Love this place very good experience

This is a part of the Royal enclave of monuments in Mandu. Best visited in the monsoons. It is said that the special horses were housed here in the forest floor and female ones and hence the name Taveli ( from tabela) A beautiful facade, definitely a photographers Paradise

Tryst with Palaces, Kings and Concubines. Not 10, not 100 but more than a 1000... Flamboyant history.

This monument was constructed to be used as a haven for the Mughal emperors during their regime. It is located to the south of the Jahaz Mahal and is now a gallery of Archaeological Survey of India and houses various archaeological findings.

Actually it was place to tide horses i.e. tavela hence taveli at Roopmati Mahal in Mandu

Architectural beauty. Great history within the place. Marvellous spot for photography. Monsoon time is the best time to visit the place.

Historic place with amazing architecture

I just love this place for its serene beautiful of those huge old buildings. I visited during September and it was raining with fog and mist. Enjoyed it. The palaces and forts brings back those olden memories. Truly historic.
