Love the calm it brings me. The sand is marvelous and the sea is blue. The trees behind you give a sense of completion opposite to the desert like other beaches in the area. You should definitely give it a shot!

Really crowded, lots of sunbeds very closed to each other, no "room" for privacy (I'm referring to a basic conversation.. You just hear everybody's conversations as everybody hears yours...). Would not return here...

Very quiet place and very relaxing, it isn't that crowded. The water was trasparent and turquoise, the buoy is placed at a distance because the water lever is low, but at the buoy it is at about 170cm. The sand very clean and soft, so water and sand 10/10, the only downside is the bathrooms, 2 ron/person.

Nice and clean beach

4 stars instead of 5 for the lack of amenities like showers and toilets, but that's to be expected from a Romanian beach (you have to pay RON 2 for taking a piss at a nearby bar). Other than that, no complaints, really: sparkling clean water (you can actually see the seabed, a rare thing around), no seaweed, great for kids (water deepens gradually). Crowd is mixed, leaning towards families with kids and elderly people, but you might glimpse the odd babe around. I think it may be the best beach in Romania, actually, or second best after Mamaia Nord. Will definitely come back.
