Well, very surprising fast and kind service. Food is like Mac Donalds food... Place is clean.

Challenging experience. Coming to the well known and familiar mcdonald's where we used to have lunch each time we travel around in the amazing Jerusalem height. Not much options around especially with the kids. Pretty fast queue, kind and effective employees, fast service. Despite of the situation they do great work!

Great customer service. No vegan selection! One of the kind McWorkers helped me with the menu to look up the (non-existent) vegan selection. He gets the first star. This branch (located just before the entrance into Jerusalem) does not offer the vegan burger meal. And they don’t even have vegan milk (for coffee). I had to satisfy my hunger with a large order of home fries, five packets of ketchup and Zero cola. Anyways, I was glad to see that McDonald’s now use carton drinking straws. So that’s the other star. Not a pilgrimage destination.

Incredibly rude manager, this is the problem of placing unqualified staff that know nothing about running a business in managerial positions, no wonder the place is very empty. What a poor reflection of the brand. Never going there ever again.

The place not crowded, the staff friendly, the don't have toilet, you can go to nearby pay toilet, the trash can is full most of the time and you can see the trash on the floor around the can while you eat. I was in the middle of the day and the mayonnaise already run out.

Very bad, i felt like eating a car wheels

The food is the same as any other branch but the service here is non existent!

They need to work hard in order to improve the cleaning of the place.

Didn't eat any of the food, but the bathroom has an excellent changing table for your baby who needs a new diaper on the way to Jerusalem.
