 2nd generation customer to Rondel's. My dad purchased my mom's engagement ring from Angie's father around 30 years ago. When it came time for me to buy an engagement ring for my now fiance, my parents said the first place I had to go to was Rondel's in the jewelry district. It ended up being the first and last. I assembled a plan to propose to my high school sweetheart about two weeks before an out of state trip with my family and her. When we visited Angie, she had the perfect diamond assortment ready for us when we arrived after a considerable drive to Los Angeles. She had certainly found the perfect diamond. I bought it that day and Angie quickly sent it off to her setter. Even though I put her in a hard spot, with asking for the ring being ready in a week and a half, Angie was sweet and kind the whole way. Somehow, she pushed it miraculously pushed it through her busy queue and I had the ring in my pocket on the way to the airport. The proposal was perfect and we could not be happier. Unfortunately, months later, my fiance's hand was slammed in a sliding door and the thin band (which I chose against Angie's structural recommendation) snapped. Graciously, Angie moved the diamond to a new, thicker band that was even more stunning. She did so swiftly, so that my fiance may once again have the symbol of our love on her hand again. If I could rate higher than 5 start I would. My Fiancé and I came to Rondel's with with very little knowledge about rings or even what style I wanted and Angie was so helpful and supportive, she really made the whole experience very special. She really read my mind when it came to putting together the most gorgeous ring, and it came out better than I ever imagined. It is so special and unique and I will treasure it forever. She was always willing to show us different bands and diamonds, and was able to get us almost anything to sample until we found the prefect stone. We will definitely be going back for out wedding bands next year and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
