The man I was speaking to was really nice but the room I booked wasn’t available until Tuesday got moved into another one and it was dirty and someone left they panties!! And the bed was held by duct tape and the lighting was horrible, the air conditioning was on but horrible flow to the room and the door wouldn’t shut all the way

Still haven’t gotten my $50 deposit back and they refuse to answer the phone! Rooms had ROACHES!!!!! and we switched rooms twice. People literally stand around and stare all day and night. Not a safe environment, car had gum on roof from somebody throwing it off the balcony.

This place should be torn down. From the time you walk up to the office door, walking around the hotel is wreaking urine. The elevator is nasty and need upgrading. Folks sitting in the middle of the walkway. And the smell of weed. The card didn't work it was as disgusting and it's not fair to charge for a cancellation when you trying to put people in conditions like that. The service from the manager was great and he also apologized tho. He was nice. But that place is nasty.

Get what u pay for I guess. Terrible design having an ac unit blowing directly over the bed very uncomfortable room you need to buy toilet paper the ceiling is completely covered in filth. The smell of the room coming fromthe old ac unit just couldnt handle it.the housekeeping came in and said they couldn't clean anything because there was stuff in the way but only thing in the way was the trash can from the bathroom I had moved. Very loud neighbors. People always randomly knocking on your door. 5 mins into check in I was banging my head on the wall for booking this place.

Cheap hotel room, but the outside walkways, stairs, and parking lot were filthy and littered with trash. Also, some residents would leave their trash bags in the stairwells, and outside their rooms. I even seen a garbage bag left on the elevator. I seen that happen twice. As for the hotel room itself, you guessed it - filthy. Walls and ceilings are stained with old nicotine stains, along with other varieties of colored stains. The same can be said about the carpet. To top it all off, if all that wasn’t enticing enough, they have roaches to keep you company.

5*****!! All around!! Man got to see a shower show(She had that WAP!) Room* because it held the flood and the thin walls allowed the neighbors to hear everything! Service* was only supposed to be there for 30mins but stayed 45mins!!Location* Got a great workout in the room, and had a great workout from walk back to the apartment! 5*****

Good experience terrible WiFi signal. If the wifi wasn't spotty and undependable I'd give it 5 stars.

This place is a joke! Since they changed managers that place is terrible. And the corporate lady that shows up and try’s to bully people around needs to be punched in her face. Worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. You’re the biggest joke of them all Lying saying I wasn’t doing my job when I did twice the work as you. The biggest two-faced person ever met in my life you have no management skills. You don’t know what it’s like to lead people and me leaving there did me a favor or I work at Now way better no bugs doesn’t lie about me and I get bonuses.

I have been double charged every week The customer service is not helpful in any way they really don’t even deserve a star As an organization I’m disappointed and disgusted and dissatisfied However the employees at 6623 Preston Highway are very helpful Always extending that extra hand And the general manager is a real sweetheart she was the most amazing person

Overall it it was okay there was a hiccup though in the middle where my room flooded with water and I was the one that had to clean it up and then had to move rooms and was not compensated which I asked to be also when I left I left because I got a note about my animal I let them know that we were under the evaluation I could provide documentation for him to be a service animal and that was not good enough so when my paydays were up I left and it has been extremely inconvenient inconvenient

It’s ok, it’s a place to lay your head every night. It’s not the best or the worst. They make excuses for their mishaps instead of fixing the issue

Great location, wasn't really surprised about size for the cost Check in on Thursday late afternoon.... vehicle stops working....was told get it off property by Monday, even after trying to explain repair work had just been arranged & need a few days leanincy to be able to move to shop. I know, no broke down vehicle in parking lot, still heartless employee refusing to allow contact with management...bye bye lil truck Edit/update... not everyone at this hotel is cold hearted & not understanding...ty

After experiencing numerous negative incidents at another Inn Town Suites, I was hesitant to stay at Inn Town Suites West. However, I am elated with my choice to stay at Inn Town Suites, West. Not only do I receive respect from the management but the staff also shows kindness and willingness to make sure everything is perfect. I feel extremely safe here, there is always a staff member walking the grounds. The rooms are clean, smoke free and up to date. There is someone constantly sweeping or sprucing up. Mike is an exceptional manager. I have never felt like a problem when I have one. He handles any issue right now. I am serious about that. There is no favoritism amongst the guests. That's important to me. I will be a guest here for a while. Thank you, Inn Town Suites, West 7121 Preston Hwy. Holly Connolly

Have to buy your own toilet paper after the first roll provided, have to clean your own towels, have to purchase key card for laundry (credit card machine didn’t work, may not still), have to buy your own trash bags, office opens at 11 am and closes at 7 pm, can’t get ahold of anyone afterwards. My jaw is still dropped when learning to purchase my own TP and told to wash the towels provided. Room wasn’t cleaned properly. Front desk guy, Mark, was ok but smiled when he told me I had to buy my own TP when I asked for another roll. Very bad experience all the way through. They claim recently renovated, would like to provide pictures but can’t on this review. Druggies selling in the parking lot (witnessed a sale yesterday morning). Found out shootings have happened here. Do NOT stay here if you can help it!

During the time I stayed there: No request for maintenance, or housekeeping was ever ignored. They were upgrading and remodeling rooms in groups. As soon as a new one was available I was offered one. Among the hundreds of Hotels that I have stayed in. It is in my top 25.

It was amazing the first 6 months but then I discovered I was being extremely over charged. The manager Mike was charging my card for amounts over and without my authorization. The supervisor Donna has lied to the manager about things. Packages have mysteriously vanished though Amazon provided a picture of them inside the office. I’ve been screwed over with other circumstances as well. EX; One night one of my kids locked us out on accident had no phone nothing and called to get let in at 7pm was told by a employee who no longer works there now that he would be an hour and had no concern or regard for the fact I have a baby and small children and we then waited outside in the parking lot till after 2am never got let in until the next day. HOWEVER. The maintenance man Joe is FANTASTIC. He does anything he can to help anyone and shows the utmost respect and regard for one’s well being and does his best to do what he can to ensure and provide any help he can and assist in any way he can. Wonderful man. There are pros and cons to this place but overall wasn’t the worst place. If necessary i guess I’d stay again. But only for the fact that I know if I have an issue or concern I could count on Joe to do his best to address it and correct it.

I was displaced so I decided to live at the intown suites while I looked for a new place. Worst decision ever. The room I booked in the first place was unavailable. There were hella roaches. People kept pissing and throwing up on the walk ways and elevators. My key card wouldn't work when it got too cold outside. The staff are just a bunch of junkies. Who left them crackheads in charge? It was like paying $400 a week to live in the projects. I will never stay there again and would never recommended anyone to stay there ever

Overall: BEDBUGS AND ROACHES. Do NOT stay if you value your belongings, sanity, and hygiene! Rooms: Not in good condition; damage and not fully functioning as promised. NOT worth the $415 you pay a week. The back burner on the stove didn't work, the kitchen cabinets wouldn't full close, there was a hole on the bottom of the bathroom door the size of a dinner plate (and the bathroom door didn't lock or fully close), the AC blew out musty air that smelled sour and like cigarettes, the AC wouldn't run more than 5-10 minutes before shutting down for hours, the window was bolted shut so no fresh air, the couch had the arms broken off it and were just laying on the couch, one of the light fixtures looked as if it had caught fire at one point- the condition of this room is terrible. Service: Lady at front desk gaslit my husband and I into believing that a picture (the one included) we took within being in our room 10 minutes was just a baby roach instead of a bed bug. We had never seen them in person before, so we went along with it... millions of bites and blood stained sheets later, we discovered that we were right. We asked for the room to be treated and for us to be moved to another room, but was told that "housekeeping checked our room not long before we moved in and there wasn't any bugs". And we were told that she couldn't give us a new room and we had to leave with a room refund. Location: There is a little bit of shopping and restaurants nearby, but it's on a dangerous road. Not nearly as dangerous as the neighbors though. Do not give these people your money- it honestly felt like a corporate scam. The pictures you see on their website look nothing like the rooms **Edit~ reviews are given the option to include photos and I did, so why is In town suites preventing people from posting them? This is all sketchy... Email me for pictures, I took pictures of the room when we first moved in so we would get our deposit back
