Suite à un achat dans cette boutique j'ai appelé le magasin car il y avait un petit problème la personne qui est la directrice du magasin m'a carrément manqué de respect. En plus de ne pas être à mon écoute elle n'a pas été capable de garder son calme sachant que moi j'étais calme elle était agressive irrespectueuse et manquait littéralement de respect c'est inacceptable de la part d'un magasin de parler comme ça à ses clients c'est une faute grave et je sais de quoi je parle car tout simplement j'ai fait 5 ans de commerce je recommande cette boutique uniquement pour les conseils ensuite aller acheter chez la concurrence là-bas les respecte leur engagement il manque jamais de respect à leurs clients

Visite effectuée ce samedi dernier dans ce magasin et reçu par la responsable de boutique. Mon épouse et moi avons rarement vu une personne aussi patiente attentionné à notre égard et ce, avec le sourire. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu acheter les boucles d'oreilles désirées car elle ne rentraient pas dans les orifices. Encore un grand énorme merci à cette GRANDE dame et cette belle leçon de vie... Et lorsque nous avons lui réglé le nettoyage des bijoux, elle a tout simplement refusé !!! Pour tous ceux qui dénigrent ce lieu de part le choix, ils feraient mieux d'émettre un avis objectif car les goûts et les couleurs différent d'un client à l'autre.
