Highly recommended! The service is class A, rooms are very nicely organized and clean, the view from the rooms to Manizales is just beautiful. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to pick this place again in the future.

Nice hotel and not more than that. The rooms are decent size, but the beds are tiny and really narrow. We were 3 in the room and it wasn't comfortable. Breakfast is very simple indeed.

Nice and modern hotel in a good location in Manizales. Walkable distance to a number of shops and restaurants. Only reason for the star deduction was that the room did not have AC. Luckily we were on a high floor so got a good breeze with the windows open. The bathrooms are also VERY nice compared to the other hotels I stayed in Colombia

Benidorm Is a nice hotel, located very close to Universidad Autónoma de Manizales. Rooms are comfortable. My bed was very comfortable and linen impecable. Breakfast was good, including a nice selection of fresh fruit and typical empanadas and arepas.

Friendly staff, rooms are fine, but best shower I'd in 5 weeks of travel. Location is not walking distance to much, but a short cab ride to many restaurants.

I did not realise our 3rd bed wouldn’t be a full bed. There were no face washers in our room Disappointed with no fridge in our room 2 complementary drinks (there we 3 of us) Breakfast was ok but could be better. Customer service was fabulous, Diddier and Ronny were super stars Location was great I would come back but mostly because of the customer service. I asked if the restaurant was in operation and was told no, yet there was a note in the lift with the day’s meal listed???

Stayed here for a night and would highly recommend this hotel. Walkable distance to the main square (about 15 mins), good wifi, hot water, secure covered parking, and decent breakfast. The staff were super nice and the guy when I checked in spoke English. The bed was really comfortable and it was very clean.
