Good point: Very nice large room with comfy bed and very good location. Bad point: We were given a room with only stair access (around 16 steps) which was not suitable for my elderly father. No advance warning or anything. They only told me on check in and we had no other options. They said they will change the room next day but never heard back from them. If you have someone with mobility issues be careful as they have many rooms with only stairs access. Another family with someone on a wheelchair was also given the same type of room! No sign boards for reception. At least an email which direction would be helpful. No lounge waiting area whilst they check you in. Security guard by tower 5 lift on level 1 very rude. After checkout he didn't open the door for us (door access cards were given back) and we had to go all the way round with our luggage.

I appreciate the effort of the exemplary employee, Mohamed Halawani, for making the room available before the approved check-in time, and his treatment, kindness, and brilliance at the reception, our stay was very comfortable because of him, the room was big, suitable for family. the services in generally great ♥️😃

Be very careful if you go through a travel agent and if you get a room in tower 5 or 6. They have signed an agreement with a group called Travel Gate for tower 5 and 6. What Travel Gate does is assign booking to travel agents on a daily basis, this is not communicated by travel agents to people booking the hotel. What happens next is the travel agent provides a booking reference and the client checks in, not realizing that the booking reference is only valid for one night. The next day the travel agent sends another booking reference and that is when you realize that something is fishy. When you go to the reception with the new reference number they ask you to change to a new room because your current room has already been assigned to another booking. I stayed here for 3 nights and after every night I was asked to change my room. This was with 2 kids of which one was an infant. Everyone at the hotel knows what is happening, include the housekeeping staff. They dont seem to care and I assume this is because this keeps them at almost 100% occupancy. When we checked out we were asked to leave a review by housekeeping and we said we will do it, but they wanted us to provide the review right in front of them and requested us to give them 5 stars for everything and they waited till we actually posted the review on Google! Little did they know that Google allows us to edit the review later on.

Lovely hotel with an amazing location. Though not in the clock towers but it’s actually equally close to the Haram. The rooms are luxurious and well maintained. The rooms are big with modern facilities. It’s actually one the best hotels in Makkah. Their breakfast is also amazing as well

The hotel turned out to be quite good despite mixed reviews that I read online. I don’t know how many rooms they have or how many towers available there but my room was in tower 2. So regarding issues of accessibility whereby only staircases are available, I didn’t experience it since my room is connected with good elevators. The room is quite nice, it’s quite big and can accommodate I think 3/4 people. It has sofa and eating table, equipped with some basic kitchenette. My room can also see the view of the mosque, well partly. The room is quite clean too. Staff that I met some are friendly, some are not. The only negative thing is that the reception is a bit disconnected from my tower, I still don’t know how to go to the reception without having to pass through the parking area. There is no sign at first on how to get to the reception, very limited signage and the security guard there just told me to go to underground (level B2 if I am not mistaken) without instructing me where and how to get there so the check in experience wasn’t that great. But overall, I satisfy with my stay despite some minor issues. I would totally recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the mosque, specifically gates number 86-90.

My stay at this hotel has been nothing but wonderful..! I have been well taken care off by two wonderful gentlemen, Asem and Muktar. They have been wonderful host to me and my family. I booked a quad bed room for family which was very spacious with 1.5 bath, kitchenette, dining table and sofa. Cleanliness is acceptable. Room service is quick but don't expect much. Only problem is the availability of lifts which are 3 or 4 per tower. A tower having 25+ floors becomes quite chaotic at prayer times. You may have to wait for more than half an hour to ride on.

Overall, a good stay. The location is great. The hotel front desk is very hard to find because it is in the center of the building through many shopping centers. There is no clear signage on the outside or inside of the building to direct you there.

The service was great .Food was really good. Location is just perfect. I mean no complaints but we couldn't use one of the washroom. Smelt bad and had to keep the door closed all the time . We had to wait for the other person to finish and that sometimes made us delayed .

Everything was excellent especially the service provided by Abdur-Raheem at housekeeping. It was extremely good. And Brother Helal service at breakfast was also unforgettable. We will definitely return and recommend the hotel for others.

My overall experience was great. There are a few staff who stud out example: Sahel Abdullah in reservation put us in a very nice room with an exceptional view. Eahosan ullah, he always made sure our room was clean and restocked. Mohamed Misbah (not sure of last name, in 5th floor restaurant). Only issue I have; it wasn't clear that parking is not included in room cost. Also, that it's 7 SAR. Per hour. We enjoyed our stay, I really liked that I walk out the hotel and I am in the Haram! This is the first time I'm staying at this hotel 🏨. Quite expensive but Masjid Al Haram is very nearby and walking distance from this place. Rooms are good enough to stay with family for a few nights and are spacious and air-conditioned. Four lifts are available to get into the room It is sometimes quite difficult to get lifts during checkout from rooms and check-in due to overcrowding on season time. Shopping Mall is available at this hotel itself and can easily get into our favourite activities for shopping and cafeterias to get it .

It’s better then Zamzam Makkah Hotel in terms of cleanliness. But it’s on the side of the Clock tower and and I think walking distance is fare from Center of the Clock Tower and stores around it which I need to go every day. But I think it’s a 4 star hotel. And very clean from desk a bit crowded most time. But the elevators not busy which is good.

We stayed in room 22 of tower 2 for nine nights. Hotel location is great, can't be better. Hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Especially the room service guy Mr. M. Kaleem was super nice and friendly, he went extra mile to fulfill our needs that made our stay very comfortable.

Location was amazing. The breakfast was also good. The only complaint is the shortage of elevators. Sometimes it was take 10-15 minutes just to get from the lobby up to the room because we spent so much time just waiting for an elevator.

I truly enjoying my stay here. people are very nice, you walk out right into the Haram and very tasty food served here. My one problem and a major problem to my thar parking in thier ramp very expensive. Also, information about parking was not clear, being available doesn't mean it's included in your room charge. Paying 7 SR an hour I think is very very expensive.

Asalamalaikum, this hotel was not that great. Rooms were 2509, 2521, 1023. On arrival, 1 of our 3 rooms (2 double twin, 1 queen) was not "available" until past 2 A.M despite us arriving on time for check-in. We even went on Ummrah and came back very tired, and it wasn't ready still. Breakfast was not good / fresh unlike other hotels we've stayed. Half-board was definitely not worth the price. Room 2509 also had a clog in the sink, that was not resolved until 2 nights later despite a couple of calls. Otherwise, Room Service and House Keeping were great and very kind. 10/10. Location was good as well. We were still not that happy overall.

We had our breakfast at Lagenda Restaurant and there were a lot of variety in the menu to suit international taste in cuisines. Ms Leenah and Mr Hamid were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended.

The hotel is good and rooms are quite spacious also the staff if well spoken and polite but during my nine days stay i faced issues with toiletries supply as it was not stocked in the room everyday also they provided only 2 liter of water for 4 people in the room the tea coffee kit was also not stocked back promptly even had to ask the staff to provide me with new towels after they took away the used one one of the biggest issue i faced was with the lift as i stayed in tower 3 the lift was slow and we had to wait around 20 to 25 minutes to get access to one.

Our stay at the hotel could have been rated excellent if the concierge - luggage service was performing duties right. However, the front desk staff Ms. Mashael and the guest relation Mr. Mohammed are committed to meeting guest requirements. Thanking them both.

This hotel was very close to the Masjid. Rooms were nice and enough space but with few small issues that were hardly noticable. Their buffet breakfast was good but for getting warmer and fresh breakfast best option was to go earlier as possible other wise many items were not provided anymore when there were less people. They don't even allow people to take breakfast to their rooms. I asked them if I could take with me cause I wasn't feeling well and I wanted to eat late but guy got furious at me. I checked at other hotels where they do allow for those were sick or could not come down to eat. Aside that everything else was great. Staff were nice and room service guys were very friendly and helpful.

It was a very memorable experience, starting from the location and the people around there, the view from our rooms was insane as well as the response from the customer service, we were having an issue with the A/C and we asked for help then the lady on the phone Hanan, was so helpful, she continued following up until they solved the problem.

Chef Saud impressed me with his desserts the 4 days I was here. Everyday he would create something new that would wow me. My favorite was the coconut desert. I absolutely recommend coming to this restaurant they won’t let you down.

I had experience of tower 3, well using lifts is a big problem. Lot of wait time. Then breakfast in different towers also very unconvienient. Rooms are good, washroom good too. But operations not good.

Location & restaurant was great. But the local staff (front of desk) is extremely rude to foreigners, some cannot even communicate properly in english properly. We got an extra bed with a lot of hassle, infact we got our room almost 6 hours after we arrived to the hotel. I stayed with my family for 7 days. The hotel is super busy, the wait for elevator can be long during peak hours. However the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our housekeeping attendant Sahab was especially helpful and made our stay nicer.
