I love going there. We can recognize the relatively high prices. But... The clothes are of better quality than Morgan stores for example or other chain stores. These are boutiques with original clothing shapes, patterns and colors. From floral to striped, from loose to fitted.

Everyone knows this brand. On the other hand, I find the reception rather mixed and this gives the impression that you have to be a customer who meets the sellers' criteria. So no for the welcome and yes for the brand

I really like this brand but the reception is non-existent. The salespeople were talking with one of their friends, no hello, no comment in the cabin and I put the items back on the shelves myself to leave with a goodbye. A completely transparent passage that doesn't make you want to come back!

I had a problem with the Kookai store located in Lyon Part-Dieu shopping center. We purchased an item worth €119 on Wednesday December 18th. It was a dress that we wanted to give as a Christmas gift. There was a quick touch-up to be done on it (pressure button on the neckline), the saleswoman assured us that it would be ready for Saturday. We did not receive an SMS to inform us of the retouching carried out. My companion came twice, the first time on December 24 before Christmas and it was not ready and the second time on December 28 (so after Christmas...). We have been informed that it will be available the following week. In the meantime we noticed a 50% reduction in this item... Still valid at the moment. We collected the dress late and no commercial gesture was made. We are very disappointed with the brand that we really like and have decided not to return.

I discovered this brand by chance. I was very well received. The store was empty, that's normal in August, but the team is professional and a saleswoman offered me some pretty clothes, I'll definitely come back! On the other hand, it’s a bit expensive!!

a very poor welcome, refusal to sell an item on sale in the window (subject to “customer reservation”) while a first saleswoman told me that they do not have the right to remove the window... 2 different bell sounds. no poster notifying the reservation of the item, this one being duplicated in the window... Very disappointed with such a welcome and commercial behavior. So I keep my money and I would spend it elsewhere with merchants who deserve and who we want to work for! I advise this seller to go and look after goats given her kindness!!!
