The sound quality was awful. They sold too many tickets (obviously to make as much money as possible) and this resulted in an absolutely horribly packed crowd in which dancing, unless you consider shuffling whilst pressed up to other people, was impossible. The queue for the girls toilets was epic in its proportions! The drinks prices were exorbitant. It's quite a nice little club physically, that's the beautiful façade of a rotten interior however, unfortunately.

Security guards are rude and will attack you verbally and physically Ladies ! a place to avoid at all costs

No nos dejaron pasar porque nosotros eramos latinos. Son Racistas. They didnt let us in because we where not French. They answer in every 1 star review that they are not raicist. (Its pretty clear what the people felt when they went there, there is a lot of not-French people accusing them of being racist.)

When we entered the venue it was fairly quiet, we entered and bought a beer, for a price that could have been a dowry on two wives in other places. Music was good but the sound system was terrible, I don't want to use the old cliche of saying it sounded like it was playing through a potato, but if it was those potatoes were mashed. It would of been nice to have been able to dance to the music but as things stood with your over selling of tickets there was no chance of that, pretty annoyed really as me and my friend are huge fans of kungs and had traveled from the UK for this performance, ironic that we could not dance to dance music. Luckily twenty five percent of the crowd were waiting to use the ladies toilet, otherwise we would of all been crushed

Poor music, overpriced drinks and even poorer behaviour from the bouncers, they viciously beat up and pepper sprayed our friends for being irish and left them in the car park outside. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

terrible club with terrible & aggressive staff. Any club that refuses to acknowledge the wrongdoing of their security guards when they viciously assault a group of girls deserves to be closed for the foreseeable future.

The guards are dissapointing. The owners are similarly dissapointing for hiring such dumb guards. They hit my wonderful Spanish friend for no reason, then threw her out of the club. This place gets zero stars, and I will never come again

The bouncers love to reject people. They couldn’t even come up with a reason, and actually said “I don’t know” when I asked them why and got really aggressive. Extremely unprofessional. According to my friends it was completely empty inside so we quickly left to go somewhere better anyway. The other time I was there was not impressive. Bad music and expensive watery drinks. Went back to see if it would be better this time, but won’t ever come back now. They’re actually doing you a favour by rejecting you, glad I didn’t leave any money there this time.

terrible! they didn’t let us in because we were not french. if you’re just in lyon visiting, do not go to azar, they will not let you in. the guards were rude and barely looked at us before turning us away, overall terrible experience. trust the negative reviews and find another club.

Iliann is the best bar man!! He's amazing at his job and has a great sense of humor!! I would definitely revisit just to get another drink !

Loved the vibes and great music, the staff was really positive and welcoming as well! from "Ilian" at the bar, to "Tseyon" at the locker/coatcheck (I might be misspelling their names). Went there twice while I was on vacation in Lyon and I would definitely go again the next time I come by!

As an foreigner you just can't get in without any females.

Amazing experience !! It’s quite overpriced but the vibe is immaculate, shout out to the barman Iliann (if I remember correctly) literally made my night !!

This place is amazing because of the bartender Iliann he serves drinks very fast and he is on of the nicest person I've met he makes this place a better place.

0 informations about the event and if you are a male you can’t get in without a girl. If you come from abroad, you make a reservation and you are without a partner you can’t get in, you have lost the money because they simply don’t care and none can ever tell you that you can’t go inside until you get in front of the entrance. Definitely the worst experience i’ve ever had in any club and obvious the worst of every new year’s eve. I Hope people from abroad read this, so they don’t have to lose the money like me.

First of all, I would like to thank Jean and Astrid for their welcome and their generosity. They knew how to offer the best of birthdays to my lover Jessica, whom I kiss very much. This establishment is clean and great for partying without limits (sorry for the vomit). I hope to see you again as agreed on your next trip to LA. AS

Really enjoyed my night when I went to visit Lyon, music could have been a bit better but otherwise it was pretty good. The staff were really nice and professional, and some had great energy and humor, made the night more enjoyable. Especially that one bartender I think his name was Iliann, great service from him. Would recommend going there.

Had the chance to go to Azar Club at Lyon. Had a blast! The music was epic. Met a cutie named Illian. Recommended me the sweetest drink! Ugh he was so fun. Definitely my favorite night. 😍
