Moisture in the room, dampness, mold and mildew, most probably due to bad bathroom construction. Breakfast is of poor quality and sometimes inedible. The parking lot was full and had to pay parking somewhere else.

The room was cozy and clean. Its quiet around the hotel and is near the center and the beach (5 min). The food is good. There are 2 pools both are pretty big and very clean, the jacuzzi was relaxing and spacious enough. Overall a good stay and experience will defenetly come here again.

The daily cleaning service is a bit too much, but some find this comforting. The food is ok but using potato flakes for the mash potato is not cool, if you ask me. Seems to be at full capacity, decent parking, pool is nice, quiet neighborhood.

Grate place to bring your kids. Animation for kids is fantastic, live music at night by the pool was excellent. Is near to beach and center. I travel from Bulgaria and was to stay 10 days but I extend one more week. My daughter and Pet was happy. Yes you can bring your pet.

Very nice staff, accommodations up to standards, rooms very nicely decorated. It really looks like someone took an interest to bring this place into the 21st century.

5 stars for staff and the food, but the bathrooms are old and the watter comes out of the shower cabin, not to mention some have broken doors, the 3stars room only had one outlet and another for the tv, while the 4 stars one had one extra, but overall i had an enjoyable experience

Rooms were pretty clean, although after a through disenfection with cleanwhipes, my wife got some of them really dirty. Pool and pool area were the best feature of this hotel. Food was below average and I'm glad we didn't get all inclusive because it would have been a total disaster. Biggest minus was that the spring from the matrice came out and gave my wife a big scratch on the leg.

Reception desk did not know anything about the schedule or person handling the spa. Indoor pool was not opened ( it would open during the full season - which makes no sense since full season means good weather most of the time). Breakfast was okay at best.

I have been going here from the dawn of time. I always love it. Rooms are good but in the second complex the bathrooms are a tad tiny. Service is great they are really nice and the location is awesome. It takes about 2 minutes to go to the grocery store in front of the hotel.
