We were in one of the renovated rooms. Lovely room leading out onto a garden. Good food, clean hotel, and excellent staff. Recommend.

Warning from Neve Ilan Hotel! - Strong suspicions that a maid is stealing from the rooms: In the morning of departure even before we went down for breakfast, the maid of our rooms turned around and asked each time "Are you leaving?", "When are you leaving?". There were just children in some of the rooms - and the maid was very annoying and screy. In one of the rooms, the door was locked - and it was only 9am when the maid opened the door with her master - and asked as if innocently - "Ah, have you not left yet?" - the girls pressed and fled the room. In one room we did not find the airpods - we turned the whole room over and it disappeared. We thought maybe the headphones were inside one of the bags, and we went to our cars. Than we saw that there were 4 dresses and shoes missing, I immediately rushed back to the rooms - but there was nothing left - no maid - no dresses and no shoes. ֿ We immediately turned to a security man - but he didn't help - they sent us to talk to the hotel manager - who was not available. We have spoken several times with managers at the hotel (very very difficult to reach them!) But their desire to help was zero. Only after opening a police investigation - the hotel called us to ask for more details and only then did they agree to check cameras - they claim there is no documentation of such a maid. We were knocked out - I advise everyone to be careful and not to approach this hotel!

Was part of a group that used the hotel for a 2 day event. I personally didn't experience the rooms, but the event hall was great along with the services, and most of the food was good with many options available. I have to say that on the second day me and another person were taken down by food poisoning, but otherwise a fine hotel. Location-wise: what a view 👀

Very loud hotel, lots of wedding parties and no support for people who wants to sleep. Breakfast buffet is really nice.

Maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel rooms is very poor. The staff attitude is ok, but not more than that. It is ok for traveling with children, as they have a designated area with facilities for kids (not in best shape, but kids enjoyed it much) and an option to enter nearby swimming pool, which is nice.

We came for a Shabbat family Bar Mitzva which was very nice there. The grounds and lobby are very nice. The room we were given on the second floor was very small compared to everyone else’s and right across from the steps. We couldn’t get our suitcases past the bed and the fixed table to the wall. Our hosts paid thru Shabbat that ended at 8:30. We stayed over Saturday night since we were catching a flight back home to the US early next morning. We were charged 719.99NIS for a small room for a 12 hour stay. We also paid VAT, that as tourists we should not have paid.Breakfast Sunday morning was the exact dinner we had Saturday night and the entire dining room floor was very sticky. Hard to walk. The only nice person was a woman at the front desk, unfortunately I don’t remember her name. She tried to help get a reduction in the cost. She spoke to the manager in Arabic, and was told no, that that was the arrangement he made with the host of the bar-mitzva which is hard to believe as true. I have emailed the manager with questions about the cost and haven’t received an answer. Definitely not worth the money.

Decent rooms, if not luxurious. Same for the meals. Helpful staff. Clean. Free parking. Accommodating for Sabbath- observing guests. When I was there, there were several large family groups with many small children. The dining room was quite full and the lobby was busy, noisy and crowded.

No pool!!!! The rooms were old but clean. Only the first floor had a balcony. They say that there is a pool but it's not on their property. You have to walk 7 minutes. The adult pool is an indoor pool and you must have a swim cap in order to swim. It's not a R&R pool.

Few minute from the hustle and bustle of Jerusalem by car. Situated on a hill among the beautiful Jerusalem hills. 24 hour manned lobby. Excellent breakfasts included. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Great water pressure in the showers. Great service. Community pool shared with the homeowners of the nearby community.

Because the price is too high in comparison to the state of the cleamness of the rooms food pool which does not exist in fact and the kindness of the reception staff with its manager as a head of staff. In short I cannot come back to such a place again. The rooms were not cleaned for 2 days even the garbage was not taken and they were not clean from the start.

The room was not clean enough when we came in. I intended on going over most surfaces anyway because of Covid-19 but I did not expect to find so much dirt, dust and food while doing so. The bathroom was also not clean enough. The outdoor space is very sweet. It gives a relaxing, warm, welcoming feeling to just walk around in their gardens. My kids had a blast on their water slide.

Excelent breakfast, really outstanding. The hotel is nicely located on the westernmost part of the cliff, outlooking all of central Israel. Amazing sunsets. On the downside however are some construction works in progress near the hotel. As well, there's no swimming pool and guests are directed to a nearby, unatractive country club for dip in the pool. Room could've been cleaner too.The staff members that we run into did not look very professional or enthusiastic about what they are doing. Overall it's not a bad hotel but one could rightly expect more for the price charged.

I gave one star because you have to in order to provide feedback. The pics the hotel advertise are far from reality. Dirty and filthy rooms (I did not let my children walk barefoot in the room). Looks like they havent cleaned the stairways in years (saw a dirty diaper lying on the stairs on.my way down) At breakfast everyone was walking around and helping themselves to the buffet without masks. Tables and chairs were very dirty and I lost my appetite just looking at the place (which never happened to me before). The pool that the hotel likes to point out they have is like a 5 min walk down the road...what a joke. Never again!!!

The room was very spacious. But it lacks some basic features. Like a hook in the bathroom for the clothes. Or a mirror in the room. The food was good. It was better in the morning than in the evening.
