They did not have Tax Free and lied about being able to do it with the Shopping

Très beau magasin avec un large choix de produits et à un prix très abordable pour la qualité. Mes vêtements ne s’abîment pas du tout avec le temps. De plus, super accueil du personnel, ils sont au top, à l’écoute et de très bon conseils.

Magasin avec un large choix de vêtements d'assez bonne qualité avec un prix raisonnable. Il y a souvent des nouveautés et on peut trouver de tout, gros plus pour les caisses automatiques qui sont toujours libres et permettent d'éviter l'attente interminable pour payer comme dans certains magasins de vêtements... certains vendeurs tirent un peu la tête mais la majorité sont sympa et disponibles

Last Saturday I came in the store to try on a particular pyjama that I saw online. As I gained a bit of weight I don’t know weather my size is still S or M. The pyjama was inside of a package and I wanted to open it to be able to put it on, but 2 sales assistants, a young man and a woman, told me I had no right to try it on because it was inside of the package. I found it extremely weird. The actual store exists to be able to try the clothes on, not to just stare at it. If I can’t try it on I can easily get this online. Instead, they offered me to try another pyjama on, with the color that I don’t like. I didn’t understand this gesture and I find it absolutely ridiculous. I know I would buy it 100% I just needed to check my size. Eventually I left without anything
