Hotel: slightly below average, but bearable. Restaurant: This is probably the worst restaurant I've ever had the misfortune of having dinner at. 5 minutes to get the menu, then 25 minutes to take our order, then another 15-20 minutes to bring the drinks - and forget about my drink. Another 10 minutes and the waitress brings me the wrong drink. 5 minutes after that I finally get my damn drink. That's one hour to get the drink. Food came about the same time I got my drink, and trust me - you don't want to eat that. Even the pancakes are refrigerated and reheated. The pizza is just about the same quality as those slice-to-go pizza stands with dry, stale toppings and a bizzare rubberish aroma. Pasta smelled like my dirty dishes after soaking them in hot water. They messed up the check, obviously. Another 10 minutes wasted. Sorry if my review made you sick, but it's for your own good. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. There's a nice terrace restaurant down the road to the left called Barinda or something like that. Go there instead.

Very disappointing experience. The beach was small and not really designed as a beach. The water was full of stones and very small. Comparing with other beaches this wasn't prepared for tourists. The room was ok as well as the service, but the bathroom just had a shower door instead of a proper door and not nice. The reception staff weren't properly informed and unable to give the right answer. The food was good and fresh and varied. The restaurant was serviced by young and professional staff. Overall I give them 2 starts not 3.

The room is very small, and the furniture is outdated, hallway look exactly the same like 20 years ago, it even have the communist smell. Restaurant looks nice, especially the outside area, although in the evening the music is quite loud. It would be ok for late evening, but not at 7 o'clock. Food is average at best, the only nice part is pizza, freshly nade, and the beer is ok. The beach is absolutely trash, no sand, and you can't go in the water because of the rocks. I went there for free, but otherwise I would not spend my money on this hotel

We went on a all inclusive hollyday with the whole family. The hotel is a wreck it does not deserve 3 stars. Cleaning is inexistent, the doors are destroyed, the bathroom smells werry bad, the water has no pressure and the hallway has a verry dirty old carpet wich smells. However the staff is verry nice and frendly, better than most 5 stars hotels, the food and drinks are above expectations aldoubt it takes a bit to get used to the tiny drinking glasses. If you have kids, please don't go, if you are a student it might work for you.

There are a lot of facilities for kids which is great and the reason we came here in the first place. Unfortunately beginning of june the weather is perfect but the infrastructure is not ready to welcome all inclusive tourists. They are still working on tje kids beach (swimming pools on the beach) and they do not serve beverages at the beach bar. I believe everything looks muxh better in full season.

An experience that I would not repeat and which I do not recommend to anyone.The rooms are dirty, the children's beach is full of stones and shells. Prices are too high for the services offered. An experience that I and my family regret.

Everything was great, food, service. The room had a problem with the AC but didn't really needed it.

One of the few all inclusive hotels around here. Great quality price . Perfect for families with kids . Has a great kids beach, good evening entertainment, great staff

We stayed at the Hotel Delta on business travel. From the minute you walk in the door you are transcended into world elegance. The service of the front desk, concierge. and restaurant was first class and responsive. The food was divine. The location is in the center of everything with easy access. The rooms are spacious by European standards. We can’t wait to come back.

I would have given them 5 stars if I didn't find my car scratched in the parking and they couldn't see who it was.

The front personnel was awesome very nice pleasant and always smiling. The food was ok...needs a lot of improvement...I got most of my meals cold...even if they supposed to be hot. Well...a little disappointed on the room size...the towel service. But overall good place to stay with kids.
