This branch has been closed for more than, 10 months. And I have heard it’s not gonna open anymore! The problem is, there’s no any information about the closure and working hours. Thumbs up if you find it helpful, to save your time, not like me, went there craving burger, found it close.

Really good burgers, the hype seemed to be all true! A little on the pricy side compared to all the other chains around. Probably also explains why it is not as busy, which is a huge plus if you know what kind of a production it is to get something to eat around there at the usual popular times. Has three set meals but any minor change at all (such as a topping swap or hold) means it is no longer valid so gets priced as individual components - a really stupid approach. Keeping to the set meals is good enough however and the burger is very filling on its own and the 'small' fries has a lot in it too. The milkshakes are really good too so do try!

Well the food is awesome, I enjoyed a good meal with the cheese burger its amazing. But it's way over priced, almost double the price of the US. I don't know why it's so expensive, one Cheese Burger + Regular Size Fries 18$??? Too much. Everything else is amazing

I liked the mood, the interior space and the friendly staff very much. But I totally do not agree that this restaurant is awarded for the best Burger in the world or one of the best. The cheese burger sandwich tastes like any fast food restaurant burger it was average, the fries was very good. But again all the interior decorations filled with the perfectionism reviews all over the world, although, I think this is overrated and expensive comapred to the other fast food restaurants.

The burger is delicious, however it’s not worth the price! The service is efficient and friendly. Seating areas available for families and singles. Burger with a slice of cheese and any toppings Sr 44. (R180 - just the burger). Chips are Sr 18.

Waiting in line was short given it was peak time. Quality of burger was bad. Fried onions where more boiled than fried. Fries undercooked. Burger bun was soggy and couldn’t contain the burger and the toppings. For someone who claims to serve the best burger in the world, they have failed miserably...!! To be fair. I have eaten there a few times before and still can’t get the hype and comparing today was a disaster and a disappointment.

Five guys was well above a 5 star burger restaurant in Makkah as far as taste and quality went. I can probably say it was one of the better burgers I have ever had, it was so fresh. The thing that brings it to a 4 star is the prices are extremely expensive here. Compared to what I can buy in CA the meal turned out to be $50 which would be Max $25 in CA. Other than that the service was really good, they were prompt in order time even though it was busy. Definitely worth it to try if you come to Makkah and want a phenomenal burger.

Best burger abit expensive but its really worth it, after finish doing umrah will reward my self eating here haha - i was celebrating my own birthday here as was lucky the resit was number 82 as i born on 1982 and total bill is 36sr as my age turn to 36 haha so lucky

I went there for grilled cheese, fries and ChocolateShake and it's the best meal I had in Mecca, in addition to that I think Five Guys is probably the cleanest restaurant and has the friendliest staff in Mecca.
