Centrally located hotel with good transport connections. Friendly, helpful service is a matter for the boss. Affordable prices, hotspot and parking options round off the offer.

Way too expensive for an old hotel??, 2 super long flights of stairs with all the luggage because there is no elevator. Poor beds and dated furniture, bathroom modernized and neatly clean. Breakfast simple but otherwise fine.

Kleine altmodisch eingerichtete Zimmer, hellhörig, Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert ohne Auswahl, nur Barzahlung, wenig Parkplätze (Translated by Google) Small, old-fashioned rooms, badly soundproofed, breakfast is served at the table with no choice, only cash payment, few parking spaces

My wife was traveling and had to book a room at the hotel quite spontaneously. In this hotel it was problem-free and friendly. The person (owner or doorman) was accommodating and flexible; Everything could be arranged according to my wife's wishes. The room is absolutely fine, simple but nice, everything you need is there, clean, nice new bathroom. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. Five stars in this price category.

Complaints are not welcomed. The agreement in advance was okay. The room was unclean. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, no shower towel, just hand towels. Cleaning of the bathroom will only be carried out after discussion. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Friendliness was okay until the complaints. After that no more. Rarely have I seen such an amateur-run hotel.

I never saw anyone at the reception except for when I checked out. The room looked like it was from the 70s (smelled like it too, dry and dusty feel). The walls are thin and sound carries very well thru the halls. No soaps or hairdryers in the bathrooms, towels were hard as rocks it was like drying yourself with sandpaper! No elevator for people with large bags, just a tight narrow spiral staircase. This is one of those cases where remodeling won't help, I would suggest dropping a bomb on the establishment and starting over from the ground up! Never stay here.

Rooms small and dated, but really clean. Breakfast is OK. But the service in the morning is great, very nice woman, always friendly and helpful. Upon request, a bread roll with egg and coffee was taken to the construction site. Recommended for assembly.

(Translated by Google) So far so good. Breakfast is not a big choice, but you get full anyway. (Original) Alles Gut soweit. FrĂĽhstĂĽck ist keine groĂźe Auswahl, satt wird man aber trotzdem.

Bad internet and bad attitude when requiring about it. Internet works in lobby but not in room ;apparently in room router is bad.....After the 3rd day of inquiring about it I was told " you'll just have to come down to lobby if you need internet"..... this means walking up 4flights of narrow stairs as there is no elevator..... no soaps, coffee maker , fridge or hair dryer in room..... pubic hair on bedspread on arrival..... small towels rough like sand paper in room..... only positive side is that the have a decent European breakfast available in lobby..... second worst hotel I ever stayed in in my life...... would definitely never stay here again !!!!! Update to this review: When the owner saw this review the next morning he became very agitated and belligerent and informed us that we would be better off to find a different hotel. He was pissed off that we expected working internet in our room and that we were not satisfied walking down 4narrow flights of stairs in the middle of the night in the dark to check our email. His statement was : I'm not running an Internet cafe for people to just sit in their room all day on the internet. When my sister had booked the room she had specifically informed him that internet service was a must have since we live in the USA and only had night time to take care of our emails etc. and he assured her everything was working perfect. This whole issue left us feeling very uncomfortable due to his open hostility to the point were we were afraid to even eat anything there anymore since he seemed like the person that would mess with your food. After reviewing other websites for reviews (which had more than one comment about that the cleanliness at rest area bathrooms along the autobahn were better than his dining area) it became very apparent that our best choice was to get out of there ASAP..... my recommendation would be to check multiple websites for reviews before booking mom and pop hotels in Germany and to never stay at the hotel am park in Mannheim!!!!!!!
