You must visit this place only when you love 1. Hearing Karaoke even after 10pm 2. Hearing loud pop music from 7am 3. Taking salty water shower For 1, when I asked the front desk, the reply was “sorry sir, we have an event tonight” For 2, when I asked to stop the loud music, they said “sorry, this is the owner’s preference” Since the location and the facility is quite good, this accommodation would be appealing to many, however, except for people like me, who prefer listening to birds crying in the morning and sleeping tight with small kids at night.

Nice forest around resort. Beautiful Bay scene. There're KOI pond, all of them are healthy and pretty. But we need to wait about 45-60mins for first dish of food andm 10 minutes more for the next one even we booked before coming. Staffs will bring your luggage straight to your room. Of course we can order food to room with very good price. There's room for 3 people with 3 personal beds, TV, warm water but bad towers. It's good to swim in both pool and sea. Very good service and attitude of pinoy. They're also friendly and kind.

HORRIBLE RESERVATION EXPERIENCE. DISHONEST FRONT DESK STAFF. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING YOU ARE TOLD VERBALLY. I've spent over $20,000USD at this resort. The food is substandard. The service is slow. The spa is moldy, as are half the rooms there. But the worst part is when a typhoon was approaching and the coast guard closed all diving? I left early, and the resort KEPT MY remaining monies. It didn't matter that I inquired about the typhoon when paying as I arrived - it only mattered that they refused to refund the remaining 4 days! Incredible 'THICK FACED' LIARS.

Where to start? This is the most disappointing place ive been too in the Philippines... considering the high price. My list of complaints. 1.. Salty Shower and sink in room.. By day 3 we were sticky. Had to use bottle water to brush teeth 2. Besides Sunday buffet (which was not great) Ur free breakfast is basically an egg with coffee(weak) or juice - not both I wanted to go on a snorkle trip. The hotel offers a speed boat for 8 pc for 8500 for 2.5 hrs.. Since it's just my wife and I . We asked to be pissibly paired w another couple or small group. They would not do that.. (their boat sat there for all 5 days we were there) Asked for excursions from outside hotel.. they would not tell us.. 1 review had it right.. Its a luxury jail.. its also on a sharp hill.. a climb anywhere you go. and no place near by to go too without car. Was given a list of things to do at hotel.. all $$$ everything.. including using ping pong table Was extra.. No real beach there.. just rocks But you could rent snorkle gear for 500 a day for 2 px .. expensive for rental gear.. but it was enjoyable.. some fish life.. bring bread to attract forget about cutting ur trip short.. day 1 (on 5 day trip) we booked directly w reaort and asked to reduce day trip by 1 day.. because basically nothing to do there. they would not let us cancel 1 day even though the place was not full.. Dirty pool Can't bring ur own food in to resort Positive.. views were nice.... and when I wasn't thinking about being overcharged for what i recieved and what I wanted to do.. I relaxed.. Snorkeling in front Was not bad But.. Won't come back here.. for the money.. you can find much better in the area.. They have to change the way they conduct business

My friends and I needed a quick getaway out of town and found Anilao Awari Bay Resort. We went on a weekday and initially planned on staying overnight. Why did me extend our stay? Let me break it down to you. First, the place really looks great! Since we went there during the weekdays, it felt like we are the only ones checked-in. We were able to maximize using the different areas of the resort whenever we eat, and always have a great view of the pool and the beach. Second, the service was awesome. It felt like we were home away from home. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Lastly, the food is good too! This will be one of the resorts that will be our go-to place for a quick getaway.

A day and a night isn't enough of a time of stay but thanks to our friends we got treated to Awari 😁 food is great, view is wonderful, lots of photograph-inviting nooks and spaces. Tons of stuff you can do in the water too!

It was a pleasant experience. However, for the price of the room, I expected more amenities like hair blower, mini ref, and larger television. I hate the smell from the old air conditioner. The staff is very accommodating! They are very polite and courteous. They immediately grant your requests. 👍we also took the Intro to scuba diving course and our Dive Master-Kevin Castillo is a good instructor! ⭐ overall, I would still encourage you to visit this amazing place. Batangas has a lot to offer. 😍

Nice place to unwind after busy working life. Nice villas, pool and beach. Lots of amenities as well like billiard, karaoke etc. You can dive or snorkels at the ocean. There is also a function hall for bigger events. Our dinner is a bit ok. The crab meat is not fresh. The crispy Pata is not perfect. The bitter melon with shrimp is a bit salty. The breakfast well it's not I expected on an American breakfast. Anyway it is what it is. We enjoyed our trip. The place is perfect.

Our family had a very pleasant stay here at Awari Anilao bay resort. The place is very instagramable and aesthetically pleasing. The amenities include infinity pool, spa, game room, karaoke, beach front. There were several activities such as outdoor games, fire dance, snorkeling and of course the highlight was the scuba diving. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We hope to visit again soon.

Everything is overprice. I did not see the reason why I paid that much. Huge resort. I guess I paid for that, not the service. I won't recommend this resort for divers like me. Huge resort, but the worst service that I had experienced in my 10 years of scuba diving. Ohh. And the parking is so UNSAFE. One way in, one way out. Single lane, very steep, you need to get lucky that no other vehicle will be on your way in the middle.

We wanted to have a serene and relaxing long weekend but Anilao Awari Bay managed to RUIN IT. The place was beautiful and some of the crew were kind and accommodating. But that's about it. Everything else is horrible. The food is below average. The flush in the CR is unreliable. And their system for serving breakfast is appalling. They asked us for our preferred breakfast meals as early as 8PM. Breakfast starts at 7AM so we went down to the dining area at about 6:30AM. We walked out, without our breakfast, at about 8:30AM. Can you imagine? We've waited and wasted our time for almost 2 HOURS. They kept on stalling and telling us that it's already being prepared, plated, etc. But in the end NOTHING HAS BEEN SERVED. Why? Because our orders weren't received by their system. SO WE WERE WAITING FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They also allowed a group of noisy and insensitive people conduct a party even late at night. People who nonchalantly shouts and talks loud as if they were the only guests at the resort. The worst part? They were the ones being prioritized all the time. See? So much for promoting a peaceful and serene staycation, huh? We paid more than PHP 4,000 per person for this DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. Don't go here. It's not worth your money. Not worth your time. And not worth your peace of mind.

Our stay at Anilao Awari Bay Resort was fantastic! The grilled liempo was incredibly juicy, and the carbonara was the best I've ever tasted – creamy and full of goodness. Fast service, and the staff were welcoming and polite. The view is Instagram-worthy! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway. Planning to come back soon. Thank you, Anilao Awari Bay Resort – a solid experience! 🔥

We are very impressed and in love with this resort's services, which are very excellent because they promptly and politely attended to our needs and requests. We are planning to return and celebrate our New Year's here. Anilao Awari Bay Resort is a great place to visit with the family because, among other things, they know how to value happiness.

Staff service is good. But a full occupancy and no buffet means we had to wait for our orders. Quite stupid. May ipis ang room. They also allowed a team building to make noise sa beach. Pool is full of leaves. The manager of this place should be fired

Needs some work but is still ok Cons 1. Service is slow. The AC wasn’t working in our room and they came back 3-4 times over 2 hrs and had us waiting in there to try and fix it. The resort was totally empty. It was clearly broken and they should’ve immediately moved our rooms. 2. Small hotel room 3. Cleanliness. Overall the room didn’t feel clean. The floor had a weird film on it as well as the bathroom. You definitely wouldn’t want to walk around or shower without flip flops on. Sheets had marks on it. No blow dryer. Not an American standard bathroom. As in the toilet is next to the shower without a curtain. 4. Pool water looked kind of cloudy Pros 1. Lovely view and there are activities to do. 2. Food served warm and it was good. The beer was served very cold. 3. Pool area was clean and had a nice ambiance to relax in.

10/10 for the ambiance of the resort. Non-divers will surely enjoy the resort's amenities. Offering breathtaking views of the bay and the lush greenery that surrounds it. The resort's facilities are equally impressive. The infinity pool is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. 8/10 for the accommodations. Simply spectacular. From the cozy and comfortable rooms to the spacious and luxurious villas, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. From the moment you step into your room, you'll be struck by the soft and comfortable beds that are sure to provide a restful night's sleep. Whether you're traveling solo or with a group, the spacious and well-appointed rooms are designed with your comfort in mind. 9/10 for the excellent customer service. what really sets Anilao Awari Bay Resort apart is the incredible attention to detail that the staff puts into everything they do. From the moment you arrive, you'll be treated like royalty, with personalized service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. RECON: I highly recommend staying in the rooms near the pool and bayfront area.

This place has a lot of facilities. It has a spa where you can relax. The pool is clean, too. If you want a nice place to stay with your family, you should check this one out.

Nice resort with several different room types, swimming pools and lots of communal areas for big groups to hang out in. Rooms and amenities are spread down the hill so you need to walk and up down steps to get around the resort. Food is decent. Service is friendly.

I had a wonderful experience in Anilao Awari Bay! The view was breathtaking with broad beach front. The resort was clean with a relaxing ambience when we got there. The staff were friendly, courteous, and responsive to our requests. My favorite part would be the food-- delectable in big servings! Great coffee selection too! There were also a lot of amenities to enjoy; beach and water activities, pool, games, and even KTV. It's a plus that despite the hot weather, the place has air-conditioned gazebos to stay in. Will definitely go back to try diving soon and stay overnight!

Love the place! View was immaculate, staff was friendly, the food and the coffee was great. Lots to do and lots of reasons to stay. I enjoyed playing 8 ball pool with a great view. Will definitely come back!

Anilao Awari Bay has a lot IG-worthy views and corners. It has an overlooking view of sea. You’ll surely be amazed of how beautiful the sky looks like here every time the sun sets. The rooms are well-organized and clean as well. The foods offer here as good for its price so no worries, too. The staff are also very hospitable so you won’t feel awkward upon your arrival.

The place is good but unfortunately, that is all this place has to serve. The food is too expensive considering the quality and quantity of the food and serving. Either it is too salty or doesn't taste good at all. They do not allow us to bring in outside food or pay corkage which is fine but we do expect the quality of food and service to be at least decent which sadly we are disappointed. Some examples are: Bulalo doesn't taste like bulalo, the pinakbet was too salty. We also ordered Salad and the serving was too damn small! View wise is great but I don't recommend their food.

Nice place for relaxation, if your room area is near the pool and sea. If you're located to higher ground...prepare your legs and muscles... A bit hike heheh The beach is not that ideal for swimming, good part, boat tour, snorkeling, kayak and jetski. Pool is great too, with 15ft to prepare and practice diving🤗 Staff are so nice too... The food is just okay.

Horrible service they charged us 330 pesos per hour for playing pool and ask us to stop playing tennis table after 60 mins...are you guys serious???? That is scandalous!!

Ridgeview Rooms unfortunately got no fridge to cool your drinks.. No bathrobes, but you get a large and a small towels in exchange.. Cool Aircon, nice bidet/restrooms.. The only major downside is the WiFi's coverage, it's very weak on either any of the rooms, including the function hall..

  • 5/5 Eric B. 1 year ago on Google
Did a day tour. Inclusions were okay, equipment rental rates were also okay. They rent out jetskis, so there aren't any turtles in front of this resort, where there usually are with others that don't make a lot of noise.

Food that we ordered took more than an hour to serve. Our order was just chicken, sisig and rice. We were told to go to the gazebo but the same was occupied. Staff did not even assista us further

Been coming to Mabini for years. Awari is my preferred place to stay. Considering the area and other hotels/resorts nearby: Awari has competitive prices, responsive customer service, very good food, decent bar, very good internet, many services you can't find in other Mabini resorts like massage, ktv, billiards. Only thing that may need working on is the music playlist! Good place to visit if you scuba, need to chill or want to work away from home. I'll be back again, that's inevitable

It's been more than a decade since I visited Anilao, but was pleasantly surprised with this relatively new resort. The ambiance is quite nice and the staff are very courteous and accommodating. They also provide good WiFi connection throughout the resort. They have nice clean rooms with cable, but only downside I see is the partly salty water used in tap or showers because I think the remote place relies on deep well near the sea. But they do provide bottled drinking water for free upon request. Rooms already have complementary bottled water.

The place is very accessible, they also have a lot of amenities compared to resorts in anilao. Rooms are superb we got the family room with heater and bidet, it is also well ventilated with airconditioning system. They have a very scenic view and calm seas on their side of the cove. The new menu was even better, I would definitely comeback. You should try their squid butterfly!

Anilao awari bay resort is definitely perfect. Everything in the resort was good and the food was delicious and the staff was super accommodating. My family had dinner at cafe Bay and they surprised us that they have a fire dance so we are happy and enjoyed the night and also they take care of us in every way. Can you imagine that? Most especially, they always greet us and they always have a smile on their face. The view, the rooms and the wonderful swimming pool are all 10/10. I would like to recommend it to anybody who wants a perfect room, perfect staff, and perfect food. The anilao awari bay is the best. We want to book here again and again. Super enjoy our relaxing stay with the best of the resort. This place is a paradise on earth, you should not miss it!

The ideal location for exploration and relaxation. Our family Friendly personnel and delicious meals will provide you with amazing and priceless memories that you will never forget. Breakfast or the buffet was better than expected. Your money will never fail you after you try their various cuisines. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. The hotel staff has always been pleasant, patient, and helpful. That was the most impressive to me. You may resort to them at any time of day or night with your problems. On my next visit, I will undoubtedly stay in Anilao Awari Bay . The value for money in their service will never fail.
