We had an excellent stay. Amazing breakfast selection and 90% of the staff we came into contact with were helpful and genuinely caring and wanted to provide good customer service. The room was clean and the cleaners were responsive and always present on the floor should anything be needed. The reception staff were helpful despite a complication at check-in. The location was very good with a host of stores and a supermarket and food court accessible directly from the hotel. Lifts were never a problem. Will certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

Great hotel! Everything was cool & easy. The room is modern and extremely clean. My room was cleaned every day, towels changed etc. The girl at the Orchid restaurant is incredibly nice and friendly. ( Farah Alghamdi ) 👏🏾Glad to see a Saudi face welcomes my mother & I with a very warm friendly and helpful welcome, it was a very pleasant experience I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Excellent service from the restaurant staff (Leo, Hadi, and team), and Safa wing level 10 cleaning staff. The food is always on point, with a delectable spread of cuisines, fresh fruit, and even a coffee machine for breakfast. Try their special spicy omelette - it doesn't disappoint. Great location. Clean and comfy room.

We had to move our suites due construction noise after long haul flight. However, staff were super friendly and cleaning were provided. We ended up upgrading our stay to two bedroom suites. This hotel has comfy beds!! beautiful lobby, easy access location. Breakfast buffet restaurant manager is super courteous and the staff goes above and beyond. Definitely great stay!

The stay was like no other. The hotel staff was always accommodating and pleasant to speak with. Their breakfast buffet was especially one to never forget with a great selection. The hotel was very clean and had many amenities. Definitely will be coming back. Suggestion, wifi could’ve been better.

Excellent stay. The staff were amazing and welcoming, and their service was efficiently and kindly delivered from the very beginning of our stay. Breakfast options were endless and delicious, rooms were also amazing. Hotel was also very close to Haram. Would 100% recommend it, and hope to come back!

Would've preferred the floors in the rooms to be wooden rather than carpet just made it feel alot older and more dirty. Breakfast as well could use a few more options and variety. More fruit, more cereals etc. The cleaning service also could be done earlier in the day and could use some improvement. Was happy with everything else and despite the breakfast lacking a bit more variety the service at breakfast was amazing! Shoutout to Ramadan on the breakfast crew what a warm and hospitable waiter!! Karak tea at breakfast was really good as well and the freshly squeezed carrot and orange juice. Overall hotel was convenient, lifts were many, quick and easily available and the overall room and bathroom was well kept and clean. Awesome location as well

Mr. Ashraf Hussain is an amazing person. He really made my day by the way he welcomed me at checking in. Also Mr. Atef from room service is a very nice person. Please deep sincere to them in particular Mr. Atef where I kept making dua for him at Alharam.

The hotel reception staff and concierge’s were very helpful and provided timely assistance we needed. This hotel is located within quick walking distance from Haram which is incredibly important for the pilgrims. We had a room overlooking the Haram with a beautiful view, Subhan’Allah. Morning breakfast was of good quality.

Currently, we are on our second day of a week-long stay at this hotel, and so far, we have been thoroughly impressed with its exceptional quality and service. The hotel's strategic location allows us to reach the Holy mosque within mere minutes, making it incredibly convenient for our visit. Upon arrival, the reception staff warmly welcomed us, ensuring that we felt comfortable and addressing our needs to our satisfaction. The rooms have proven to be quite cozy, offering all the amenities one could desire. Additionally, the hotel's basement connects to a shopping mall and food court, providing unparalleled convenience – there's no need to venture elsewhere for shopping or dining. Notably, the breakfast served here is of excellent quality, and the staff working at the breakfast area are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would like to give a special shout-out to Ms. Hala, who attentively checked on us multiple times to ensure we received top-notch service. As our stay continues for four more days, we look forward to learning and exploring more about this exceptional hotel. Based on our experience so far, we anticipate it will be a remarkable and memorable stay.

Service & hospitality unmatched! The entire staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew is incredibly helpful. The breakfast buffet is unmatched and the manager, Abdul Ahad, goes above and beyond to ensure you’re having a great stay.

Excellent service. Staff is highly cooperative and smart. Housekeeping is responsive and helpful. Best location. A lot better than hotels located in the clock tower. 8 Dedicated lifts with quick response time. Souk Al khalil shopping Centre in the same building is a big advantage for visitors. Concierge is one of the best and provided us with chair and wheelchair whenever needed.

The service at this hotel is absolutely pathetic. The waiters and managers are rude and have no respect. We were not allowed to take fruit and juices from the breakfast table to our rooms. During our 6 day stay they served the same breakfast every single day as well as the same fruits. The rooms were very small with 2 beds and 3 tables squeezed into the room. Paper cups are placed in the room. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The location is excellent because it is very close to Haram. I would not choose this hotel again.

The service was great. They always helped us whenever we needed them. Very helpful staff. Mohammad AbdulGofur was really helpful and took care of us everyday when I was staying at 604.

Best thing about this hotel is it's location...ambience is great too but staff is unprofessional and literally treats you on lines of your ethnic basis...the carpet at breakfast cafe was so dirty I couldn't believe my eyes...staff is in so much hurry to remove utensils that sometimes they take away your still to be eaten food...they literally joke and make noisy comments while customers are there, crockery is handled roughly creating noise....but once I observed a random checking team visiting kitchen at dinner team and all staff present on duty, went from a joking cracking mode into an alert mode, that was a scene to behold... But my biggest reservation is regarding their uncooperative attitude towards one of my lost clothing piece of ehraam..the team visited with female manager floor on duty...took my number and never made any serious effort to try to locate the misplaced stuff....so don't expect "customer service"from them at all since they don't take it "seriously".

Good location close to Haram, staff ate welcoming. Rooms look a bit dated, mostly linens and towels. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety and many live stations. Room service is overpriced with poor quality. Staff need to be more aware of food allergies and should show more interest in understanding fulfilling customers needs.

The housing supervisor Mr Tanveer Husain along with its team is brilliant. The restaurant staff including the supervisor and all the staff were very courteous and helpful. So well done team. We are here for four nights and so far enjoying our stay Alhamdolillah. I always stay either at Hilton Suites OR Conrad Makkah. Hilton is my favorite brand and will continue to stay here in future Inshallah

Excellent location, well appointed rooms, great variety at breakfast (go to main breakfast buffet if space permits as food was better there although crowded and may need to wait in some lines). Large food court in mall below hotel with plenty of dining options. Had a regular king room booked and was upgraded to junior king suite at check in (without asking!( Thank you for making the stay comfortable!

Great stay. We were kindly given an update to the Haram view. Hospitable service and house keeping (Mohammed Azad) was very friendly and cleaned the room well. He ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely consider staying again during our next trip.

Very satisfied with the pleasant upgraded suite offered by Hilton; the location is perfect and the rooms were clean! The staff was professional and friendly. Room service dining was excellent, and the breakfast options were superb! Hilton rarely disappoints.

Excellent access to the Haram, 6 lifts per tower are super fast. Approx 5 minutes from room to Haram. Clean and spacious rooms. We got upgraded to a suite on the 19th floor. Rollaway bed is also comfortable and as good as the regular beds. Breakfast could use a little more variety. But service is excellent.

Not really happy to give a 3 star rating to a 5 star hotel. However, my last stay was kinda disappointing. Hotel room cleanliness has gone down Lots of options at breakfast but the overall quality is average. Don't forget to get breakfast coupons, if your stay includes BF. ;-)

As a family we had wonderful time & great experience in your hotel End to End....From checking in where your Reception Manager Khawlah Bahhah & Concierge Manager Imtiaz were personally there to welcome & assist us. While Also during our stay your Food & Beverage Manger & his team Islam & Osama did a fantastic job is arranging Gluten free breads for my daughter during breakfast everyday. Also Dr Said Saba was supporting us across our stay & sharing the vast offerings for this Hilton Makkah cluster offers for large summits/convention which this Hilton Cluster offers for corporate events, Also meeting your Cluster Finance Manager Adil Khan for an excellent overview from his perspective as to Why to Choose Hiltion Makkah for all your Personal & professional needs. I strongly recommend this hotel worth staying as my 2nd Home in Makkah whenever I come from Dubai....... Keep it up Hilton Makkah Suite Entire Team ! Should be 4 Star Hotel , highly unrecommended , they have the worse receptionist Staff ( lack of hospitality & knowledge ) , the hotline is busy and if they answer they pretend that they can’t hear you The process to check-in & out took me about an hour , The breakfast is not worthy at all , the shower passes the water all the way to the room carpet .

Excellent customer services. Managers at buffet was super nice and cooperative. Even the manager came and delivered when requested room service. Cleaners were amazing too. Kept the rooms very nice and tidy. Md Torikul was very cooperative and cleaned the rooms perfectly.

Lovely hotel , delicious buffet breakfast, across the road from the haram. Clean and neat rooms. Great room service. When ordering Ice , plates ect it arrives quickly, some rooms have a kitchen area and is more spacious but not all room have it.

Terrible experience. The suite we were provided had only 1 gadget charging point. No other socket was available. The bathroom drainage were choked. There were flies in the room and on complaining they sent a guy with a fly lol racket. There was nothing Hilton about the overall experience. It was pathetic. Never ever had this kinda poor experience in any other Hilton hotels.

Hilton suites has been a memorable stay. The location is excellent very close to haram and a less hectic area compared to the clock tower side. We had a 1 bedroom suite - very spacious and clean. Our housekeeper zakir was very helpful, all staff have excellent customer service during our stay. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again.

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Suites Mecca. The front desk manager Wassim was very kind and helpful. Great location to Haram and other shopping stores. The only thing that we wish to see in the future is to remodel and refurnish the whole hotel as it feels and looks very old.

Superb place to stay and very close to Haram. Wide array of food was on offer and friendly service. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with some signs of dilapidation, however did not impact on overall quality of our stay.

Very good stay at this beautiful hotel. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was decent. I would like to stay again In Sha Allah. Attention Housekeeping/Plumbing Team- Washroom must be rust free. Some places were out of colors with rust. Shower mixer must be fixed before guests come in.

Hotel is very nice and location is great. Service is also good. The only negative is that they charge for breakfast even though you are paying top dollar. I would expect breakfast to be included an price to be little 30% less.

  • 2/5 Zainab S. 1 year ago on Google
The first room that they gave us did not had shower stall glass/enclosure. It had signs that it existed at some point in time but removed for some reason and was never reinstalled. Bathroom floor had a ripped rag. Curtains had stains. When we told about the issues, they changed the room, however, the new room was also with many problems. Stained curtains, hanging by a thread hand shower, and not to mention black mold in the shower area. Try to book a hotel transportation to airport and it was a nightmare. The lady made us run around three times instead of any consideration that going back and forth between room and the lobby is very time consuming and tiring. She first ask that we must go to the room and she will check and let us know if a transport for the airport will be available, when we arrive in the room she called us to come down immediately to pay for the transport as it is available. After the payment she did not issue the receipt, instead she took the email address and said that it will be emailed but we received a third call to come and collect the receipt. This is not a Hilton. This is not any standard.

We stayed at Hilton for 4 nights. The staff was really nice and hospitable. Mr. Hadi Saddam was friendly, cooperative and very accommodating. Rooms were clean, housekeeping were prompt. All in all it was a comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend and remember this stay.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Very close to the haram and to food option/malls. Breakfast options were great- and staff made one of the best lattes I have ever had! Cannot fault the service or the cleanliness. Highly recommend this hotel.

  • 4/5 Jonathan Ibraaheem M. 1 year ago on Google
On the positive side - fantastic location, really close to the Haram, plenty of lifts directly to rooms, the mall below is very useful for food and drink (Starbucks, Mado, the usual fast food). A really warm welcome, efficient check in and friendly staff. The bed was also extremely comfortable - sleep came very easy! However, it seems that Hilton standards in terms of maintenance has been forgotten - the furniture was worn and dated - really needs replacement. Bathroom needs a refurbishment. Also small things like the tiny bottles of shower gel and shampoo are annoying - not sufficient for two people. Why not just provide large refillable bottles - this would also be more environmentally friendly. Did not try room service, partly because it finishes at midnight which is just when we wanted it after our umrah so we thought this should be available 24 hours.

  • 5/5 Mohammad faysal A. 2 months ago on Google • 2 reviews New
Location is awesome, very close to gate 79 (Umrah gate) and other gates. Easy access to haram And back to hotel without having to go through the swarm or big crowd of people like the clock tower area. Also elevators are fast unlike clock towers. The staff members are very hospitable and friendly. Almost every room has an attacked kitchen and stove, but unfortunately no microwave at all. Room is spacious and nice but a bit outdated. The only thing that was really unsatisfactory to me was their breakfast menu. They literally have the same items everyday. Besides that, their breakfast service, seating, the cafeteria view, everything is awesome
