I was here during my visit to Mannheim. Nice and friendly staff Big spacious place, parking is available. Live music burger king TV Kids playing place out door seating are available As always I like burger king cheese nugetts and crunchy chicken. Coupons are applicable and free refills.🙌🦁😁😍🤪🤩

Bad service and mostly cold food! Be careful when you takeaway they tend to "give" one item LESS especially when it's rush time, so carefully check your bag before you go out! In my case 3 times out of 10 buyings, I found 1 sandwich MISSING, so it can't be called an "error" anymore! No good! Shame on your manager!

The food looks like someone puked it up. An inventive lady in a winter hat with a pompom, when asked to add the right portion of cheese to the fries, came up with a brilliant idea to expand them with her fingers to give the illusion of adding cheese. The place is dirty, the toilet is a swamp. I recommend it only to lovers of extreme experiences.

Good burgers but the staff isn't that friendly. The best part about this Burger King is that there is an all you can drink. With all flavors for coke spite etc.

You all know the deal. It's Burger King, that means - as far as fast food goes - great burgers and interesting deals. Personally my favourite thing is the wide selection of drinks they offer, free refills included.

The location is good and easily accessible from the main road through Neckarau. The staff is direct, but had difficulties in understanding custom requests that deviate from the standard meals. There are some standard meals already prepared and the time for a freshly made meal is short. The interior is clean and well maintained, but nothing special. There is a small childrens' section for the little ones to play. The restrooms are in good condition, but could use a scent dispenser. I Cannot comment on the drive-thru experience as I have only visited the walk-in restaurant.

Good service. Not long waiting times. Drive through is strong. But atmosphere is, well it’s a BK, so what do you expect.

We usually go there cause it is quite near. It has a standard BK taste and service I fast although the drive through is super super narrow so be aware
