Wow well no wonder the ratings are the way they are. To be honest I haven't stayed there, although I did call about an inquiry on the rates asking if they can simply do weekly pay and the man speaking was very rude. No need for that, why can't you people understand that reviews from a customer is what keeps your business afloat, but what do we know right 🙄

Great Day & Night Staff. Excellent services, really clean rooms, Excellent & one of the Best beds that I have ever slept on. Very friendly, helpful, peaceful & quiet during the day & night!!!

This place is disgusting! A roach crawled on me TWICE in my sleep. The beds, the furniture, literally everything about this place screams TRAP HOUSE! It's roach infested, not just a few roaches here and there. If you have any kind of standards then please don't go here. It was such a quick and uncomfortable stay. I checked in after midnight, and left shortly after 6 am because the roaches terrified me to the point i began to cry. I wish I had realized they were there before I laid down but I got there so late and was so sleepy that I just didn't notice until I was violated in my sleep.

There was hair all on the bath tub when I entered my room, the room smelled musty and the ac took over an hour to cool the room. The second guy at the desk was extremely rude and when we un plugged the charger by the nightstand there was a dead cockroach on the floor. The room cost $100 with tax and wasn't worth it.

It's been a while since my last review. As a truck driver, I am in motels 5 nights a week. My company allows me to stay in any hotel/motel I choose. I have been staying here for years and it is my favorite place to stay. The staff always remember you, and remember my favorite room. The evening clerk Rob, can always put a smile on my face. No, it's not a 5 star hotel, but I'm giving them 5 stars. They are the best value of any motel in the area, and most of the guests are working class people who stay there for work. And they are one of the very few in the area that can accommodate an 18 wheeler. If I could choose the city I ended up in every night, it would be here.

Would had gave it a 5 but only wrong thing. It was a dirty underwear under the mattress and I felt horrible cuz danm. It's a nice spot with nice employees and quiet but gosh couldn't ya check under bed, mattress etc etc. Would deff go back and recommend fam y friends but please keep up with the room hygiene. Thanks

Reasonable price for the room. Not a roach motel however the pool hasn't been open for sometime but might be soon. Nice area with a number of stores within walking distance. Most of the staff is very friendly and as with most people they give you the same respect you show them. Also offer a discount on your bill if you stick around for a while but the nightly rate is pretty good.

Do not stay here they threatened to call the police because my brother has a coworker to pick him up and came inside to wait for him to get ready. They are rude. The beds are uncomfortable. They don't change the sheets but one a week. They don't clean the bathroom except for once a week. They charge more on the weekends. 95.00 a night 85.00 Monday through Thursday.

Bed bugs and bug droppings on counter. Management refused to clean room or refund money.

Staff is extremely uncourteous almost to the point of insulting and definitely to the point of blatantly rude and sarcastic. Rooms smell and the one we had was barely furnished with even the basics for bathing. Bed was broken and sheets didn't smell or look clean. Plenty of parking which is no surprise. Price was outrageous for the service/cleanliness. I'd recommend sleeping in a vehicle at a truck stop or fast food restaurant before I'd suggest popping into this particular Knights Inn. Boo and two thumbs down 👎 👎

Rude and very disrespectful staff appalled by the treatment here they get offended when you ask for service like this is your job right? Ridiculous threatened to call the police because I came to the front desk multiple times with concerns of the cleanliness of the room like is that really a reason to have the police called on you?

Why do the floors sound hollow? It was like there was a basement but where was the basement access? Do those place even have basements?

have no clue about anything haven’t even stayed there but they imply no visitors & that means kids 😂.
