Title: Disappointing Experience at an Aging Hotel Review: After being here for few tens of times last 10 years, I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The property seems to be showing signs of aging with evident poor maintenance and redevelopment efforts. The amenities provided were outdated, and to my surprise, some were not even available in every room. This lack of consistency was disheartening. One aspect that particularly fell short was the quality of food offered. The dining experience left much to be desired, as the food was consistently below average. This was unexpected considering the charges for both the suites and regular rooms, which led me to have higher expectations. Furthermore, the hotel appeared to be consistently crowded, which affected the overall ambiance and comfort. The rooms lacked proper soundproofing, and unfortunately, I found myself next to a family with young children and infants. The noise levels were disruptive, and it greatly impacted my ability to sleep peacefully. Considering the prices charged by the hotel, I had hoped for a better quality experience overall. However, the combination of aging facilities, inconsistent amenities, below par food, and poor soundproofing left me disappointed. I believe it's important for the hotel management to address these issues promptly and make improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope that future visitors will have a more satisfactory stay and that the hotel will take these concerns seriously to ensure their guests' comfort and enjoyment.

Excellent place for stay. Rates are reasonable. The staff is most courteous and help. All of them speak English and other languages. Specially the buffet staff provide best experience. Food choices can be improved by adding more Pakistani, sub continent flavor. Rooms are clean but no smoking law us not followed and imposed by the hotel. One if my room was stinking with smoke and they changed it right away. Washrooms seems to need a bit TLC. Over all great experience.

Stayed here between 25.06.22 - 04.07.22 Location - great. Room size - generous. Customer service - repeatedly lacking. Struggled to allocate rooms - you would assume they had experience but it was like their first day at a new job. Their grasp of English was very basic. Not all muslims speak/understand Arabic. Restaurant manager is incapable of handling large numbers. Experience was almost embarrassing. Not enough food or tables. On challenging the manager all he would say was “ come earlier” , “ there’s plenty” - he constantly pointed at the guests being at fault. Trying to get food was like being in a rugby scrum. I ended up opting many times for room service which cost extra. This manager needs replaced or trained.

It’s a 10 stars hotel! The staff is professional, friendly and very nice, specially the ladies who made the check in and check out for me. They did excellent job. The room is outstanding, very comfortable and has everything. The staff is very cooperative. Food is very good and price is reasonable. I have nothing negative to say. Definitely when I come back to Madina, I will stay in this hotel.

This hotel is a full package. Everything was on point. They have a shuttle bus for the ladies, to make it easier for us to get to the women's section of haram. The location in itself is great. There's plenty of shops nearby, pharmacies, hospital etc all a minutes walk away. The service was great. They would appear moments after a request. Communication was great too. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay, to make your spiritual journey special and memorable.

Hotel staff were really friendly, I had an issue with my reservation and they were really helpful, upgraded me to the deluxe suite and the rooms were very big and spacious. Location is perfect, few minutes walk from the masjid and the gates are really close both male and female entrances, ideal for family as distance is short. Good variety of items for breakfast, overall experience was excellent, will definitely come again.

nice hotel! they have a gym! different entrances. breakfast on 2 floors. breakfast was delicious, buffet has variety and no instant coffee. rooms were well kept cleaning. maid service was top notch!

One of the best hotel in Madinah , great location even it’s very close to the Prophet mosque , easy check in and out , The room was so clean with beautiful view i highly recommend it , Also the hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns especially futon she was very helpful and very very welcoming 👍🏼👍🏼

In General, the situation is accepted , BUT : Rooms : 6/10 need to be renovated, the sofa and chairs are very old , toilet should be maintained . Breakfast : 7/10 some items nit available, you should ask the staff to bring it ( honey ) , no butter , only butter blend ( Margarine) . Pan cake is perfecr, and the chef ( lady ) was beyond expectation , she was working with passion , she gave my son pancakes with Micky mouse design❤️❤️. Facilities: I do not use any Internet : very good . Staff : immediate response for any inquiry (10/10). I highly recommend this hotel for visitors .

The hotel’s location is great, good food and the service is quick. The employees at the hotel are professional, polite and helpful specially Mr Islam who is extremely friendly and goes the extra mile to help and support all guests with any needs related to the hotel or in the area, he is an organized hard worker who considers the customers different cultures, expectations and requirements for which we sincerely thank as he made our stay there exceptional.

House keeping service provided by the 2 individuals Joni and his good partner was fantastic. Always on time and cleaned our room for 9 days veey nicely. Very polite and on time. Thank u team.

It is an excellent hotel with quick access to the mosque, around a 3-minute walk away. The room is so massive that it has amenities, including a fridge and a microwave. I ordered the in-room dining several times, and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet had many different food selections, with a chef cooking any other types of eggs you want; I preferred the omelette, and as the restaurant is located on the top floor, you get terrific views of the mosque. The WiFi speed was okay. When you sleep in the room, the room goes very dark; I cannot see anything, which is very good. Overall, I recommend this hotel, as it is a very short distance from the mosque, and the service was excellent.

The workers are amazing in this hotel. Very accommodating even with their lack of English. If you're Asian just speak to them in Urdu. They're really helpful when you need anything. Mahmoud Hussein was very good with sorting out rooms. I would definitely bring my family members here again because of him

I enjoyed my short stay of 3 nights in the hotel. Service and food were good although I faced a small issue with the AC fan at the start but nonetheless, it was fixed within 45 minutes. The restaurant's food and view is mesmerizing. The hotel is just in front of Bab-As-Salam gate which makes it the best area/hotel to stay for men. Although for women the Prophet's Mosque gates are on opposite sides we didn't really face any issues but if you are traveling with older people would suggest hotels on the other side as it will help ladies to access the Prophet's Mosque easily. Apart from that overall the hotel is really good!

The waiter by this name is soo friendly and well spoken. He was so pleasant to talk to and always spoke to us during breakfast and did his best to help us every-time we needed it. Always has a smile on his face as well! Hope he gets a raise because he deserves it!!!

We stayed here for 4 days during a very busy Winter break. Despite the crowds, our experience was very good. Monir from housekeeping made sure that our room was well stocked and everything was clean. I would recommend this hotel based on the excellent customer service.

The hotel rooms are clean, however, the service is not satisfactory. The breakfast bouquet is as not as expected, with no variety, and cold food, and needs a lot of improvement. The process of check-in and out was very slow! However; the staff were so friendly and trying to help.

I was staying in this hotel for two days, and it was very good experience, very near access to haram and they provided the high class room services for their guest. My overall experience was very satisfying. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. They quickly checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and services. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and soft. The bathroom needed some attention but had plenty of towels and toiletries. Most important part it’s just 5 minutes walk from gate 367 (where the noble rawda appointment queue starts). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One of the best hotels in the city that I stayed in, in all respects. It is classy and the staff members are the finest, may God bless you. I thank the quick room services and the room’s arrangement every day and his attention. I have faced no problem since my arrival, and transportation has been facilitated by the presence of private transportation buses at the hotel. I am thankful to them, and God willing, this will not be the last experience.

We stayed in Pullman Zamzam Madina in August. We checked in around 0330, and it was very smooth and easy. The front desk ended up giving me a suite as an upgrade. We took our infant, so we requested a baby crib, which was brought to us a few minutes after we arrived in the room. The rooms were very spacious and clean; we had a bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa, TV, and dinner tables. Unfortunately, they don't have a microwave, but they have a small fridge. We purchased a breakfast package, which is a great deal (in my opinion), but the only downside is that they have the same menu daily, except for a few things. The checkout transition was easy since our bellman was very nice; he immediately checked us out.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was willing to help and were all very responsive. The buffet for the inclusive breakfast and paid dinner was very well prepared and included a good variety. Allover it was a great experience and stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a fantastic experience.Overall, I would rate my stay a solid 9 out of 10. The sofa bed in the living room – it was broken. I informed the hotel staff about the problem, and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They promptly replaced the broken sofa bed with a new one, ensuring our comfort during the stay. Their quick action and dedication to resolving the issue showcased their excellent customer service. The only drawback I found was the lighting in the suite. It was a bit dim, especially in the evening.Brighter lighting or additional lamps would have greatly improved the ambiance and made the suite even more inviting. Despite this minor concern, my overall experience at the hotel was highly positive. The attentive staff, spacious suite, and the quick resolution of the sofa bed issue demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, with the hope that they address the lighting concern to provide an even better experience for future guests.

I had an excellent stay at Pullman Zamzam in Madina. I had my 83-year-old father accompany me and he enjoyed his stay as well. The rooms were super clean, and the staff was amiable. This hotel is at a very good location but they have a lot of construction going around it. My only suggestion is that they need more wheelchairs as one was not always available.

Pullman is probably in the top 5 percent, with respect to Value for Money and Accessibility ... The hotel itself has great ambience, on the main floor, rooms as well as the dining hall on top floor. Quite helping & courteous staff with efficient servicing. Overall the stay was very comforting, fully recommended ...

The hotel is incredibly beautiful, clean, and professional. We were served by Rofiqul Islam for breakfast in the VIP room, who was really attentive and helpful, and gave us great advice and service. We will definitely come back again!

I had booked the hotel for 2 nights and then extended it for another 2 nights. The breakfast is amazing. The room is spacious and the service is very good. We had everything re stocked and even provided in no time. The surrounding is good but limited food options around. You will need to go on the movenpick side to get more options on shopping and food. The only 1 thing that the hotel needs to look into is the cleaning quality. The housekeeping staff don't use disinfectants to clean the furniture or even the toilet. The bed sheets aren't changed unless you ask them to. The AC vents has dust accumulated due to which me and my husband got sick. All in all, I would go back to this hotel but will need to keep in mind to watch over the house keeping staff on the cleaning part

Very nice 5 star hotel. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Only negative point, was the use of paper spoons and cups, rather disappointing considering the standards of the hotel. Was told this was due to Covid. Very closely located to mosque. Other than that would recommend this hotel all day long.

Very nice place to stay, we enjoyed our 3 days stay very much view from the hotel is amazing very near to Holy Mosque, from the breakfast room you can get the whole view of the Mosque, see in my picture. Hotel has also dedicated a special place on floor one for smokers, I really loved the place. Breakfast is not very impressive but I am sure they they will keep the level maintain like others. Customer service is also very impressive, I have not seen customer service with the smile anywhere else in this area. I love to stay there again

Overall stay was excellent however, we did not have a good start. When I got to the hotel I found out my booking was cancelled without me being informed. The duty manager also said they could not offer me a room because they are busy. I called and spoke to Muzin who helped me and got me a room. Thank you to her for accommodating me in my stay otherwise the whole trip would of been ruined. Room size, comfort and breakfast is all excellent

This hotel is really very good in cleaning behavior and honour. In my stay I find the housekeeping help me with cleaning and all necessary item provides. Mohammad Foysal who work in housekeeping Supervisor is a very attractive and good guy. This hotel is really good to stay.

My father and I had a mixed bag of experiences at this hotel but ended up happy with the stay. When we arrived at the location we were told that there were no rooms at the upper floors. We were given a third floor room that hadn't properly been cleaned. We were then offered a room of the same size on the eighth floor... So obviously they didn't offer the best room to us in the first place. Another problem was that after extending for one day the hotel repeatedly called us insisting that we hadn't paid. It turned out it was a fault in their system. Finally, despite making booking for 2 people, the hotel said only one person could attend breakfast. How, in a room for 2, can you say only one person could attend breakfast? Now, despite all these problems the hotel staff did provide quick solutions and were courteous and apologetic. On the final day the hotel manager called us personally and went above and beyond in apologizing and providing us with ample time to check out. The room itself was not particularly stellar. The beds were fine and I appreciated the complimentary fruits, sweets, water and utilities like iron table, prayer rug, and so on. The bathroom could be better as I really don't like open showers. The roof floor restaurant and the staff working there are excellent. The best thing about this hotel is obviously the location. You can't beat it.

In a word I can say this hotel is awesome. Here I find all of my needs. Room boy everyday come to clean my room. They are very gentle. My floor was Mohammed Foysal. He is very professional with his work. His supervisor also good. I am so delighted to come here.

Hotel is very conveniently located. Entrance for men is closer than for women (8min walk) or there is a free shuttle service offered by hotel for women. Breakfast service was great too-thanks Younous! Food was varied, and there is something for everyone. Shops and restaurants nearby as well that cater to needs. Starbucks coffee lovers-there is one outside the hotel. Taxis are easy to flag down and find.

Great place to stay with family. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms were decent size for all of our family members and beds were comfortable as well. The hotel is also very close to The Prophet's Mosque. The men's entrance is close but women's entrance is a little further down, but nonetheless the hotel is in a very central location with shops, restaurants and malls nearby.
