I just love this place. I especially love when those bats girls run around in their costumes singing the bat song. The pool is fun, but they should let you put your arms in the water too. The rooms are little, but so am I, so if I bring a friend I always measure them first. I love all the bright colors so I won’t wear sunglasses. Last time I left my teeth on the night stand and the manager put them in a pickle jar til my next visit. What a place.

Small rooms, nice inner garden, long wait to check in (they say 18:00 max, but only in the lobby, nowhere on the website), bathrooms are poorly designed (water forms in pools near the drain which is higher...), air conditioning works, nice breakfast, restaurant is only for the very patient (rude waiter if small order, forgets to bring the check), loud formations here and nearby hotels until 2 am

The hotel seems a bit old but parts of it are restored; for example the bathroom tiles are brand new but the sofa's can definitely be upgraded. The pool is very nice and cleaned daily. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Advantages: clean, the room was quiet (we specifically asked for a quiet room and we received one), the food was plenty, though not exactly varied, the staff is friendly, there is parking available, air conditioning. Disadvantages: the general feeling was that of shabbiness, although some improvements were made, I wouldn't say it is a three-star hotel, more like 2. All in all, it was an enjoyable holiday.

The suite is perfect for family, good diverse food and very nice show for kids every evening. Stay by the pool or go on the beach, the choice is yours.

Loved it there! They even had concerts for kids and grown ups every night! Reccomended if you have back problems, if your back hurts, because the beds are hard. The beach was warm, even though it wasn't the cleaniest, but yeah, that place was fun!
