I go to all the McAlisters when I see one.This one very,very clean and great sitting but my BLT wasn't fixed right and had square chucks of avocado not long strips,I didn't say anything to the workers because it's hard to find workers and the personmay been new. My vegetable potato was great and peach tea was great !

My husband and I usually get take out from here. I really appreciate the staff. Even when they are short staffed or overwhelmed they have a great attitude. They are always really nice and friendly. Only negative I can say is sometimes their cookies are tough. Other than that the food is really great.

If I could give this location a zero I would. My husband brought us food home last night, two clubs and each with a cup of chili. I have now been up since 12am vomiting up everything I have ate. I definitely think it’s food poisoning and I have had this problem once before from the chili. Yes, I should have known better but I definitely did not think it would be a reoccurring thing. I will now never eat at this food chain again, I have never been so disappointed.

I usually not at this end of town however I'm used to receiving the best service and excellent food quality. Not so much at this store. My soup was watery and the lettuce in my Ceasars salad was wilted, some of it brown, & old. Won't be going back there. Gotta say the cashier service was nice though. The reason for the stars I gave.

Food was great. I think the tip question is a little much, when it is already @ least $15 for salad and drink.

This specific location is my favorite McAlisters and the service is always great and the employees are so wonderful and pleasant! You can tell they love their jobs! Food is delicious and I always love going there!

Delicious soup and sandwiches! Clean and comfy place to eat. Love their ice tea!

Wife stopped here on her way home from work, 20 min drive. She forgot to check the order and they forgot stuff. They did remake what they forgot but by the time we drove there and back the rest of our food was over an hour old. Some of the stuff we ordered wasn't even good. I expect better service than a drive thru, I expect more than just an apology for wasting almost an hour of my time and I expect the food to taste better when paying higher prices. NO reason to eat here again.

Professional and friendly staff at this location. Great food, never disappoints! Highly recommend the roastbeef and horseradish sauce sandwich. Looks small but very filling. Enjoy!

I really don't like leaving bad reviews. But this place had 9 tables that needed to be cleaned off. This was Sunday at 3.20 pm. Employees were just standing around. Good food. I just don't like having dirty dishes around me

McAlister's Deli is a staple in our weekly routine, every Sunday and Friday we grab a nice salad and some sandwiches to snep on the couch while watching something fun! They are very fresh and not pricey at all!

$4 for a drink and half the time the tea is fermented garbage water now they want tips too after the policy forever was no tips accepted. I have been a customer for decades but the food isn’t that good anymore quality has went down as prices have more than doubled. I’m done with this worthless greedy corporation and the garbage their peddling.

I've never had a single complaint when it comes to McAlisters. Foods great, service is quick. It's a great place to just stop and sit for a good lunch.

I love McAlister's for the variety on their menu and their reasonable portions for the price. My only minor complaint with this particular location is the difficulty to get into the place if traffic is heavy.

McAlister's always has well prepared food items with plenty of choices. I can honestly say that I have been pleased with every choice I have made at McAlister's

We order from this McAlister's daily. I hope you take the time to look at the order fully before making. The last 3 times there has been missing items from our order. As u must know that ordering for delivery is quite expensive I only asked for what I pay for to be delivered. Please pay more attention to your customers orders. Tried to call the discuss this this afternoon was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Poor customer service

We love the chain. Besides some online orders where some ingredients were left out (without informing us), the food is always quick and always delicious.

McAlister's food is always good, especially their soups. Unfortunately, today was the exception. We had the potato and the broccoli and cheese soups and both soups were very thin and running. Usually McAlister's soups are rich, thick and hearty. Since I really enjoy their food, I'll try them again because I'm sure it was just a fluke this time.

Service was fast and polite. Food was subpar. Maybe my expectations were higher than that should be for a chain restaurant.

We have eaten at Mcalister's several times. The food is usually consistently good and flavorful. The service is always good. However today the food was a little less quality than usual and you could barely find any bacon on the bacon and tomato sandwich or the on my club sandwich. Don't know if they were short on bacon or if they're pigs got loose LOL

I was somewhat satisfied because my food was stuffed in a small bag and when I pulled the food out of the bag it was filled with grease. What a mess? I guess from the sandwich.  The potato looked good in presentation but it was very dry, burned and overcooked once I cut into it. It was my 1st experience with the potato. 🥔 Unfortunately it was overcooked and dry.

Absolutely everything about this place was outstanding. The food phenomenal and people went above and beyond to make our lunch and experience fantastic.

Always a safe place to eat! Same good food, friendly managers and sweet tea. I am still using a special cup I bought two years ago to get $0.99 tea. My favorite combo is a Chef salad and Orange-Cranberry sub. I am ready to try out the new store on Dixie Highway!

The Sandwiches are always good it just depends on your preferences as soon as you figure that out you'll love this place. The spuds are phenomenal. Signature chips from there are so much better than any other lays chip. Fruit cups are fresh. Pickles that come with your meals is something I always"steal" from my sister's plate. I can't recall a time I had a bad customer service experience. I have going to this place for around a decade.

Thursday. Place is great. Never had a bad meal at McAlister's the wait was a bit longer than I'd like last time but it's all good. Still worth it.

It would be nice if they would give what you order. Asked for pickles with two meals and they missed them both. Instead trying save money by not putting pickles in every order as in the past, but when specifically asked for, please just pay attention to the order!

Half BLT, half chicken enchilada soup. As you can see they served the bottom of the bad chip pieces. All was good.
