While doing Umrah my mom experienced stomach issues and we visited this hospital after referal from Haram emergency. Hospital staff and doctors were so amazing and professional. They did not charge a single penny and treated my mom very well. I would say SHUKRAN to everybody and the lady doctor that treated my mom like her own mother.

The worst hospital service I’ve ever experienced. The staff very rude. My daughter was dying and the doctors were laughing. A real disaster! Shame on you.

Visited it today. It was my 2nd time here. Last time I visited here many years back to get emergency treatment for her and they literally did nothing. Today again my mum needed emergency treatment with high blood pressure. They checked and confirmed high blood pressure and said that they don't do treatment. Worst hospital on earth. No one will guide you anything here. You will experience bad attitude for nothing. You won't see any process as such. They only understand Arabic. Also, you won't find a taxi here. There is no other hospital nearby. So basically you are totally stuck. Best of luck!

No professionalism. Doctors are busy drinking coffee only and nurses are busy giving shift overs to other nurses while the patients just wait. The staff at reception is fighting with everyone. They leave the patient at bed unattended unless we go to them again and again. The cleanliness standards are pathetic. There are dirty beds with blood stains on them . This hospital is not giving a good image of the kingdom

The hospital accepts Umrah visa. ❗️ tourist and business visas - paid service. ❗️ children are not accepted, they were told to go to a teenage hospital near the Aisha Rojikhi mosque, Nasim district. They accept teenagers from 6 years old. ❗️ children under 6 years old are admitted to the Romansia hospital, if I wrote correctly, Romansia is the Azizia district where the canteen is. Behind the large Romancia sign there is a large mosque whose moon looks as if it has been removed from the clock tower. They accept children under 6 years old, also only for Umrah visa, but doctors arrive after Asr at 16:00, so you have to wait and, accordingly, there is a line to see them there in the morning.

It's a pathetic country for Non Arabs. Nobody knows a word of the International language or intentionally they don't bother to speak in English. Pathetic health services. Nobody should ever visit this country except for the Hajj or Umra. The life of non-Arabs sucks here.

This was my worse experience I don't think they even deserve 1star There was a this room with blood on the floor and the nurse expected us to sit in the room and get examined They took our passport of us and when it came to return them we had to wait 45 minutes because they cashier was on walk about Try to avoid this hospital visit

Ignorant and illiterate staff...when we go to see a doctor they say go to another hospital...they even dont care for hajis...atleast they should know international language...its better in india where we can go to a doctor and he never says go somewhere else..in a king size hospital they say for fever go to another hospital.....do they do jot have medicine for fever?...

We went there in an ambulance with an emergency case. They don’t take any kind of medical insurance The asked for a deposit of 1500 SR and they refused to accept any kind of credit card not MADA nor visa. They only helped the case with first aid procedures Nothing more. One of the worst case for medical services providers

We went over there because of fever and pain in whole body. I have fever 103.1 and they said go to another hospital Markaz Alazizyah Wao what a third class service.

My mother got admitted bcoz of fracture. Very pathetic experience she had even the staff was not co operative and my mother was in severe pain during hospital stay even after being operated.

Needless to say, I think work in this hospital is very efficient with competent medical staff full of experience handling emergency situation.... I believe many foreign young muslims medical doctors around the world are eager to have work experience in this hospital in the holy city of Mecca...Thank you kingdom of Saudi Arabia for taking care of my father-in-law when he performed Umrah there...

My leg was biten by a wild cat and unfortunately this was only hospital in makkah which from can be vaccinated but when I visited at emergency clinic they ask for id that was expired from some days they refused to give me vaccine just for it means if your residency id expired they’ll let you even die in any infection so sad 😭 from this government hospital 🏥

The worst hospital I have ever been to in my life. I have a suspicion that it is a government hospital. The emergency room is unreasonably crowded and the triage is a mess. I saw cases of heart failure and there was no response from them other than cleanliness, which is not good at all, and the state has no departments 👎🏻

Worst staff there hard to find taxi from there. Staff is not good all are rude in emergency if you are international visitor (umrah or hajj) they will not take you in even you are die they dont care if you are non arabic. So dont go over there highly recomended if you are not arabic.

I hope that the Ministry of Health will find a solution in the hospital because human life is not a game. I mean, as a patient, I demand that my tests not be completed until after 5 hours, and it is known that tests do not take more than two hours?? I mean, the hospital is full of doctors, it is not incomplete, and the emergency department is not at all responsible, and the doctors are contradictory. Unfortunately, it is crowded and no one is cooperative or quick to work in the emergency department. Someone comes in an emergency and dies, saying wait for your turn. I call on the Ministry of Health to intervene urgently.

Excellent patient care. Very courteous staff and exemplary professional ethics. I interacted with a female staff member, and she reached out to me beyond my expectations. Although the requirement was not met, yet her conduct deserves a 5 star for keeping patient care paramount.
