My
father
and
I
had
a
mixed
bag
of
experiences
at
this
hotel
but
ended
up
happy
with
the
stay.
When
we
arrived
at
the
location
we
were
told
that
there
were
no
rooms
at
the
upper
floors.
We
were
given
a
third
floor
room
that
hadn't
properly
been
cleaned.
We
were
then
offered
a
room
of
the
same
size
on
the
eighth
floor...
So
obviously
they
didn't
offer
the
best
room
to
us
in
the
first
place.
Another
problem
was
that
after
extending
for
one
day
the
hotel
repeatedly
called
us
insisting
that
we
hadn't
paid.
It
turned
out
it
was
a
fault
in
their
system.
Finally,
despite
making
booking
for
2
people,
the
hotel
said
only
one
person
could
attend
breakfast.
How,
in
a
room
for
2,
can
you
say
only
one
person
could
attend
breakfast?
Now,
despite
all
these
problems
the
hotel
staff
did
provide
quick
solutions
and
were
courteous
and
apologetic.
On
the
final
day
the
hotel
manager
called
us
personally
and
went
above
and
beyond
in
apologizing
and
providing
us
with
ample
time
to
check
out.
The
room
itself
was
not
particularly
stellar.
The
beds
were
fine
and
I
appreciated
the
complimentary
fruits,
sweets,
water
and
utilities
like
iron
table,
prayer
rug,
and
so
on.
The
bathroom
could
be
better
as
I
really
don't
like
open
showers.
The
roof
floor
restaurant
and
the
staff
working
there
are
excellent.
The
best
thing
about
this
hotel
is
obviously
the
location.
You
can't
beat
it.
