Pro:
For
the
price,
a
good
deal.
You'll
get
the
usual
machines
for
what
you
need
for
weight
training
and
the
equipment
is
set
up
properly.
Con:
No
space
for
any
plyometric
work
on
the
main
floor
since
the
top
is
reserved
solely
for
stretching
and
warm-ups
(I
was
reprimanded
the
one
time
I
did
jumping
jacks
up
there...with
a
trainer...from
their
gym.
Not
impressed)
Pro:
Clean
and
well-maintained
Con:
Perhaps
it's
me,
since
I
am
a
transplant
to
Montreal,
but
I
come
from
a
culture
of
ALWAYS
wiping
down
your
mats,
your
machines,
etc.,
etc.
Nobody
does
that
here.
I
will
be
taking
a
group
class
that
requires
mats
and
everyone
will
sweat
all
over
their
mat
and
then
just
put
it
back
without
wiping
them
down.
This
is
further
exacerbated
by
the
fact
that
there
are
no
spray
bottles
around.
Usually
you
see
Lysol
wipes
(if
there
happen
to
be
any,
I
was
there
today
and
they
just
had
tissues(?)
With
no
spray.)
but
I
have
not
seen
anyone
use
that
to
wipe
their
sweaty
mat
afterwards
either.
Pro:
Group
classes
are
offered,
enough
variety
to
be
satisfying
if
you
are
a
group
class
junkie.
Con:
They
have
not
updated
their
course
offering
on
their
website,
which
means
that
if
you
are
relying
on
this
to
make
plans
you
are
going
to
be
led
astray.
Although
I
truly
enjoyed
the
trainer
for
a
specific
class,
he
just
did
not
show
up
to
class
one
day.
There
was
a
whole
large
group
waiting
on
him.
I
was
extremely
annoyed
by
this,
as
this
wasted
an
entire
75
minutes
of
my
day,
since
I
had
to
commute
there
and
commute
back
after
waiting
on
someone
who
did
not
show
up
after
20
minutes.
Not
cool.
They
could
work
on
communicating
with
the
clients
better,
since
it
always
seems
to
be
someone
from
the
class
asking
reception
whenever
something
goes
awry.
Pro:
Staff
is
friendly
and
professional.
Trainers
are
good.
Mostly
young,
fit
clientele.
