They have several stores, one at First Markham Place and two in Pacific Mall. The staff are always friendly and professional. They give me confidence in the quality with their thorough explanation of their gems and diamonds. The custom work means I get to be creative and not just own a one size fits all. I personally have purchased from H&F for various occasions and celebrations, and I recommend them to my friends for their quality and competitive pricing. No appointments required, but they do require you to buzz in to enter, so that gives you a bit of privacy.

Dealt with Sherry on the purchase of a few jade pieces. Super impressed with Sherry's level of customer service. My elderly parents were the decision makers and Sherry showed a great deal of patience, went above and beyond to find the right pieces while also explaining the jade process for us.
