The address is the office address! Don't go there!!! The place where the boat departs is in the city centre not in the south! We wasted one hour just to get to the wrong address... the lady in the office nicely called a taxi for us though...

It is a cruise along Saone river. We can see the old and the new Lyon. Cruise start from rue de Celestines. It takes an hour to discover the city. Awesome experience!

Excelent trips by ship explained simultaneously in english and french. I made the Presq'île tour and I would like that the tour were gone also through the Rhone river instead of only through the Shone. Anyway I am quite satisfied with the tour, the ship was modern and comfortable and prices cheap (13 euros for the Presq'île Tour)

Terrible! I was punched in the face by one of the passengers on this trip who was angry and my partner and I talking. The captain did not want to deal with the situation - we ended up having to call the police when we got off the boat. Attached is a photo of the woman that hit me. The police were very good.

Excellent value for money if you include the City bus tour with it as well. Ticket lasts two days and while on the bus you can hop on and off whenever you see a place you want to explorer.

Very good way to explore Lyon. However the English commentary is not very good and sometimes, it's difficult to understand

Good 1 hour boat tour at the reasonable price of €14 it goes up stream for a while then turns round and goes down to the confluence. It has an inside deck and an upper outside one. The audio guide is in French aswell as English and points out all interesting sights along the way.

Went in for a one hour cruise and had the most amazing experience here. They not only showed the city and major landmarks of Lyon but also described its history and evolution. The staff was very friendly and had good knowledge about the city. The cruise was elegant and hygienic. Had a worthwhile experience here.

This boat cruise on the Saône in Lyon was a great introduction to the various areas of the city. Next you must explore on foot or by metro.

I went on a 1 hour boat trip with my family towards l'Ile Barbe. We managed to book on the same day. Everything was well organized. We had the option to be on the top of the boat outside but we chose to be downstairs because it was a hot sunny day. The room downstairs was cool and had huge windows so we didn't feel like we missed anything from the experience. The guide was knowledgeable with interesting facts and funny comments. She commented in both French and English. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful day trip, great way to see the city quickly. Went back for a dinner cruise, lovely staff, romantic way to see the city but don’t expect a gourmet meal despite the imaginative menu

Handy store, but wasn't open at 22:45 as Google's opening hours suggested. Maybe closes early when it's quiet early in the week

Nice trip through the river with fantastic views. One can understand the city history.

First they cancelled my lunch cruise a day before the supposed time, after having booked them for weeks in advance. Then I relented and rebooked the dinner cruise for the same day, and they changed the time with only less than 3 hours notification, creating a mess in our schedule. Such an irresponsible thing to do twice in a row, would not recommend.
