If you have the chance to sleep on a bench in a park instead of this hotel: DO NOT HESITATE! THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST HOTEL IN ISTANBUL! Just when you think this hotel can't get any worse, it gets worse! It's so bad it's funny. All good reviews about this hotel are probably paid advertisements. Day 1: We arrive and find out we can't pay with credit card anymore. Then we go to our room, where there's no WiFi and only two beds for three persons. Also, the windows are disgusting (they have better windows in chernobyl) ! Day 2: We find out there's no breakfast. Day 3: There's no hot water for the shower (seemed like Alaskan water) and the elevator stopped working (more than 11 Floors!). Last day: the only good thing is that we checked out. The only positive thing about this hotel is that it's so bad it's funny. We do feel sorry for all the staff, because we know they won't have a job in five years since this hotel will go bankrupt. This hotel is just sad.

Newly constructed golden building operated as furnitured apartment on daily base. Excellent services. Two pools with nice gym. Rooms contain every small detail you could think with.

The worst hotel in my life!!! Caution! They will try to deceive you when you check in, overestimating the cost by 2 times

Terrible smell in the bathrooms and it is a building problem and not a specific problem in just one room. Also bathrooms don't have a cabinet door so whole surface of the bathroom gets wet which is very annoying. Internet is very slow. It is ok for surfing the web but it is not really adequate for any type of streaming. Cleaning is not really good but not too bad either. Transportation is relatively ok as it is not too far away from Tavsantepe metro line. Kitchen is stuffed with basics and ok for short time. Microwave + oven combo, washer/dryer and some utensil is available, not suitable for cooking though. Refrigerator is mini size but adequate for storing breakfast food and left overs from other meals. Has nice, wide tv. Pool is suprisingly big. Not too dirty. Gym is also ok. Has treadmills and a rack of weights. It is in a different building though so you have to get outside and walk in the cold in winter. Mattress was a bit on the soft side but not too bad.

They don't allow any guest even for 5 min.. misbehaved .. our friend visited istanbul for treatment .. we live here so visited them .. but people at reception didn't let us in.. said "it's the rule" .. I don't understand what kind of rule is that ??? Never heard

Look good from the outside but when you get in to the rooms, forget it. Everything is old sheets pillows, pillow cases need to replaced. Most of them torn a part. My first night heat did not work in January and it seemed like no one cared about it until i went down stairs to lobby woth my luggage and demanded my money back. Worst place to stay.
