I love the Louisvillle Visitor Center. I love Louisvillle and the center highlights all the amazing attractions in the city and vicinity. The staff is amazing. I buy postcards from the visitor center often. I recommend everyone who visits or lives in Louisvillle, stop by here.

I did not feel very welcomed. The one male staff member wanted to follow me around the store. Not sure how you can work at a welcome center and treat people as if they are criminals.

It was a quick visit, as it should be. I just stopped to get a few brochures of places I wanted to go. So, it would be 5 stars for the two exhibits and all the plethora of brochures, but knocked it down to 3 stars because the NUMEROUS greeters/employees/volunteers walking around inside as you visited were quite annoying. They kept asking questions, asking I needed help or specific information, when I tried every type of body language to convince them I didn't want to be bothered. The highlight was going to be a picture I wanted to take with Kernel Sanders, but one of the greeters kept walking around near me, watching me, so much so that it made me uncomfortable and I had to get out of there. Quite sad that they can't leave people alone when they so clearly want to be.

Pretty solid and informative center with a very helpful cast of workers inside. They'll offer to take a picture of you on your phone with the wax KFC model. I was only there shortly (mainly cause I saw the wax KFC model from the outside) so I did sense a little of the staff being maybe a tad bit too attentive. But that's good right!?
