    I spent over 5k over the last years. Bought a necklace but they offered no insurance. The necklace broke literally a month later and wanted to charge me $50.00 to fix it. I refused to pay and they closed my account. Never again going to this place. The manager was rude and didn’t care about loosing a customer. Please stay away from this place, they don’t care about their customer only your money.

    the people so mean i was trying to buy there and they were treat me like i could not pay it. i do not where is the manager but everybody has right to buy.

    I had the best jewelry shopping experience at this store! They have the friendliest and most helpful staff. I love Ava and Pedro. They make a great team and got me exactly what I needed — within my budget too! The manager Amanda also made sure I felt welcomed and happy with my purchase. I will definitely return to Kay's Northridge for their selection and customer service!

    The worst service in the world, the owners have to do something immediately with these rude employees. Even if it was the last store, I would rather not have gold than to see these employees' faces.  They seem to be not happy with their work especially the young lady is so mean!! For answering questions. Listen guys, look for another job. Customers are not to blame for your frustration...TAKE NOTE OWNERS??

    Amazing customer service from Dennis and Victor! They were very patient with me throughout the whole time and listened to my needs. Extremely professional and polite. I left happy with my new ring!

    Amazing service! I bought my husband’s wedding band here and the staff was very friendly and kind. Ava and Pedro are absolutely amazing at their job. Always ready to show me and let me try on anything that catches my attention ♥️ I 100% recommend 🫶🏻 perfect place for classy gifts, they have sales sometimes too so the prices are affordable 😁

    I have had the best experience at this shop! I actually stopped by about 5 other jewelry shops for engagement rings and just wasn’t feeling their vibes. Then I stopped by here and Amanda helped me and I just felt the perfect vibe and knew I was at the right spot! I picked out a ring I loved and even got to make custom changes! I have had a perfect experience ever since! They work real hard and care about customers! Ava and Jessica are great too!

    Don’t waste your time or money. I purchased an item online that was never was delivered and they refused to replace the item that was over $300 I would like to add that UPS paid them my missing/stolen Item claim. They want to keep my money and the additional money that UPS paid them .

    David was awesome! He helped my wife and me choose not only one necklace, but two. Then a few weeks later there was a sale and he was patient and kind enough to help us save some money. Hands down great employee! We will definitely be back

    My shopping experience at Kay Jewelers yesterday went great! Pedro was so helpful and friendly. He listened to all of my questions and concerns and made sure to show me items that fit the look I envisioned for my wedding band. He also was careful not to go too over my budget when showing me options which I appreciate. Pedro also made sure to inform me of the 12 month timeframe I have to purchase the lifetime coverage (since I did not want to do so at that moment) so that was also a plus. In the end I was able to order just what I was looking for with his help, and would definitely return for his assistance with future purchases.

    Absolutely terrible results each time I come in. I purchased a very special ring from Kay's and the diamonds started to fall out very soon after I purchased the ring. I would like to say my partner and I are regular customers of Kay's. I cannot stress how many times I have come in to get my ring fixed and each time.. before the ring even gets to me, the ring is missing yet another diamond that is not even the original missing diamond. I ALWAYS HAVE TO LEAVE IT AGAIN. Finally, the jeweler who does the repairs deemed it irreparable. A rep said he was able exchange it for another item of the same value but the day I went in I was not prepared to pick out an item that I find to be a timeless piece. I looked for about 30-40 minutes but didn't find anything quite like it. So he said I was able to return at a later time with when I was more prepared to find an item. I came in on mother's day and the same rep was able to help me out. I was extremely happy to pick something out. But then he spoke to Amanda who basically said it wasn't in her power to complete any type of exchange unless I returned the ring again for repairs. After clearly reading in the notes that the jeweler himself deemed it irreparable. I forcefully had to sign it back to Kay's and just wait to see if the exchange was even doable. It has been months... all the holidays went by and I had no ring. I really feel let down 1000 times by Kay's and not to mention for causing my mother's day to be such a disappointment after leaving this place empty handed. Kay's went back on their word one too many times and I literally feel stuck at this moment. I really hope they are able to fix this issue. I just want my money back at this point. I'm super unsatisfied and disappointed that my partner and I even had to argue about the service. When I asked how soon I could get a response on the outcome.. it was as usual... the answer was, "we don't even know if we can exchange it." And then AMANDA tried to make me feel bad for not choosing a ring the day I picked it up last. So unprofessional of her to do. I literally walked away to cry. What I thought would be a good deal turned out to be multiple wasted trips and a waste of my money. -M AGUILAR.

    Ava has always been very helpful with my fiancé and I , she helped make my dream ring come true. Something about my ring was missing and we were looking for a black diamond. And was very helpful in finding a black diamond to replace the current one on my ring as I wasn’t interested in trading it as I loved my ring shape. She made it happen and always provides the best customer service !

    My fiancée and I came here to look at wedding bands, keeping in mind this was our first time. The first lady who helped us was very helpful while trying to find one that matches the engagement ring. But then another older lady came, I think she was the boss or manager. She told the lady who was helping us to go help another customer and she was more aggressive with going for the more expensive wedding band. She was also trying hard to push the engagement ring into these wedding band where it goes into the middle. I didn't appreciate that so I told my fiancée to not let her touch it again. She just kept showing us the expensive wedding band and after I told her we were just looking to see what would work since it was our first time, she lost interest and started texting someone on the phone while helping us so we just left.

    Very nice store. I felt welcomed. My sales rep was patient and really helped me to find a great gift for my wife's birthday. The store is clean and love the fact that they were following safety procedures.

    The place is a scam. I had my debit card swiped multiple times. They said the system kept giving an error then assured me that nothing was being charged. I then checked my bank account online to find out they wiped it out. So far it has been days and still wiped out. To me it feels like some kind of theft because I'm being forced to lend them money, like a short term loan, without my consent.

    I recently visited the Kay Jewelers in Northridge for a 6-month inspection of 2 rings. After waiting about 20 minutes for the help of a staff member (It was understandably busy given the upcoming holidays.), an older male staff member with glasses rudely refused to help me and said that he was too busy to do inspections given that he doesn't make commissions from them. He walked away from me to help someone else. Having driven a half-hour to the store, I waited another 20 minutes for another staff member and was overjoyed to work with Evan. He was thoughtful, patient, and tremendously kind in helping with the ring inspections, which also resulted in my making another purchase at the store. Evan more than made up for the negative experience and was a true delight!

    The team here is great. We've been going to this location for more than a year and Anthony, the manager, has always been the absolute best! I had an issue with a ring after it was sized down and he made sure it was taken care of in a timely manor. We've purchased many items from this location and I will not go anywhere else!

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE Everyone is helpful before you buy something expensive here, after that your on your own with jewelry that has fake stones that fall off every 3 months. The insurance plan is a scam and doesnt cover anything. Save yourself the headache and hassle and shop somewhere else. Also contact Schonbrun Seplow Harris Hoffman & Zeldes, LLP Consumer Protection Lawyers Serving Los Angeles County, CA (S. Pasadena) They are helping me with bringing forth a lawsuit against this establishment, they can help you too!!! Good luck.

    Says they open at 10am online. Got there at 10:30am to find several people standing around waiting for them to open at 11am. I didn’t have the time to wait around. UPDATE YOUR HOURS PLEASE

    Shelby gave fantastic customer service to my fiance and I...she went above and beyond the call of duty! My fiance and I are super excited about our wedding rings we picked out..so freaking happy with the experience we had with the staff. Everyone was so nice and sweet.     Pedro and Amanda are definitely incompetent! Worst customer service ever!!! My chain broke for the 3rd time I have warranty and they didn’t want to give me a replacement Amanda told me “if you buy a car and use it, eventually is going to break down” Good job Kay Jewels 🤧🤧

    Had an amazing time ring shopping with Kay Jewelers, starting off at Northridge and then over to Thousand Oaks, all because of Ava. She was incredible, really patient and totally focused on helping me find "the one" ring. It was wonderful how well they worked between the two stores just to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Big shoutout to Ava and the Kay team – you guys rock!! I can't recommend them enough if you're on the hunt for some stunning jewelry.

    Never buy any jewelry from k jewelers especially this location. After selling me a faulty ring in which five stones had fallen out, I was forced to pay $500 for insurance so they could fix and replace the defective ring. After fixing the ring problem, I come to find out a year later that because I used the insurance on the defective ring, my insurance was now used up, and the ring they replaced it with was considered a " new ring" and I would have to pay a new $500 fee to buy this ring new insurance. This is a scam, even worse it's insurance fraud. Don't use this company or any of its locations anymore!!! They all participate in the same insurance scam.
