The experience was very bad ,the waitresses are moody ,if you ask anything they ignore you,,they dont even know how to treat guests We were told not to use the swimming pool because it had been treated, why would u treat when you know you have guests coming on the day? There are no phones in the rooms,no fridges,,no carpets! Doors and windows are dirty, no zesa no dstv, just one soccer channel playing! This was the worst service ever! The service is poor!

Really enjoyed the meals

Visited MAzowe hotel in mid October and the rains had just started. It was a cool atmosphere with peacocks 🦚 giving a scenic advantage to the sight. Besides the general rehabilitation needed to the buildings, sprucing up by cleaning and keeping the area fresh rather than dingy would go a long way. Spider and cobwebs need to be removed, lighting needs improvement in the conference rooms. Meals were great!!

Great for conferences and da visits

Nicely built, does not have a space at the front for guests to relax outdoors. Good for a rural environment amd serves well highway travellers.

Very clean and neat place to be. Hopefully the standards get maintained.

Lovely place. Beautiful peacocks roaming around the hotel room. Excellent room service. Nice place.to unwind. Not very far from Harare CBD, if driving , less than 30kms, Dam recreational activities nearby.
