    The place gets really busy on a Saturday. They should consider opening more tills to serve people. Customer care needs to be improved on.

    It was good. Their chicken pizza was delicious with lots of cheese.- 29 June Also their 2 piecer was good. The fresh chips were nice and soft.

    Great service. Clean environment. Beggars abound in the grounds. Facilities deteriorating, condition of doors, toilets, no tissue paper in toilets.

    Too congested, Chicken Inn or Simbisa Brands must open 2 more outlets in Marondera to be able to serve all clients without congestion in the service areas. Parking is now a problem with heavy trucks in using the car port. The area becomes heavily congested and not open for motorists. One of the outlets must be a drive through maybe at areas in the Western side of Mutare road opposite the new complex Halstead building. Another one must be a seat in that capture clients from the Southern side in areas around Econet shop or OK supermarket Thank you

    A hive of activities in terms of business. It's excellent. The service is of great quality. The staff very friendly. Ablution facilities need to be upgraded to handle the volume of clients who frequent this place. It got some good parking space.

    Parking is not managed, access road is poor quality. During peak hours the environment may feel unsafe. Service and food are both of good quality.

    Have traveled many places around Africa but this remains the best fast food place i have seen. 100 % hygienic, friendly staff, got my order and received a device that vibrated when my order was ready, while i was resting in the parking spot and the food was very tasty and fresh.

    Busy place but conviniently located on the mutare Harare highway. Clean rest rooms. Cheerful cashiers and staff. Sit in available as well as take out food

    I didn't have a pleasant experience at chicken inn. I ordered 6 chicken burgers and it took 31 minutes for them to be prepared, and to make it worse the food wasn't even hot. I don't think I'll be visiting them again any time soon

    The service was OK. There was a no electricity power when I got into the Chicken Inn. I had to ask the position of the situation. Just being a step ahead of the customer would be more beautiful.

    Clean neat place to get a quick meal. Its always busy but the stuff is super fast and will not keep you waiting long.

    Convenient stopover on the harare-mutare highway. Always clean and its a friendly environment. Look out for trucks in parking area as it in close proximity to the truck stop and right next to Trek service station

😐 Pizza Inn staff very rude. No greetings & they don't bother to inform you that they do not have receipts so not sure if l was charged the correct ZWL amount as l was only told of the USD amount. They did not have twist bread even though it was advertised.
