Reservation: We reserved a room with see view which was not available at the time of the check in. A lot of people were complaining that they did not got what they reserved and paid for. Food: For the lunch we had to stay in line for 30-40 minutes. Also the food limited to 2-3 sortiments and wasn't very child friendly. There was not enough cutlery, you had to wait even for clean glasses. Room: There was no hair dryer in the room, you had to subscribe to get one on the next day. We were not happy with the service we got based on the price ratio. We were here in full season. I would NOT recommend this place in full season.

Bad experience. To much money for nothing. Bad services. "Look like's but is not" . The lunch was horrible every day - very bad food

Good service for the paid price. All offered services are provided. They always have more than one option available. They are very much into solving any complaints, fast and with honesty. All good is safe and the dining spaces are always clean. Lunchtime is crowded in the restaurant, therefore a reservation is the best way to secure a seat. Clean rooms (those renovated, which are more than 75% of the entire hotel), scarse on toiletries. A good quality-price rapport.

Lovely hotel by the sea. Amazing sea view and lovely summer garden with music and restaurant. Friendly personnel.

Small rooms, but clean. The food was ok, but there were only some types of food to choose from (two soups, two garnishes, etc). The was no parking space available. There are not enough parking spaces for all the rooms and we had to park our car on the sidewalk of the road, because everywhere was full. We wanted 2 room with breakfast only, but they said that in that period of time (17-24 August) we must pay for the lunch too. This wasn't written on their site or on Booking .

I like the hotel location , their service , food and everything ... Sea was very close and they have a private beach also we really enjoy there .. Overall it was awesome 👍😎....

We started with a minor bump when we arrived. The personnel is unexperienced and does not know how to handle an extraordinary situation, but let s say in the end it was ok. The room is ok, large and clean, we have even a sea view being a corner ròom. The food (breakfast and lunch) is not very impressive, you can choose something, but it is nor tastefull or some of the dishes are not that fresh. The Coffee tho is good. The beach, yeah, I cannot say one good thing about it, rocks in the water, crowded and the umbrella that is offered when you buy 2 longchairs is very little. The Best part is the pool for adults and kids. It did not make me to want to come back, but overall it was a pleasant stay. Update (after the hotel's response): Please concentrate on solving the issues described by the guests, not contradicting each and every one of them. You can see a picture of an egg that was supposed to be boiled, but it was raw, we tried another one and it was the same. One day the omlete was sweet and the vegetables and the cheddar looked "tired". So even though you have the food there on your list, that doesn't mean is tastefull or of a good quality. Again, remember this is not a negative feedback, is a constructive one, learn something from it and try to make better next time (this goes for all the feedbacks that are not rated as 5 stars and praise you).

poor quality service in the room, they don't change your linen or even the towels, they are cleaned once every 3 days, but not with a vacuum cleaner, but with a broom, the windows have not been washed since they were painted because there are still splashes of washing-up liquid, I asked for 2 cups in the room and they said it's not allowed in the bathroom, they didn't give me a glass so I could store my toothbrush and write a lot. I don't suggest it to anyone.

Thank you for all services! Hotel was a beautiful and comfortable place to spend vacation with my family! Workers are so cute, but the girl from Kids club i remember The most, because she helped US a lot!

The hotel definitely needs improvement. The room was dirty, I found cigarettes on the floor, and the shower looked like it was last cleaned in the 80s. The beach was a total nightmare as it was FILLED with rocks. The pool saved this situation, but I did not travel 300ish kilometers to sit by the pool. The food was alright, I stayed only for two days, so it did not seem repetitive. Overall, the entire experience was not worth the price I paid, seeing that I had already booked one week in Greece for the same price. Improve your conditions, and maybe I will revisit this in a couple of years.

Feels like a 4-star hotel at the price of 3-stars! Beautiful, spacious pool, access to the beach right behind the hotel, amazing view.

We made our wedding at this hotel with rooms booked for all guests and party on restaurant terrace. Everything was perfect! It is a well managed hotel with nice rooms, great food and good service.

Staff was hit or miss. Some were nice and welcoming, others not so much. We were only given one key to the room at first. The WiFi was mostly not working, very weak signal. The lifts were decent and they had 4 of them. They advertised free parking but it was full all the days of our booking. The beach was quite far from the hotel, but it was retreated and the water was not so deep, so it was perfect for kids, but not adults that want to swim. An unfortunate aspect of the seafloor especially at the entrance is that it is quite full of rocks (I'm talking about the beachfront that's associated with the hotel). Another negative is that they make you permanently wear a bracelet that doesn't have a meaningful function, given that even at the restaurant they ask you for your room number.

Great sea view, comfortable bed, clean and cozy room, great shower pressure, delicious and varied meals (breakfast + dinner). Good location, quiet and not so crowded like other sea resorts. I loved it!!!!

Great rooms: clean, modern. Nice restaurant: good fresh food. Location 50 m from the sea; the beach is not so great, it has some rocks as you enter the water. But overall it's a good place to stay, great for the kids, there's a lot of kids playgrounds, beautifull seaview.

The hotel really nice... but we walk in and asked for a room. The receptionist answer that it is not available. I answered that I saw the availablity on the site at 510 Lei. She looked again and she offered us the same room at 720 lei. not very nice but my mother was tired and I just took it. But I'm very disappointed. In the bathroom isn't nothing that you can put your towels, like in the pictures, and not a mat ..all the water from the shower was going outside everywhere The positive things : the position, the spectacular view and the room was renovated.

Staff is rude and talking impolitely to clients. Management is bad as well.

Great service, breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately the nearest beach is awful with stones and seaweeds...

The rooms are quite small but clean enough (maybe because it was the start of the season). The balcony is very small and almost unusable. The outside air conditioning unit is wrongly placed, blowing hot air on you, if you want to spend some time on the balcony. The refrigerator is a joke (and not a good one). The bathroom is small but the water pressure is good and hot water is available almost instantly. It was the first hotel, in my experience, with two bathroom failures in 7 days (first, the closet command breakdown; second, a water pipe leaking causing a serious water infiltration in the room). I must mention the plumber: funny guy and efficient. The only rooms refurbished are from the 4th floor above. Be careful what you pay and what you receive. The lunch prepaid system is tricky: if you don`t use all the money you already paid, the remaining amount cannot be spent on the terrace after check-out. The food on the terrace is tasty but the offer is relatively limited.

That was, even too short, a such nice place to spent my time along with my friends!
