Nice room, great environment, good service, all in all great🥰

It's far away from Majid Haram. There is no shuttle bus and no shops near the hotel. You have to download the hungry station and careem app for food and transpiration. The hotel staff is OK. You have to pay for 20 - 25 AED for one way to Haram. It's better to boom careem it will charge 17 - 18 AED.

A very good hotel .. clean and neat .. very near to Haram (less than 10 min drive to Haram parking) .. nicely managed setup .. Giving them 4/5 due to absence of a cafeteria for now :) although they did provide tea and coffee with kettle in rooms ..

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Cleanliness and service was unbelievable. The Saudi guy at reception was very friendly and made our stay as easy as possible.

Excellent staff. Customer oriented. I had booked 3 rooms, but the 3rd was on another floor so the excellent person offered another free room (which were joined by a common passage between the rooms. It was luxurious for my family. Let me check out late as well.

Extremely polite and helpful reception staff all of them are so kind. Rooms are super clean and even carpet smells so nice. 10 mins away from Madina Munawara. Had a really pleasant stay will recommend this.

I have never thought that this beautiful hotel would make my stay in Madinah memorable, as I got used to nearby hotels. This one seems to me a great option for calm seekers. Between the mountain and Masjid Nabawi, this cozy hotel stands on a hill which is just 3 minutes drive away from the underground parking and then you get to parking number 5 which is a few steps away from western male and female entrances. The hotel is so calm and the warm hearted receptionist Mohammad Alsuhimi made my stay more beautiful. The rooms are tidy and clean. There is a nice restaurant nearby that serve rice based dishes.

Brilliant hotel , brilliant rooms, more importantly A1 staff especially the brothers at reception Br ABDULLAH and his team (cant remmeber eceryones name) very hospitable and happy to cater for every need ... Allah reward them in abundance ... the coffee shop next to it is also very good ... highly recommended hotel .. very good rates for the hotel and service privided. Location was a bit far from Haram but 10 - 15 sar taxi covered it .. but we knew it was away from the busy haram.so not reallly a bad point for us... Umar
