Absolute worst place ever. These people have zero sense of urgency or compassion. I waited over 2 hours to be seen with a sick child SOBBING with severe ear pain. As a mother, this is a horrible thing to watch your child in pain. The nurse practitioner, April and medical assistant sat around talking and moving like snails. I will never return to this place nor do I recommend anyone to ever come here. I will be contacting their corporate office and blasting this place on every social media platform. If you are not compassionate get the F@#K out of healthcare.

By far the nicest little clinic in Louisville! I’ve been to quite a few others and this one is the only one where the doctor and receptionist cares about your well being. Lovely ladies! Definitely the only little clinic I’d come back to. :)

I would not recommend this place but if you have to go MAKE SURE they give you a receipt for any payments. My problem started when I realized I’ve been paying my copay DOUBLE. I have paid my copay at front every time, however I always receive the same bill after a few months. This last time I took the time to double check how much my visit was and guess what, exactly what I thought I only should pay $25 ONCE! So I called, talked with the billing department, they said they can’t find the receipt in the computer that was the reason why I was being billed and I should go to the actual Kroger I was seen and asked them to fax the receipt to them. The lady at front looked in the computer and said she couldn’t find my payment either. The manager wasn’t at the store so there was anybody I could reach to talk about it. So, now is my word against the person that took the payment that day. My husband and I clearly remember I paid with cash. I was able to find the receipt for my previous visit that proves It. Long story short, you have been stealing from me and I’m never coming back.

This is the worst place to come to I arrived here at 9:15 and she has sent everyone one back to see the nurse practitioner's but me mind you I was number 5 when I sighed in she has taken all the ones that has signed in after me I don't want to make this a racial issue but this is so unfair you need to see the people as they are signed in not putting people before someone who was here first. I will never and I mean never come to this little people clinic again

Went in this morning to have my daughter checked for a sore throat. We arrived 20 minutes prior to our appointment and we’re out before our scheduled appointment time : ) The front desk staff and the nurse practitioner were attentive and professional. We had a great experience . I really appreciated having access to high quality care the very next day my little one began to have symptoms. Thank you little clinic! Keep up the great job

I may have gotten lucky but I was a walk-in on Friday night about 30 minutes before closing. I was able to be in a room in less than 10 minutes. I had a sore throat with mild pain. The experience was very quick and efficient. If you prefer a little personal attention or pleasantness this was lacking; but more than made up for it in speed and getting me in and out. Personally it was perfect for what I wanted which was to get in; get a diagnosis, have a prescription made, and filled literally 20 feet away.

I came here with my adult daughter so she could get a tetanus shot. I came because she often has reactions to needles. She had an extreme one today and the PA Liz couldn't have been kinder or more professional. She kept us there at least 30-40 minutes after the shot because my daughter was extremely pale, her oxygen and blood pressure had dropped. The whole time we were there Liz checked on my daughter numerous times, took her blood pressure, checked her oxygen and keep her supplied with bottled water. She actually called my daughter a few hours later to make sure she was ok. Liz went above and beyond and we are SO very grateful.

Liz was the PA who gave me my tdap shot the other day and she was EXCEPTIONAL. I always have bad reactions when getting shots and usually no one cares or does anything. Liz was so attentive and gave me water and made sure I didn’t leave until she saw that my oxygen levels were normal. She kept checking them and my heartbeat until I was normal. She even called hours after to check on me. Outstanding PA.

The medical professionals seem perfectly fine, but I've had to deal with the receptionist/NA twice now and both times she was abrasive and rude. I will avoid this location in the future, which is inconvenient for me because I work very close by.

I just moved to the area and looked up several clinics (which didn’t have much availability) and finally scheduled one for the following day and a thirty minute drive from my apartment. However, a local Louisville friend recommended the Little Clinic, and I am so thankful! I was seen immediately and got my prescription just as quickly. Also grateful for the close proximity to my home.

Waste of time. If you don't have an appointment, tough luck. They MIGHT get to you by the end of the day. Don't trust them. (Would rather go to Baptist ER than the Little Clinic at the Breckenridge Kroger.)
