I bought a 760e bracelet in 18 carat gold 8 months ago, it broke today (the link broke) I brought it back and claimed the warranty which....as luck would have it does not apply ! They ask me 126 e to repair it very disappointed!!! To have a fragile bracelet that could break, I would have done better to buy a fake one!!!

I was given a gold bracelet that I wore three times for occasions because it seemed fragile to me and it actually broke the third time! I learned that it is hollow, we should have specified this at the time of purchase and as it is chiseled that makes it even more fragile! So I don’t dare to wear it! Following the owner's response, let me explain: We bought a necklace for €485 for a Christmas present on Saturday December 24th.
