Shahbudin house keeping was very good, he did hid job and he was so outstanding. everything was here on time and he helped with everything we needed. The delivery of the room service exceeded my expectations in terms of timeliness. Each time was delivered promptly, and the server ensured that everything was presented beautifully and in perfect order. The attention to detail was exceptional, with each thing being well-packaged and accompanied by the necessary utensils, condiments, and garnishes. The quality of the service itself was outstanding. everything were expertly prepared, using fresh and clean tools. The presentation was visually appealing

I booked this hotel for my dad. The people that I contacted online with my special instructions on how to treat my dad, was responsive, respectful and accommodating. My dad is a senior , old school and has language barrier. I asked the management to kindly be patient with him and to assist him with anything he needs. Dad was pleased by the service, quality of Staff, professionalism and attitude. Dad also mentioned it's just 2-3 min walk from Makkah, rooms are excellent, clean and comfortable. Dad had nothing but POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY. Thank you so much for making his journey unforgettable. It's well worth the money.

Extremely poor service. Not worth the money we paid. Staff are very slack. Reception staff do not answer the phone calls. The laundry/ cleaning staff expect tips to clean the room & change towels. Bathroom is not up to the standard of a five star hotel. Only restaurant Naseem had friendly staff. I'm giving one star for the convenient location. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were all very pleasant from the reception staff to the cleaners to the waiters in the restaurants. Anytime I asked for anything to be brought to the room they were very attentive and organised it within 15 minutes. Yusuf the housekeeper on our floor was very pleasant. He ensured our room was always well stocked and cleaned exceptionally.

Hotel is very good. Their service is top-notch. The hotel housekeeper name Al Amin and Maruf he is amazing. His behavior is so friendly. The hotel environment is too good. I loved to stay their.... Installation I will come back again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, its right next to the Haram and there are multiple shops downstairs. We got two room; three beds each and honestly there were nothing like the pictures. The rooms are very tiny and there isn’t enough space for three people to relax nor have a meal. The bathroom snells really bad no matter how clean it looks. Room service is extremely slow. Your noodles could take up to 45 to be delivered. Breakfast is great, but the room dine-in doesn’t taste good. Not worth the price to be honest, you can find other hotels in the same area that actually feel like a five star hotel

I stayed 6 nights, great location. However, my sink broke and asked housekeeping to repair which the could not. Over all houses keeping kept the rooms cleaned. We had breakfast and dinner everyday, the food was never warm and never seems to be freshly made. Dinner and and breakfast menu was average. However waiter service was great, they served water and did their best to keep tables available.

Stayed here during the hajj season. Easy access to Haram for fardhu prayers. Excellent room cleaning service by helpful staff. Always give salam n greet guests politely. The breakfast selections are ok. The eggs at the omelette station seemed stained. The chef uses his hands (with plastic gloves) to break the eggs, and then uses the same hand /gloves to pick up grated cheese when making the omelettes. The management should make washing all eggs compulsory prior to food preparations. Other than that, all is ok.

The room furniture needs updating or at least deep deep cleaning ,old sockets with no USB/C ports , loud air-conditioning and dirty chairs .The room was very noisy due to being connected to occupied room and poor sound isolation. The breakfast was very limited compared to nearby hotels at the same level (expensive). Staff were polite and ready to help, but my issues is above their pay grade. Definitely I will not book this hotel again despite the great location.

Very poor customer services. Management aren’t at the same page. I had late checked out because me being silver member, but I received 3 phoned calls and 1 person came to my door and wanted to know if I paid for my room since I am checking out late. I was very frustrated with them, because they don’t communicate with other team members. Bathroom smells bad and I found roach in the bathroom, I did show the roach to the housekeeper.

Very Good Property and very well maintained. Taff across was extremely well cultured and polite. A special mention of Mr Monir of Housekeeping , Mr Abdullah at Concierge, Mr Meshal , duty managers desk. Thank you all for making our trip pleasant and memorable. Thank you Mr Al Hasawi for considering our special request to allot room on time. Area of improvement ; on check out guests need to be informed about the pass system required for getting cabs to the hotel for pick up..almost missed my oneard connection due to cabs not being allowed in without a pass from the hotel. Food pricing can be made more competitive to encourage more in house consumption of F&B

Very nice hotel. I am impressed with the speakers in every room so we can pray as if we're in the mosque 🥰 saved a lot of hassle for me because I am ill and unable to move physically for each prayer. Santo Sheikh from housekeeping is very friendly and does a good job cleaning the room. Room 2207

The housekeeping service was not very efficient. The manager Mr. Adnan was trying his best to improve, but the support staff he had was not cooperative. Everyday amenities were missing, and we had to call for the provision of daily amenities. The housekeeping staff committed that they wash the drinking glass and tea cups in the washroom... which is gross to even think about. The reception staff and Mr. Adnan (housekeeping manager) were very supportive. The housekeeping amenities like soap, shampoo etc were also not good quality.

This is not a five star hotel. Half the reviews are nice to the housekeeping staff, who are super nice and friendly to be honest. But the facilities aren't 5 stars at all. (See pictures) 1- Torn sheets. 2- Dirty lamps. 3- Broken pieces here and there. 4- If your room is at the end of a floor, there's absolutely no chance that you'll have any kind of internet connection. Just like any average 3 star hotel. 5- shared doors for suites which makes the room very very noisy. For me all of these are bearable issues, but not when I'm paying that much per night.

The hotel is in a great location. Very convenient. They sell you a quad room but honestly it's a regular room with 4 beds stuffed in it. I have stayed here previously and the room for 2 and the room for 4 are the exact same size. This means there is almost no floor space left for praying in the room or moving around comfortably. Apart from this the staff are awesome. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are very helpful and attentive.

We got the breakfast included package and were very pleased with the service we got everyday, the manager at the Al Nassim restaurant where the buffet continental breakfast was himself came to our table every morning to ask if we needed anything and ordered special juices and teas just for us and went the extra mile! Exceptional Service 10/10

Hello good day, Iwould like to share my experience regarding our stay it was a nice and unforgettable experience. in regards of the service it was very excellent the staff was good and kind very approachable they want the guest to be more comfortable, we meet one of the staff name Mr. Anamul hoque he is a nice guy. we feel the kindness and love of his job. the rooms are very nice and comfortable, cleanliness is excellent, specially the bathrooms. i will not forget my experience in staying here thank you so much.
