Very large toy store located in the city center of Lyon, located a stone's throw from the Cordeliers metro station. Always very well stocked! The staff is welcoming and very pleasant! We were well received on each of our visits. The store is located on several floors with different worlds on each of them. The ranges offered are very nice. The price is sometimes excessive but you will easily find a gift among the many products available!

Boutique de jouet en centre ville. Le personnel est sympathique et disponible surtout. Beaucoup de choix et surtout la possibilité de commander si le produit recherché est pas disponible sur place.

Prices are fair, not cheap nor expensive. There was noone to help me find the toy I needed (short on staff?) And there was a huge variety of toys to look into.

Cute toy store and the service was very nice and helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for (a french word game) and most items we're for the younger child.

A lot of options to buy from. Nice sales people.

Incredible welcome, all the staff are extremely friendly, take the time to provide guidance and give very good advice. The store is clean, bright and very well organized with lots of choice. Delighted with my visit and my purchases

On y retrouve tout ce dont on a besoin et il y a beaucoup de sortes de jouets différents. Le personnel est très accueillants et très compréhensible. (J'avais du échanger un jouet après plusieurs semaines et ils me l'ont repris sans problème.) Le magasin est un peu bas de plafond au 1er étage pour les gens grands mais à part ça tout va bien.

I go to this King Jouet fairly often. It's where I buy presents for my children's friends' birthday parties. But yesterday I had quite the experience. The cashier made fun of my accent in French CONSTANTLY. He copied every word I said in French with an exaggerated English/American accent. I've lived in France for 6 years and never had this happen. He must have read the book on how to treat foreign customers - mock them and ridicule them, and show the how awful their accent is in French.
